Im Innern der Hülse 1 ist nun gemäß der Erfindung ein an einer mit Gewindegängen versehenen Spindel 3 befestigao ter Kratzer 4 angeordnet, um den in der Hülse sich verhärtenden Nikotmsaft durch einfaches Herausziehen des Kratzers 4 entfernen zu können. Um die Spindel 3 wird ein Wattestrick oder sonst saugfähiger Stoff gewickelt *5 und durch Anziehen einer Scheibe 5 gegen den Kratzer 4 gepreßt. Die Scheibe 5 ist im Umfang gezackt, um das Eintreten des Nikotinsaftes in die Hülse zu ermöglichen. Sobald der Wattestrick vollgesaugt ist, wird der Kratzer aus der Hülse gezogen und die Scheibe 5 zurückgeschraubt, der Saugstoff abgewickelt und durch einen neuen ersetzt.
