Ausdrehungen so versehen ist, daß sich beim Zusammenbau der Teile ein gemeinsamer ringförmiger Hohlraum (6) bildet, der oben und unten mit je einer ring­ förmigen, elastischen Membrane (3-4) abschließt, die auf Ihrer Innen­ seite mit DMS (5-) belegt sind und bei der Größe des wasserdicht ab­ geschlossenen Raumes (6), Meßverstärker und andere elektronische Bau­ teile (7), z.B. zur Temperatur-Kompensation, absolut dicht verschweißt oder verklebt, aufnimmt.1.
