Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for blowing in a Ka bels with the help of a gas flow into a pipe train. Farther The invention relates to the design of a pipe train Execution of the procedure.
Cables are, for example, with the help of pull ropes and win the drawn in, blown with compressed air or with liquid washed in. When working with compressed air can be better known dimensions at the tip and in the course of the cable piston, also sol be used with air outlets or pressure relief valves, to apply feed force at the piston location. Also be knows the "friction" of the flowing gas on the metal surface the surface of the cable. Especially with the latter ver driving sets the compressibility of gas or air know limits. The gas is near the feed point even under higher pressure, for example 8 bar. Because of the comm Pressibility is therefore the volume flow at the dining point eight times smaller than at the exit point at 1 bar pressure. Thus the power transmission of the flowing gas to the Longitudinal cables very different; because the gas friction, which is the product of toughness η and speed graph if grade v is proportional, increases in the course of the pipe total by a factor of 8, since the toughness η is almost pressure-independent pending. The flow resistance when the Gases on a lengthwise element of the cable lying transversely in the tube changes. This flow resistance is made of the product Density and the square of the flow rate proportio nal, that is, at the end of the pipe run, the density is only an eighth, but the speed square sixty-four times as big as in the beginning. Here, too, results the factor 8. Now the cable is almost the entire pipe run length introduced, then there is egg at the cable tip ne excessive traction and at the feed point it is but insufficient. To compensate for this disadvantage, there are Conveyors at the feed point, with which the cable in the Tube is inserted. The kink behavior of the cable and the exponentially increasing frictional forces of the cable in the curved However, pipe drawing also sets limits here. Besides, that is achievable delivery length is significantly less than the length of the producible pipe runs so that the blowing is not in a pre gear can take place.
So the task for the present invention is a Ver driving, with which also blowing cables in Piping can be done over long lengths. The posed Object is now according to the invention with a method of The type described above is solved in that the volume flow of the gas in the pipe train by deliberately releasing gas the pipe run through openings in the wall of the pipe run so is dosed that over the entire length of the pipe run sets a linear pressure drop across.
This involves a second task, namely a pipe pull to carry out the procedure. This task is with a pipe pull according to claims 5 to 11 solved.
The inventive method for improving the "a blowing a cable into a pipe run is now in the first Line based, the volume flow in the pipe pull reasonably to keep constant. This is essentially done by that introduced several openings in the course of the pipe run will. It is advisable to cover the openings with valves shut down. The valve positions or the firmly incorporated Teten openings in the pipe train should be such that in egg a pipe run of constant diameter over the length seen as linear a pressure drop as possible poses. Then we will on each length element of the cable The driving force of the gas is independent of the length. Even though "driving" gas is lost, can remain the same longer injection lengths can be achieved. Single Lich the pump output must be large according to the gas loss be better. It is only important that the feed pressure is below is half the pressure load limit of the pipe run. The Openings of the pipe runs are preferably in the intermediate wells attached. With multiple tube trains it is also possible to punch all sub-pipe runs at certain distances. Since only one sub-tube train is fed with compressed gas, the gas can affect all gusset rooms and the others Distribute sub-pipes. this way the sub pipe can trains comprehensive tube remain unopened and it can therefore without Intermediate shafts laid over much greater lengths will.
The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to three figures.
Fig. 1 shows schematically the structure of a pipe train according to the invention and a pressure diagram.
Fig. 2 shows an embodiment for a perforated pipe train.
Fig. 3 shows several sub-tube trains, which are arranged within a main tube train.
In Fig. 1, a pipe run 2 is shown, in the interior of which a cable 1 , which is seen at its beginning with a closure body 6 , is blown in from the feed point 4 . A gas under pressure p, for example air, is introduced into the feed point 4 as the driving medium, with which the cable 1 is to be continued. In addition, a conveyor device 5 for the feed cable 1 is also used here at the feed point 4 . Along the pipe run 2 , openings are now made in the wall thereof, which in this case are closed with controllable valves 3 . Via these valves 3 , so much gas is released that a constant volume flow of the gas is established inside over the length of the pipe run 2 .
To clarify the pressure conditions, a pressure diagram is also sketched in this FIG. 1, with which the pressure conditions along the pipe run 2 are to be clarified. Ideally, the pressure drop should occur according to curve 7 , that is, at the beginning of the pipe run there is the feed pressure p, which drops linearly to the prevailing external pressure at the outlet point over the length Z up to the end of the pipe run 2 . When the pipe run is closed, however, the pressure curve follows curve 9 . From this it can be seen that the pressure is above the ideal curve 7 and that transport problems can therefore occur. By executing the pipe pull and the corresponding setting of the air branch, it can be achieved according to the invention that the course of the pressure drop approaches the ideal curve 7 , as curve 8 shows. The drain openings with or without valves 3 are set so that the target point corresponding to the ideal curve 7 is reached at these points.
Fig. 2 shows a tube drawing 2 according to the invention, in which the openings are introduced into 10 at intervals that are addressed to the ideal curve by the desired approach. If the distances are varied, that is to say preferably decrease towards the end of the pipe run, the same diameters can be selected for the openings 10 . Another possibility for regulation is that the diameters of the openings 10 are of different sizes, the diameters of the individual openings 10 preferably becoming larger towards the end of the pipe socket. This embodiment is shown in FIG. 2. Here, the same distances between the individual openings 10 can be selected. The openings 10 are each created so that they are in the intermediate shafts, so that there can be unhindered gas leakage.
Fig. 3 shows that a main pipe 12 can be divided into several sub-pipes 13 and 14 , for example, by bringing several pipes with smaller diameters into it. It is now of particular advantage here that laying over great lengths can take place without intermediate shafts; because it makes sense to put the openings 10 in such a way that they are either directed into the gusset spaces between the sub-tubes 13 and 14 or directly into one. Since the blowing process is only carried out in one pipe run at a time, the others can serve as gas blow-off rooms. The pre-punched sub-tubes 13 and 14 can for example also be designed as corrugated tubes, which also facilitates the insertion process due to the better bending behavior. The sub-pipe runs 13 and 14 can be introduced into the main pipe run 12 by the same method according to the invention, so that even a corresponding adjustment of the cable and pipe run could take place.
The inventive method for adjustment to a line aren pressure drop does not lead exactly to constant volume current, as the flow resistance resulting from the gas impact proportion at a constant flow velocity over the length speed decreases with the gas density. The linearization of the print if in the sense of the invention is however sufficiently precise, that the problems that existed up to now are largely overcome can.
