Description
The invention relates to a vibration damper according to the preamble of claim 1. The inven dung also refers to vibration-damped centri joint supports in which the concept of claim 1 Is used.
The vibration-dampened suspension of centrifuges is basically known - the known systems however, have a number of disadvantages that lead to Are part of a constructive nature, but also partly Shelf life concern. So vibration dampers are on the use of rubber, especially foam rubber as Damping material known, where suspension and Damping can be exerted by the same material, so that a variation of the Constructive suspension hardly or at all not possible. In addition, metal fiber dampers fer known in which the damping on friction between metallic fibers, but their durability is limited because there is permanent abrasion. These metal fiber dampers are springy and damping properties in a common component, namely summarized a metal fiber bellows, whereby likewise no or only inadequate possibilities the independent design adjustment of resilient and cushioning properties. On on the other hand, there is a strong need through independent variation of suspension and damping para meters of a vibration damper whose frequency characteristics be able to vary.
It is therefore the object of the invention to make a pig to design dampers of the type described at the outset, which is simple in particular on constructive Ways of adjusting its vibration or damping characteristic enables. This task is solved with a generic vibration damper through the Features of the labeling part of claim 1.
It is essential that the vibration damper according to the invention fer separate and especially independent Function elements of one that can be dimensioned on the one hand for suspension and on the other hand for damping points. It is therefore a cushioning and springy property ten of the vibration damper spatial and effective distinguishable functional elements assigned to the independently of each other constructively according to one predetermined characteristics can be determined so that the Vibration damper simple from its basic concept is variable and therefore a wide range of applications having.
The design of the vibration damper accordingly the features of claims 2 and 3 provide that this essentially consists of two relative to each other there are movable parts that attach to the Serves machine elements that are relative to each other and relative are to be stored in relation to each other and their occurrences Vibration movement is to be dampened. The damping function on is based on the, by the piston in one of the Reception chambers exerted displacement, which correspond to a backflow into the other receiving chamber according to a defined passage cross section Drilling results, however, also on the, through which Gap between the piston and its guide in the case given a constant liquid vibration tion. Both the dimensions of the gap mentioned the dimensions of the hole mentioned are in can be varied in a structurally simple manner so that it corresponds according to the viscosity of the damping fluid used speed of the damping parameters of the vibration damper in wide limits is calculable. As a damping fluid speed is preferred due to the low temperature Depending on its viscosity, silicone oil is used. The Suspension parameters of the vibration damper, however are come by one, in at least one of the admissions mern arranged spring element, whose construct tive nature basically formed arbitrarily can be, in principle also several spring elements te to vary the spring characteristics can be set. According to the given To store travel in conjunction with that in the spring the deformation energy or the resulting energy Suspension parameters can be taken into account given by the receiving chamber all Spring types are used. You can see in particular that the suspension properties of the vibration damper completely independent of those determining damping Parameters can be selected.
The design of the receiving chambers according to the Features of claims 4 and 5 is structurally special easy to implement. According to this, one of the a permanent integral inventory in both reception chambers part of one of the parts mentioned, whereas the Walls of the other receiving chamber between the two Parts are arranged and thus such deformation ability to have that relative movements the parts are recordable. For this purpose, the the latter receiving chamber preferably from one highly elastic suitable plastic. Only the effect of the actual spring is supported This plastic can also function as a spring going out. When damping, the flow or Shear damping fluid through the one hand Movement of the piston in the one receiving chamber and on the other hand by the deformation of the other causes elastically designed receiving chamber.
Druckbeanspruchung gerichtet. The features of claims 7 and 8 are alternative Embodiments of the vibration damper, namely on the one hand aimed for tensile or compressive stress.
The easily removable design of the vibration damper he according to the features of claim 9 is used simple variation of damping and spring characteristics stik, especially by exchanging individual ge called functional elements.
The object of the invention is also based on the task de, a vibration-damped bearing for a centrifuge ge, in particular to provide a laboratory centrifuge, the System a simple, constructive way Change in the vibration or damping characteristics enables. This task is using Vibration dampers according to the invention by the features of the labeling part of claim 9 and otherwise by the features of the characterizing part of the claim 11 solved.
While in the vibration damper according to the invention far from each other for the above reasons Definition of damping and suspension parameters ben, this can alternatively also by spatial and suspension elements that are functionally distinguishable from each other te on the one hand and damping elements on the other that are individually interchangeable. Vastness re change options for suspension and damping characteristic lie - starting from either radial or axial direction of action - at an angle arrangement of vibration dampers or suspension or damping elements.
