Abstract

The invention is applied in particular to the adhesive strips for affixing the flaps of packets of paper handkerchiefs. A strip of flexible material such as polyethylene is previously marked with a discontinuous cutting line which traces the outline of the flap, the adhesive strips are laid on the strip acrossthe flaps, and then the film is cut, transversally to its direction of motion into individual sheets (3) in which the packets (2) are wrapped.
