Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an arrangement for generating a switch signals approximated at the times of zero crossings AC voltage.
The timing of the zero crossings of AC signals can be determined in a known manner in a purely digital way. For this, z. B. a zero crossing by means of sign monitoring The result of multiplying two samples detected. With the help of the detected amplitude values on the one hand and the zeros calculated on the basis of these amplitude values the AC signals on the other hand can then be practical all parameters of interest for such alternating current win signals.
From DE-OS 31 12 045 an arrangement is known with which exactly at the time of the zero crossing of an AC voltage a switching signal is generated. Doing so during the course a half wave of the AC voltage a DC voltage as Bias formed at the time of zero crossing with the polarity of the following half wave of the AC voltage overlaid. In this way it is achieved that no angular misalignment between the zero crossing of the AC voltage and the Switching signal occurs. To realize this zero voltage switching arrangement, optocouplers are also used. For their Function is undesirable in certain applications high power consumption required. It is also known e.g. B. for a triac, drive pulses in close proximity to the Generate zero crossing of an AC voltage. So that will then achieved that a triac at switch-on only very ge rings slew rate must process. By means of the triac is then for a period of alternating voltage or a Multiple of these due to the given on the control input and a switching signal derived from the AC voltage current flowing through the consumer switched on. These Arrangement for driving triacs is relatively easy with built a plurality of transistors, but a high Requires power and also a storage capacitor for the supply voltage is required (Semiconductor switching examples, edition 1971/72, pages 151 ff.).
It is the object of the invention to provide a zero voltage switch to create order with the least possible components a switching signal in the immediate vicinity of the zero crossing one Generate AC voltage with a reduced total current consumption is cash. The arrangement is also intended to be an integrable building stone can be realized.
The solution to this problem is achieved in that between a high-resistance chip at the connection points of the AC voltage voltage divider is switched that with that at the dividing point alternating voltage component directly a field effect trans sistor is applied so that each time the one each beginning or ending approximately at the zero point Causing a change in the switching state. Gate threshold voltage as control voltage for a downstream amplified half the output voltage of the field effect transistors during one half-wave and during the other Half wave in the output circuit at a be in the forward direction the resulting voltage of the other Po larity serves that during the occurrence of the respective tax voltage of a certain polarity on that in the main circuit the resistance of the semiconductor element is the "zero point" - Switching signal is removable.
The arrangement according to the invention requires extremely little Power consumption and is also for a large area of change voltage can be used. It is with the least amount of components space-saving and extremely inexpensive to implement. The Flanks of the resulting switching signal are both at the over going from positive to negative as well as from negative to the positive half-wave of the AC voltage with approx same time interval in close proximity before the zero crossing corridor. The signal to be derived therefore falls at the time of switching together about the response time or the drop time of a relay is delayed before the actual zero gears lie. So it is via a contact of such a relay this AC voltage is connected to a secondary circuit, so This connection then takes place almost exactly at the zero crossing this AC voltage. With the least amount of components So with regard to the application for relay control without Angle error reached the connection of the AC voltage. The This alternating voltage is, for example, that in a communica tion system in the respective operating state of the call phase ringing AC voltage. There are therefore no disturbing effects Sparks when switching, which in addition to increasing life The duration of these contacts at the same time means that there is no interference Couplings to neighboring control logics take place and thus a Incorrect impulses are avoided.
According to a development of the invention, the field effect oil sistor is a self-conducting MOS field effect transistor (SIPMOS Small signal transistor), between its drain and gate on conclude a partial resistance of at least two contradictions existing voltage divider is switched. Between its source and gate connection is the parallel connection from the said diode and the base-emitter path one as reinforcing semiconductor element used bipolar transi stors. Further advantageous configurations are the rest See subclaims.
The invention is illustrated by one in the drawing th embodiment explained.

Fig. 2 den zeitlichen Verlauf einiger an bestimmten Schaltungs punkten auftretenden Spannungen. Fig. 2 shows the time course of some voltages occurring at certain circuit points.