Es zeigen:The invention will now be described with reference to the embodiment shown in the drawings are explained in more detail. Show it:

The vibration damper according to the invention, designed to absorb forces in the direction of its longitudinal axis 1 , according to FIG. 1 consists essentially of a rod-like cylindrical piston 2 which is slidably inserted into the bore 3 of a comparatively thick-walled hollow cylinder 4 while leaving a certain radial play.
The hollow cylinder 4 is inserted at its one end region 5 into a mounting part 6 , which on the inside forms a receiving chamber 7 , which is connected to the bore 3 of the hollow cylinder 4 , for a damping liquid, for example a suitable oil. The mounting part 6 is rotationally symmetrical ausgebil det with respect to the longitudinal axis 1 and provided on its end facing away from the hollow cylinder 4 with a threaded pin 8 , via which the vibration damper can be attached to an outer component, not shown in the drawing. The connection between the hollow cylinder 4 and the mounting part 6 can in principle be of any design. You just have to ensure a sufficient seal and pressure resistance.
The reaching into the receiving chamber 7 end of the piston 2 is formed by a disk 9 carried by this, which is fixed in some way to the piston. The circular disk 9 , in particular its circular ring surface which projects radially beyond the piston 2, serves as support for one end of a spring 10 , the other end of which is supported on the end circular ring surface of the end of the hollow cylinder 4 which projects into the receiving chamber 7 .
The end of the piston 2 facing away from the circular disk 9 protrudes from the hollow cylinder 4 and is formed at the end as a threaded pin 11 , by means of which the other end of the vibration damper can be fastened to a machine part to be damped.
The end facing away from the mounting part 6 of the hollow cylinder 4 is surrounded by a best existing from an elastic plastic sealing sleeve 12 , through which a rotationally symmetrical receiving chamber 13 is formed for said damping fluid. That, the Hohlzylin the 4 opposite end of the sealing sleeve is attached to a cylindrical, attached to the piston 2 from the closure body 14 , the movement position shown in the movement of the piston 2 , in which the circular disc 9 rests on the bottom of the receiving chamber 7 , at a distance is arranged from the end face of the hollow cylinder 4 facing this. Both the Hohlzy cylinder 4 and the end body 14 are inserted into the respective facing ends of the sealing sleeve 12 , with the fastening of the sealing sleeve on the end body 14 and the hollow cylinder 4 - as far as sufficient sealing is given - basically be of any design can. The device you cuff 12 protrudes in the position of the piston 2 shown in the radial direction over the dimensions of the hollow cylinder 4 and the end body 14 also.
With 15 , in the wall of the hollow cylinder 4 , extending parallel to the longitudinal axis 1, he is extending bore, through which a conductive for the damping fluid connection between the receiving chambers 7 , 13 is made.
The shown in Fig. 1, in the relaxed state Darge provided vibration damper is intended to accommodate Zugkräf th, so that in the assembled state of the piston relative to the position shown in the direction of arrow 16 is deflected parallel to the longitudinal axis 1 . In this deflected state, the exact position of which is determined by the characteristic of the spring 10 , the vibration damper can execute movements of the piston 2 relative to the system of the hollow cylinder 4 and the mounting part 6 in the direction of the longitudinal axis 1 . Between the outside of the piston 2 and the inside of the bore 3 there is an annular gap 17 which forms a connection for the damping liquid between the receiving chambers 7 , 13 and thus, like the latter, is constantly filled with damping liquid. In the event of a vibration around the said deflected position of the piston, a constant shear of the damping fluid takes place within the gap 17 , since the walls delimiting the gap are moved relative to one another, so that due to the shear according to the viscosity of the inserted th Damping fluid results in friction or damping forces that are converted into heat. At the same place due to the, in the receiving chamber 7 exerted by the piston 2 displacing action a Rückströ mung by, a comparatively small diam ser having bore 15 in the direction of the the function of a balance chamber having Aufnahmekam mer 13 side instead of or due to deformation Sealing sleeve 12 also in the opposite direction, namely in the direction of the receiving chamber 7 . This liquid keitsströmung through the bore 15 is in accordance with their comparatively small diameter depending on the viscosity of the used Dämpfungsflüs liquid with high friction losses, so that this also has a damping effect.
