Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an arrangement according to the preamble of the patent saying 1.
There are vehicles with one described in the preamble of claim 1 Roof rack, consisting of a rail and its associated supporting bars, known, the support rods are only installed when necessary, if so the roof rack should be used, because otherwise it is in operation not only is the air resistance increased, but also the annoying whistle noises arise. There is a certain problem with storage the support rods in the event that they are not used for a specific purpose. Because on the one hand you want to have them with you even if they are more surprising wisely needed, d. H. they have to be accommodated in the vehicle, where on the other hand they may disturb you; because the bean of them of course, the space used does not stand for other items to be transported Goods available.
The invention is therefore based on the object of a suitable storage location for the support rods, from which they can be easily assembled if required can be.
Be a generic arrangement, that is, in such an additional to the roof rack has a rear spoiler in the roof area, is inventive according to this task with the characterizing features of claim 1 solved.
Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Advantageous developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
So it will make sense to design the facility so that the Trag bars cannot rattle while driving. For example, the Support rods be clamped elastically. Furthermore, it can be used for the purpose of Convenient handling can be useful when setting up like a Maga interest can be at least partially pulled out of the interior.
The opening for loading and unloading the spoiler can be on one of its (side) End faces may be provided, for security reasons on the side, which is adjacent to the edge of the lane, so on right-hand traffic on the right Page.
In a preferred embodiment, the opening is in the area the front spoiler edge in the direction of travel. This arrangement offers namely special advantages with regard to easy assembly and disassembly of the roof rack. With a corresponding design of the carrier with leadership The support rods can run out of the spoiler into the guide channels be moved forward into their use positions. The support rods need then neither being lifted at their full weight nor can it happen that when assembling or disassembling a support rod, that may be Damaged roof.
Im einzelnen zeigenFurther details of the invention are the following with reference to the drawing described embodiment, in which the preferred off management form is shown. Show in detail
Fig. 1 eine Teilansicht des rechtsseitigen Trägers einer Dachreling mit einem integrierten Heckspoiler; Figure 1 is a partial view of the right-hand support of a roof rail with an integrated rear spoiler.
Fig. 2 einen Schnitt durch den Heckspoiler ent sprechend der Schnittlinie A-A in Fig. 1 und Fig. 2 shows a section through the rear spoiler accordingly the section line AA in Fig. 1 and
Fig. 3 shows a section through the carrier according to the section line BB in Fig. 1, but with a support rod in the use position.
The right-hand support of the railing, designated as a whole by 1, consists of an upper spar 2 and a lower spar 3 . In its rear end region, the carrier 1 is connected to the left carrier, not shown in the drawing, via a spoiler 4 designed as a hollow part. The interior 5 of the spoiler 4 is accessible via a flap 8 which is arranged in the region of its front edge 6 and can be pivoted about an axis 7 and contains a device 9 for receiving a plurality of support rods 10 which are rattled freely there by means of a special leaf spring 11 .
As deutIicher be seen from Fig. 3, the lower rail 3 includes a practically over the whole length extending groove 12 with a gap 13 for receiving the support rods 10 in their position of use. The channel 12 is covered by a flap 15 which can be pivoted about an axis 14 in the direction of the arrow I and is thus protected against contamination. Exactly at the points where the support rods 10 are in use, the flap 15 has recesses 17 reaching to the edge 16 , which are dimensioned such that the flap 15 can also be closed when the support rods 10 are in the use position in Ge . In order to prevent that dirt can get through the recesses 17 into the channel 12 when the supporting rods 10 are deposited, the recesses 17 are each assigned a further flap 18 which can be pivoted about an axis 19 and is in the non-use position when the rods are 10 closes automatically. The support rods 10 have end parts 20 on the end face which engage behind the edge regions 21 of the gap 13 , so that the support rod 10 is also fixed transversely to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle. In the longitudinal direction, this definition is given by the lateral limits 22 , 23 of the savings 17 . Above the head parts 20 , leaf springs 24 are fastened, which press the individual support rod 10 downward in its position and thus ensure rattle-free storage.
Ausgehend von einem Zustand, wie er in Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellt ist, wo die Tragstäbe 10 also im Spoiler 4 abgelegt sind, geschieht der Aufbau des Dachgepäckträgers in folgender Weise: Starting from a state as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, where the support rods 10 are thus stored in the spoiler 4 , the roof rack is constructed in the following way:
After the flap 8 designed as a spoiler nose and the flaps 15 and 18 are opened - the flap 15 is opened in the direction of the arrow I - the supporting rods 10 deposited in the device 9 are moved forward in the guide groove 12 and, starting with the foremost Support rod, brought into position. Then the flap 15 is closed, whereby the support rods 10 are locked; the flaps 18 remain open as shown in FIG. 3. Finally, the flap 8 is brought back into the closed position and the arrangement is ready for operation. Disassembly is carried out in the opposite direction.
