Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a circuit arrangement for a Input and power supply circuit for digital telephone devices, where the power supply (DC power supply) via the subscriber line and the individual functional groups of digital telephone devices supplied by individual DC voltages of individual size will.
In digital telephone devices, the digital Information as AC voltage and the device supply as direct voltage (direct current) via the subscriber line transfer. In the input circuit, DC and AC voltages are separated from each other without them be significantly dampened by the separation.
It is well known that this separation with transformer coils and capacitors. To the individual Generate individual supply voltages are included Switching regulator with current-voltage transformation necessary. However, these circuits have the disadvantage that they are relative are voluminous, difficult to integrate and expensive. It is also common knowledge that the individual supply voltages to generate with constant voltage regulators. This however, leads to relatively high power losses depending on Consumer load.
The object of the invention is now to be a Input and power supply circuit for digital telephone devices to create that with as little as possible Power loss a separation of direct and alternating voltage and the formation of individual supply voltages for the individual function groups of the telephone terminals allowed, which is easy to integrate and which is inexpensive can realize.
The object is achieved in that the individual DC voltages using a Zener diode for voltage generation Shunt regulators (STR) and that the necessary operating DC voltage (UB) to the shunt controller (STR) from a constant current source connected upstream (KS) is delivered.
This has the advantage that by means of the constant current source (KS) versus wave impedance (ZL) the subscriber line (TL) high AC internal resistance is achieved that a safe separation of equals and AC voltage and low-loss formation of the individual DC voltages (UIl to UIx) can be integrated and can be made inexpensively.
The invention is based on the state of the following Technology explained in more detail using 3 figures.

Fig. 3 zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung mit Teilnehmerleitung TL, Konstantstromquelle KS, Shuntregler STR und Funktionsbaugruppen FG des digitalen Fernsprechendgerätes. Fig. 3 shows an embodiment of the invention with subscriber line TL, constant current source KS, shunt regulator STR and function modules FG of the digital telephone device.
In digital telephone terminals, as mentioned at the beginning, the digital information or signal voltage (US) is transmitted as AC voltage and the supply voltage (UB) for the function groups (FG) of the telephone terminal as DC voltage via the subscriber line (TL). These two voltages must be separated from one another in the input circuit of the terminal. This is done in a known manner with an AC / DC isolating device according to FIG. 1. In addition, the direct voltages and direct current, which are variable within predetermined limits, have to be processed in such a way that the individual consumers (functional modules FG) within the terminal have constant operating voltages (UIl to UIx) and receive variable currents depending on the load. This is done according to Fig. 1 with a DC-DC power supply (SSV).
Fig. 2 shows a prior art solution to form, by first separating drying of the DC supply voltage (UB) from the AC signal voltage (US) with transformer coils (XL 1, XL 2, Y) and a capacitor (C) is realized. The AC signal voltage (US) is transmitted via the transformer (U) and supplied to the corresponding function groups (FG) of the terminal as a signal or control voltage. The DC supply voltage (UB) builds up on the capacitor (C) and is fed to a switching regulator (SR), which generates the corresponding individual DC supply voltages (UIl to UIx) and delivers it to the function groups. The inductive resistance of the coils must be high in relation to the wave resistance (ZL) of the subscriber line (TL) in order to prevent the AC voltage components (signal voltages) from being damped or their curve shape being changed by mismatches. It is disadvantageous that the coils (XL 1 and XL 2 ) are flowed through by the direct current, which means that they have to have a voluminous ferrite core to avoid magnetic saturation. IC regulators, switching transistors, storage and smoothing capacitors, freewheeling diodes and a further transformer are essentially required as switching regulators (SR). The disadvantages of such a switching regulator consist essentially in the fact that it is difficult to integrate, relatively space-consuming and relatively expensive. The switching processes can also have an influence on noise in the voice AC voltage branches of the telephone device.
Another option is the individual DC supply voltages with constant voltage regulators the disadvantages that the power loss is proportional to Consumer load increases and that the fluctuation range of the Consumer load for a proportionally changed feed current leads.
Fig. 3 shows a solution to the problem according to the inventive concept. The DC supply voltage (UB) and the AC signal voltage (US) are separated by a constant current source (KS) arranged in the circuit input. Because of its differential resistance, this constant current source forms a high impedance for the AC signal voltage (US). The DC supply current through the constant current source (KS) then flows through a series of Zener diodes, which represent a shunt regulator (STR) and supplies the individual DC supply voltages (UIl to UIx) for the individual function groups (FG) of the telephone device. The variable DC supply voltage (UB) of the terminal device, which is dependent on external factors, is connected via the series connection of constant current source and shunt controller. The variable supply currents that depend on the load in the telephone terminal then flow through the shunt controller. This results in the essential advantages of the circuit arrangement according to the invention, namely easy integration, no coils and capacitors, no switching operations, constant interface conditions with regard to the power requirement, low power loss and thus better efficiency with maximum consumer load.
