Description
The invention relates to a single-phase synchronous motor in the preamble of claim 1 specified type, which for example from the DE-PS 11 06 857 is known. This document shows a self-starting single-phase synchronous miniature motor with a permanent magnetic Rotor in an alternating field originating from the stator poles, the rotor has auxiliary poles in addition to its main poles, which is offset from the main poles by a quarter of a pole pitch to ensure that the motor starts up. Details of the special This publication contains the structural design of the stator Not. The auxiliary poles are formed on a disc, which in their diameter corresponds to the disk bearing the main poles and directly on this.
Furthermore, it is in known single-phase synchronous motors (Plaumann "Two-pole single-phase synchronous motor", precision engineering & measuring technology 1985, pp. 145-148), to achieve a starting torque the curvature of the rotor adapted circular arc-shaped boundary surfaces to design the stator opening receiving the rotor asymmetrically, so that there is an air gap at each boundary surface, whose width increases from the center of the rotor to the outside. So that results a defined rest position of the rotor, which is opposite to the direction of magnetization of the stator is twisted. When creating the stator field if a force is exerted on the rotor in the circumferential direction, so that this, if necessary after one or more torsional vibrations, comes into synchronism with the stator field and rotates synchronously with it.
In these known single-phase synchronous motors with asymmetrical Air gap and arcuate sheet metal cut of the stator core occurs demagnetization of the arcuate at higher powers Pole edges of the permanent magnet segments of the rotor and thus a reduction in performance on. In addition, the restoring forces of the rotor with greater sealing friction too low, so that no or insufficient Starting torque is present.
The invention has for its object a single-phase synchronous motor of the type mentioned so that the magnetic Properties of the engine by the measure, which to ensure starting the motor from any rotor position be hit as little as possible. This is it necessary, a mutual influencing of main field and auxiliary field of the rotor as low as possible and demagnetization largely on the pole edges of the permanent magnet segments of the rotor avoid.
This object is achieved by the characterizing Features of claim 1, wherein the spatial and magnetic design measures and the spatial arrangement together to solve contribute to the task.
The single-phase synchronous motor according to the invention has the advantage that due to the widening of the sinusoidal shape from the center of the pole to the outside symmetrical air gap demagnetization at the pole edges of the permanent segments of the rotor is greatly reduced, so that the motor can also be used without problems for higher outputs.
The starting torque that is now missing due to the symmetry of the air gap is provided by the auxiliary rotor according to the invention, whose direction of magnetization differs from that of the stator field. The Motor according to the invention can larger inertial masses with the same design accelerate and absorb higher friction torques than the known motors with curved stator opening and asymmetrical air gap and can be burdened with higher. The simple shape of the stator sheet cut also helps to reduce manufacturing costs.
The measures listed in the further claims are advantageous Developments and improvements to that specified in claim 1 Synchronous motor possible.
Es zeigtThe invention is based on an embodiment shown in the drawing explained in more detail in the following description. It shows
Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt eines Einphasen- Synchronmotors, Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section of a single-phase synchronous motor,
Fig. 2 eine schematische perspektivische Darstellung des Rotors des Motors gemäß Fig. 1, Fig. 2 is a schematic perspective view of the rotor of the motor of FIG. 1,
Fig. 3 shows a cross section through the stator and rotor of the motor in FIG. 1.
The single-phase synchronous motor shown in longitudinal section in FIG. 1 has, in a known manner, a stator 10 electromagnetically excited by an alternating electrical field and a two-pole or multi-pole permanent magnet rotor 11 . The rotor 11 is seated in a rotationally fixed manner on a rotor shaft 12 , which is mounted in rotary bearings 13 , 14 of a housing 26 accommodating the stator 10 , and is arranged in a freely rotating manner in an axially extending opening 15 of the stator 10 . The stator opening 15 is delimited by diametrically opposite stator surfaces 16 , 17 on the rotor 11 . The number of opposing stator surfaces 16 corresponds to the number of poles of the rotor 11 . In the two-pole embodiment of the permanent magnet rotor 11 shown here, only the two stator surfaces 16 , 17 exist.
As can be seen from the cross section of the stator 10 and the rotor 11 shown in FIG. 3, the stator 10 has a stator laminated core 18 with a U-shaped laminated section. The legs 181 , 182 of the laminated core 18 are guided exactly parallel up to their free end and form the stator opening 15 receiving the rotor 11 in their front region. As a result, the two opposing stator surfaces 16 , 17 are aligned exactly parallel to one another and run at a constant distance from one another which is larger by a certain amount than the diameter of the rotor 11 . An air gap 19 , 20 is thus formed between the rotor 11 and each of the stator surfaces 16 , 17 , which is minimal in the center of the rotor and increases sinusoidally symmetrically on both sides in the circumferential direction of the rotor 11 .
In order to provide a starting torque for the rotor 11 despite the symmetrical air gap 19 , 20 , an auxiliary rotor 21 , which is made of the same or different magnetic materials as the rotor 11 , is rigidly connected to the rotor shaft 12 . The number of pole pairs of the auxiliary rotor 21 is identical to that of the rotor 11 . The auxiliary rotor 21 is, however, fastened on the rotor shaft 12 in such a way that the direction of the permanent magnetic field generated by it is rotated by an angle β ( FIG. 2) with respect to the direction of the permanent magnetic field of the rotor 11 . Depending on the size of the desired starting torque, the angle β can be made larger or smaller, but in extreme cases it must not exceed 90 ° electrically. The axial length of the auxiliary rotor 21 is only a fraction of the axial length of the rotor 11 . It is preferably attached to the rotor shaft 12 with a small axial distance from the rotor 11 .
The auxiliary rotor 21 is either freely rotating in the stator opening 15 itself or - as in the exemplary embodiment shown - in a corresponding opening 22 of an auxiliary stator 23 . To form the auxiliary stator 23 , two yoke parts 24 , 25 made of ferromagnetic material are provided, which are fastened to the housing 26 and axially overlap the stator laminated core 18 on the rear side facing away from the rotor 11 ( FIG. 1). In the area of the auxiliary rotor 21 , these yoke parts 24 , 25 run in the radial direction and partially cover the auxiliary rotor 21 in its circumferential direction, forming the opening 22 . In this way, the auxiliary stator 23 is supplied with part of the excitation flux, which is induced by an electrical excitation winding 27 in the stator laminated core 18 . In a known manner, the excitation winding 27 is divided into two excitation coils 28 , 29 , each of which is wound on a coil former 30 , 31 . In each case one coil former 30 or 31 is pushed onto one leg 181 or 182 of the stator laminated core 18 .