At the zero-point switching arrangement NS , for example, a ringing alternating voltage Ur is present as an alternating input voltage. If this alternating voltage is superimposed on a direct voltage, then a decoupling is sufficient by the capacitors C 1 and C 2 . The high-resistance resistors R 1 and R 2 form a voltage divider in a ratio of 1: 1, the resistor R 1 also limiting the base current for the transistor T 2 . In line 1 of FIG. 2, a period of the input alternating voltage Ur or the alternating voltage arising at the dividing point TP is indicated schematically. If this AC voltage falls below a certain value of, for example, 0.7 volts, the field effect transistor T 1 which is influenced by it and which, for example, can be a Sipmos small signal transistor, is converted from the conductive state into the blocking state. The thus formed between the Sorce connection S and the gate connection G voltage Us is limited by the base emitter voltage of the downstream transistor T 2 to a certain voltage value of, for example, 0.7 volts. The transistor T 2 becomes conductive until the value of said threshold voltage of, for example, 0.7 volts is reached in the region of the transition from positive half-wave p to negative half-wave n . In the region of the negative half-wave n of the input voltage, the voltage Us is limited to the forward voltage of the diode Z until this threshold voltage is reached again. The voltage curve for the voltage Us can be seen in line 2 of FIG. 2. The transistor T 2 is blocked during the period in which this voltage Us is negative. During this time, a voltage Ua corresponding in amplitude to the supply voltage Uv is formed on its load resistor R 3 . The time course of this voltage is shown in line 3 of FIG. 2. This output signal Ua thus arises a short time t 1 before each transition of the positive half-wave p into the negative half-wave and ends a short time t 2 before the transition of the negative half-wave n into the positive half-wave of the AC voltage. These times t 1 and t 2 are approximately of the same size and differ only slightly in a wide voltage range of the AC voltage. These time intervals of the signal arising during the blocking phase of the transistor T 2 from the respective exact zero crossing of the AC voltage can assume a value which roughly corresponds to the response time or the fall time of certain relay types. Thus, if the edges of the switching signal Ua are used to switch a relay, this results in a switching time which is before the respective zero crossing by the response time of this relay. This means that in the cases in which with such a controlled relay the AC voltage in question is applied to a circuit or a switching element, this is then done exactly with the zero crossing of the AC voltage in question. This avoids arc discharges when the relay clock is opened and interference pulses cannot be coupled into adjacent logic circuits.
In the exemplary embodiment, the switching signal Ua of the zero point switching arrangement NS is used to apply the alternating call voltage Ur to a subscriber station Tst . If there is an operating state in the communication system which corresponds to a call phase, the central control device ZSt which controls the system gives corresponding information to the control unit St. Based on this information, control information supplied to the control input of the relay R is formed with an edge of the switching signal Ua supplied to the control unit St. After the response time of this relay R , that is to say approximately after the time t 1 , the ringing alternating voltage U is then applied to the subscriber line TL via the contact kr of the relay R during the processing-synchronous zero crossing. If the control unit St is informed by the central control unit ZSt that the call phase is to be switched over to the call pause, the call voltage Ur is switched off when the next zero crossing of the call alternating voltage occurs when the contact kr is opened . The switch-off command for the relay R is given a short time t 1 or t 2 before the actual zero crossing.
As shown in FIG. 1, a subscriber station Tst is a supply voltage source by means of the a wire via the resistors R 4 and R 5 to one pole (-Ub) and by means of the b wire via the resistors R 6 and R 7 to the other Pol (earth) of this supply voltage source connected. The control unit St can be used to control further relays, such as relay B. In certain operating cases, the supply circuit can then be switched with low impedance via contacts of such a relay. This is indicated by the contact kb of relay B. A designates an indication circuit which is connected to fixed connection points of the subscriber line TL . With it, for example, different indications can be carried out. For example, the loop closure can be indicated as a result of a call.
