Abstract

The invention relates to a blister pack for small articles, such as tablets, pills, capsules, sweets and the like, consisting of a plastic film, out of whose plane a multiplicity of wells arranged in rows are formed in a thermoforming operation, and of a covering film by which the wells are covered. The object of the invention is to provide an inexpensive blister pack which can be produced easily and whose wells are reclosable. The invention consists in the fact that the covering film is applied in the form of strips, each of which covers one row of wells, that the covering film consists of a material which is difficult to tear, and that the covering film is attached by a reusable adhesive.

Description

The invention relates to a blister pack for small Items such as tablets, pills, capsules, and candies the like, consisting of a plastic film, from de ren level a plurality of arranged in rows Small bowls are formed in a deep-drawing process, and a cover film, through which the bowls are covered are.

Blister packs of this type are used as pharmaceuticals packaging widely used. You have a medicine medium packaging excellently proven. The cover film is mostly in the known packaging of this type made of an easily penetrable metal foil. Through this the Ge to be removed from the packaging subject tearing the cover film at the removal pressed out.

Now there are a number of divisible tablets, mostly Sleeping pills or pain pills, of which the patient takes only a half or a quarter tablet. The This type of tablets can be found in this packaging not be expelled because the patient  otherwise take part of the tablet not consumed ought to be true. For this type of divisible tablet Tube packaging is better, in which the not consumed part of the tablets again after division can be covered.

Another problem is one for many patients tablet to be taken several times a day. Often know Pa didn’t care whether they’re doing their morning, noon and have already taken evening tablets.

The invention avoids the disadvantages of the prior art Technology. It is the object of the invention, a simple one create inexpensive blister packs that can be produced, whose bowls are resealable.

The invention is that the cover film in Form of strips is applied, each one Row of small dishes covered that the cover film from a difficult to tear material and that the cover foil is attached with a reusable adhesive.

With such a blister pack, the Lift the strips covering the bowl so that only one small bowl is opened. By using it reusable glue ensures that the peeled strip piece back on the plastic film can be glued on. So the patient can get one Pain reliever, for example, half back in that Put the bowl back and close the bowl again. This allows the patient to take several tablets a day  from a small bowl with the daily ration of for example three tablets each one tablet ent take and leave the remaining tablets in the bowl. In the afternoon, for example, he can determine whether he was already taking his morning and lunch pills took.

It can be advantageous if each strip from Ab Cover foil has cross perforations, so that it Pa is possible after completely emptying a Small bowl the piece of covering assigned to this small bowl tear film from the strip.

It is planned for the production of this blister pack partial if the adhesive is attached to the film and if there are adhesive-free spots at the location of the bowls are sensitive.

Furthermore, it can be advantageous if between two Another adhesive-free area is. The strip has perforations to follow the Emptying a bowl assigned to this bowl To be able to tear off any piece of masking film, this is what Adhesive-free area as a tab for touching the Opening the next bowl.

It is also beneficial if the beginning of each stripe is designed as an adhesive-free tab.

Es zeigt The essence of the invention is based on an in the drawing shown schematically game explained in more detail. It shows

The blister pack consists of a thermoformed plastic film 1 , into which small dishes 2 are molded, into which tablets 3 are to be inserted. These small bowls 2 of the plastic film 1 are closed with strips 4 of a covering film which is coated with an adhesive 5 on the side facing the plastic film 1 . The water glue 5 is not applied to the entire surface, but only at those points where the strips 4 of cover film should be connected to the plastic film 1 . This is not the case at the location of the tabs 6 and also in strip-shaped areas 7 between the bowls 2 . It may be appropriate if the layers 5 of the cover strips 4 coated with adhesive 5 have the shape of rings 8 ha ben. It may be expedient to provide a perforation 9 on the strip 4 between two bowls 2 in order to be able to tear off the strip at this point after a bowl has been completely emptied. In the case of the annular adhesive coating in particular, tips 10 in the form of tabs then remain at the corners, which the patient can grip with his fingers or fingernails in order to be able to tear off the cover strip from the next small dish.