It can be seen that the damping effect of the vibration damper according to the invention depends primarily on three parameters, namely the viscosity of the damping fluid used and the geometric dimensions of the gap 17 and the bore 15 . The damping can thus be changed quantitatively in a simple manner by varying these parameters. The example shown in Fig. 1 shows a helical spring, by means of which the elastic properties of the vibration damper, in particular its equilibrium position, are determined. In principle, however, any other spring elements, in particular combinations of spring elements, can be used, through which in turn the spring characteristic and thus the overall characteristic of the vibration damper, which results from the combination of the suspension and damping properties, can be adapted within wide limits.
The embodiment shown in Fig. 2 of a vibration damper, in which the functional elements which correspond to those of Fig. 1 are numbered accordingly, differs from the former only in that in the relaxed, ie no-load condition, the one end of the Piston 2 attached circular disc 9 now abuts against the end face of the annular part of the hollow part 4 protruding into the mounting part 6 . The angeord specified in the receiving chamber 7 spring 18 of the receiving chamber 7 on the other hand is supported in this position therefore remote from the piston 2 between, the hollow cylinder 4 side of the annular disk 9 on the one hand and the bottom surface. The vibration damper according to FIG. 2 is thus designed for such an installation in which it is subjected to pressure, ie in the direction of the arrow 10 . The effect of this vibration damper otherwise corresponds to that of the embodiment of FIG. 1, so that a repeated description is omitted.
Fig. 3 zeigt ein Beispiel einer Zentrifugenlagerung. Fig. 3 shows an example of a centrifuge storage. 20 schematically denotes the rotor of the centrifuge, which is supported by means of the shaft 21 and at the same time by means of a motor 22 about the vertical axis 23 and can be driven. The motor 22 is in turn arranged on a base plate 24 .
The vibration-damping mounting of the rotor 20 , motor 22 and base plate 24 existing vibro-capable centrifuge system takes place via a series of springs or dampers, the directions of action of which correspond to the directions of the forces and moments resulting from centrifuge operation radially and axially. So there are at the end facing the rotor 20 of the motor 22 separate, each radial We direction of action having spring elements 25 and damping elements 26 , whereas the underside of the base plate 24 is supported with vibration dampers 27 , the direction of action of which is axial. The Ferderelemente 25 , the damping elements 26 and the vibration damper 27 are in a uniform distribution along the circumference of the motor 22 or along a circle concentric to the axis 23 on the underside of the base plate 24 angeord net. Instead of the separate spring elements 25 and damping elements 26 , vibration dampers 27 can be used, which correspond in their constructive structure to the embodiments according to FIGS . 1 and 2. It is essential to the invention that, due to the use of the vibration dampers 27 according to the invention or the use of individual suspension and damping elements, the spring and damping parameters can be individually adapted to special requirements of the centrifuge operation. These requirements are essentially determined by the mass to be damped and the operating speeds, or the critical speeds resulting from the interaction of mass and elasticity of the suspension. In particular, damping and suspension can be varied independently of one another in any case, so that on this basis the oscillatory system of the centrifuge is fundamentally easier to calculate.
Instead of axially or radially acting spring elements, damping elements and vibration dampers, these can also be arranged at an angle to an axial or radial direction. This is indicated for example in the area of the vibration damper 27 by the dashed line, radially inwardly pivoted vibration damper 27 'or the radially outwardly pivoted vibration damper 27 ''. Through this angular adjustment with respect to the axial or radial direction, the spring and damping characteristics can be varied constructively given the data of the individual spring or damping element or vibration damper.
Fig. 4 shows an embodiment of a centrifuge storage, in which the base plate 24 is mounted by mutually separate spring elements 28 and damping elements 29 , 30 , the spring elements 28 and the damping elements 29 have an axial and the damping elements 30 have a radial direction of action. It is also important here that, due to the spatially separate arrangement of springs and dampers, simple structural adaptation options to the desired suspension or damping properties are provided. It can also be in a similar manner as in the preceding embodiment, suspension and damping elements not only radially or axially but in each case at an angle to the radial or axial direction. The latter is indicated in Fig. 4 in the dashed lines spring elements 28 'and 28 ''.
In a similar way, other damping and spring elements an angular position with respect to radial or axial direction, whereby a further adjustment options for the damping or spring characteristic of the centrifuge system is given.
