Description
The invention relates to a sliding shoe for an in an open position bringable sliding cover of a vehicle sunroof, the slide shoe in its central area with the closure is partially coupled and is slidable along a guide rail at least two spaced-apart guide surfaces has against which the shoe with opposite sliding supports sliding surfaces.
Sliding shoes of this type are known in different designs (DE-AS 16 30 330 and DE 25 53 549 C3). In practice penetrate one open vehicle sunroof inevitably foreign substances such as dust, sand and the like in particular in the guide rails on. This can easily dirt particles between the sliding surfaces of the slide shoes and the interacting guide surfaces of the guide rail get and if necessary store themselves in the sliding surfaces of the sliding block. This can quickly lead to an increase in sliding resistance and to damage on the slide shoe and / or the guide rail.
Durch die nur einseitige Anordnung der Zungen kann dort bei Verschiebung in die andere Richtung ebenso Schmutz in den Bereich der Gleitflächen eindringen.DE 34 45 000 C3 is a sliding block for a window lifter on vehicle doors known, in order to avoid tilting on each side of a sliding surface a tongue in front of the sliding surface is located diagonally opposite fenders against the guide surfaces of a guide rail. Due to the only one-sided The arrangement of the tongues can also be shifted in the other direction Dirt penetrate into the area of the sliding surfaces.
The invention specified in claim 1 is based on the object to create a sliding shoe of the type mentioned, in the impaired by in the leadership rail penetrating foreign substances, such as dust, sand and the like, cleared or are at least significantly reduced.
This object is achieved in that with a sliding shoe the preamble of claim 1 in the shift Direction of the shoe on both sides of each of the two sliding surfaces an elastic dirt wiper lip is formed, which is in the shift Direction in front of or behind the relevant sliding surface to that of the concerned Creates guide surface assigned to the slide surface of the guide rail.
Bevorzugte weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen 3 bis 8.Preferred further developments of the invention result from the subclaims 3 to 8.
In practical use of the shoe according to the invention, the sliding surface chen of the sliding block by the in the direction of displacement of the sliding block and protected from the dirt wiping lips behind the respective sliding surface, which resiliently against the relevant guide surface of the guide rail Press and thereby foreign substances, which may be mixed with grease are stripped from the guide surfaces. This prevents such Foreign matter between the sliding surfaces of the slide shoe and the guide surface can reach the guide rail and get stuck there. Of the The glide shoe maintains its good sliding properties even for extended periods at. The lifespan of the shoe and that of the shoe together the guide rail is extended. The dirt wiper lips can NEN the guide of the shoe in the guide rail support and to a silent and play-free running of the sliding shoe in the Contribute to the guide rail.
The pairs preferably form one another transversely to the direction of displacement opposite dirt wiper lips on both ends of the shoe Ladle-like or bucket-like profiles that move Open in a direction pointing away from each other. This ensures that abge stripped contaminants particularly effectively from the critical contact area between the dirt wiping lips and the guiding surfaces of the Füh rail can be transported away.

Is shown corresponding to FIGS. 1 and 5, where the slide shoe 5 in the direction of arrow of FIG I. 3, the displaceably guided along the guide rail 4 shoe 5 comprises a main body 5 a having a receiving opening 5b, into which the ends the slide shoe carrier 6 or 7 are inserted. In a lying above the receiving opening 5 b chamber 5 d of the sliding shoe 5 , a spring 21 is seated, which presses with its outside the upper sliding surface of the sliding shoe thin section 5 c upwards against the adjacent upper guide surface of the guide rail 4 , while at the same time a lying below the receiving opening 5 b, with its outer side, the lower sliding surface of the slide shoe 5 forming part of the main body 5 a is pressed against the lower guide surface 4 a of the guide rail 4 . On both sides of each of the two sliding surfaces of the main body 5 a, an elastic dirt wiper lip 5 e is formed. The dirt wiping lips 5 e, as can be seen in particular from FIG. 1, lie in the direction of displacement of the sliding shoe in front of or behind the relevant sliding shoe sliding surface against the guide surface of the sliding rail 4 assigned to the relevant sliding surface. The pairs of mutually opposite dirt wiping lips 5 e form at both ends of the sliding shoe 5 scooping len- or excavator shovel-like profiles 5 f, which open pointing away from each other in the direction of displacement. The main body 5 a tapers in the direction of displacement Ver on both sides, while the outer sides of the mutually opposite pairs of dirt wipers lip 5 e diverge from the tapered ends of the sliding block main body 5 a transverse to the direction of displacement.
As can be seen in particular from Fig. 4, the slide shoe 5 has a white direct sliding surface, which extends perpendicular to the two opposing sliding shoe sliding surfaces and rests on a further guide surface of the guide rail 4 . The sliding shoe 5 carries in the direction of displacement of the sliding shoe on both sides of this further sliding surface one against the further guide surface of the guide rail 4 additional elastic cal dirt wiping lip 5 e, which extends from one to the other of the opposite dirt wiping lips 5 e and in its middle part has a notch 5 g, which opens towards the end of the slide shoe 5 in the direction of displacement ( FIGS. 1 and 5).
The tips of the dirt wiping lips 5 e are pressed elastically against the guide surfaces of the guide rail 4 , and they are shaped such that on the guide surfaces 4 a of the guide rail 4 seated contaminants 22 are stripped and passed into the cavities formed by the profiles 5 f. The notches 5 g facilitate the insertion of the sliding block into the guide rail 4 , since they give the sliding block 5 additional elasticity.
FIGS. 6 and 7 show a modified embodiment of the sliding shoe total labeled 25, wherein the first embodiment, corresponding parts of the slide shoe are designated by corresponding reference numerals, which is, however, preceded by a "2". The spring 21 is in turn inserted into a chamber 25 d of the slide shoe 25 . In a departure from the first embodiment, an additional dirt wiping lip 25 h is separated from the two dirt wiping lips 25 e which are assigned to the respective sliding shoe end and are located opposite one another. The dirt wiping lips 25 e and 25 h are also pressed elastically against the relevant guide surfaces of the guide rail 4 in this embodiment, and the dirt wiping lips 25 e form a scooping len- or excavator shovel-like profile 25 f.
The illustrated in Fig. 8 slide shoe 35 consists of an inner body 35 a of a relatively rigid material, in particular plastic, and an inner body enclosing at least partially the outer body 36 made of a comparatively soft material, particularly plastic. The soft outer body 36 ensures improved sliding properties. It forms both the sliding surfaces of the shoe 35 and the dirt wiping lips 36 e. The dirt wiping lips can in turn create ladles or bucket-like profiles 36 f, which open in the direction of displacement of the slide shoe 35 from one another. In the inner body 35 a, the recording of the Gleitschuhträgerendes serving receiving opening 35 b and the chamber 5 d corresponding chamber 35 are formed d, but no spring must be accommodated in the. A thin section 35 c corresponding to section 5 c runs above chamber 35 d.
The slide shoes explained here preferably consist of one more or less elastic plastic with good sliding properties. It understands yourself that the shape and size of the glide shoe meet the respective requirements can be adjusted.
