Description
Gemäß US-A 46 09 574 (ausgegeben 2. According to US-A 46 09 574 (issued September 2, 1986, J.R. Keryk et al., Dow Corning Corporation) point to Organopoly siloxane compositions Si-bonded higher alkenyl groups, such as B. 5-hexenyl groups, a greater reactivity against on Si-bonded hydrogen as Si-bonded vinyl groups. The higher containing alkenyl groups Organopolysiloxanes can be converted by Si-bonded Organopolysiloxane containing hydrogen with α, ω-diene be produced, but always with multiple addition occurs. The higher alkenyl groups are therefore preferred containing organopolysiloxanes from the corresponding Silanes by reacting α, ω-diene in large excess Silane with Si-bonded hydrogen and subsequent Hydrolysis of these silanes and equilibration of these silanes with Organopolysiloxanes won.

In the method according to the invention, inert, orga African solvents are used, although the Mitver Do not use inert, organic solvents is preferred. Examples of inert, organic solutions medium are toluene, xylene, octane isomers and butyl acetate.
Excess organic compound ( 1 ) and any inert organic solvent which may also be used are preferably removed by distillation from the organosilicon compounds containing alkenyl groups and prepared by the process according to the invention.
The addition of organosilicon compound ( 2 ) with at least one Si-bonded hydrogen atom per molecule to organic compound ( 1 ) takes place selectively at the terminal triple bond and not at both for x = 0 and y = 1 or x = 1 and y = 0 the terminal double bond as well as for x = 1 and y = 1 selectively at the middle triple bond and not at the terminal double bonds. Organopolysiloxanes containing alkenyl groups can thus be prepared directly from organopolysiloxane with Si-bonded hydrogen atoms and organic compound ( 1 ) without crosslinking via the terminal double bonds. Furthermore, organosilicon compounds containing alkenyl groups are obtained according to the invention without double bond isomerization taking place in the end bond (s) from the end position into the chain.

After a reaction time of about 6 hours at 115 ° C., more than 99% of the Si-bonded hydrogen has been converted into the α, ω-dihydrogendimethylpolysiloxane. Volatile constituents, such as excess 2-allyloxy-3-butyne, are removed from the crude product by distillation at 100 ° C. and 12 hPa (abs.). 315 g of a yellowish oil which has a viscosity of 92 mm 2 × s -1 at 25 ° C. and an iodine number (= number which indicates how many g of iodine are bound by 100 g of substance) of 21.3 are obtained . According to the 1 H-NMR spectrum, the dimethylpolysiloxane thus obtained has terminal Si-bonded radicals of the formula
Folgende Daten sind dem 1H-NMR-Spektrum zu entnehmen:Bonds of the type, ≡Si-CH 2 -CH 2 -, which would result from the addition of the Si-H bonds to the allyl group in the 2-allyloxy-3-butyne, are not detectable in the 1 H-NMR spectrum. The following data can be found in the 1 H-NMR spectrum:

Es werden 216 g eines Dimethylpolysiloxans, das gemäß dem 1H-NMR- Spektrum je einen Si-gebundenen Rest der Formel31 g of the product from Example 2 are stirred with 208 g of cyclodeca methylpentasiloxane and 250 mg of KOH in 300 mg of methanol for 16 hours at 140 ° C. in a nitrogen atmosphere. While the reaction mixture is cooling, 0.5 g of glacial acetic acid is added and the cooled reaction mixture is then filtered. The volatile constituents are removed by distillation from the crude product at 100 ° C. and 5 hPa. There are 216 g of a dimethylpolysiloxane which, according to the 1 H-NMR spectrum, each has a Si-bonded radical of the formula
in den endständigen Einheiten enthält und das eine Viskosi tät von 460 mm2×s-1 bei 25°C besitzt.contains in the terminal units and has a viscosity of 460 mm 2 × s -1 at 25 ° C.
From the iodine number of 12.0, which was determined for the dimethyl polysiloxane obtained in this way, an H 2 C = CH equivalent weight of 3175 g per terminal carbon-carbon double bond results.
Bei 25°C ist die Mischung nach 21 Std. vergelt.20 g of the product from Example 6 are mixed with 1.0 g of a copolymer of trimethylsiloxane units and methylhydrogensiloxane units, which has a viscosity of approx. 30 mm 2 × s -1 at 25 ° C., 50 mg of 2-methyl-3-butyne 2-ol and 2 mg of platinum mixed in the form of platinum tetrachloride dissolved in 1-octene. The mixture is spread on paper in a thickness of 2-3 µm. It hardens at 120 ° C in 12 s to a non-stick coating. At 25 ° C, the mixture is gelatinized after 21 hours.
