ergeben.Speedometer for centrifuges. The invention relates to a
in particular for milk centrifuges the speedometer of the per se
known type, in which a disk-like swing weight in a to the axis of rotation
oscillates in a vertical plane and the speed is visualized.
In a known Geschwindigk .eitsmesser this type is z. B. the achieved
Speed indicated by points that differ from the rotation when turning
Axis of rotation
remove and therefore the image of a circle increasing with increasing number of revolutions
result.
According to the present invention, the flywheel, whose fulcrum,
of course lies outside the axis of rotation of the speedometer, with one around
a drawing arranged around a point, which is only then clearly visible
when the point comes to lie in the direction of the axis of rotation. The one on the
Flywheel specified drawing can consist of points, lines, circles o. The like.
in. exist, and the arrangement is made so that only at the correct number of revolutions
the centrifuge the point of the flywheel around which the drawing is grouped,
comes to lie in the direction of the axis of rotation.

Schwungscheibe a angeordnet ist.
Abb. .I zeigt die Seheibe a in ihrer Ruhelage zur Wellef, während
The speedometer consists of a housing in which a flywheel a is arranged. This disk is mounted to swing on a sleeve c by means of the pin 1). In the sleeve c-, one end of which is closed by a screw, a spring (1 is attached, which rests against a shoulder e of the disc ir. A shaft f is firmly connected to the sleeve c-. In this way, the Flywheel a in a resilient and rotatable connection to shaft f, so that when the shaft f rotates, it is thrown off somewhat by the latter The pin f is coupled to the intermediate shaft when the speed meter is put on. For this purpose, the shaft f rests in the tube g and the housing head h .. The housing head 1a is closed by a cover i. by .that the flywheel a is considered.
des Deckels i verschwindet. As Fig. 2 and 3 show, circles 1 are drawn on: the flywheel cr. The center point of the circles 1 lies outside the direction of the shaft f in the rest position, so that the circles 1 initially only create a blurred image at the beginning of the rotation. As the number of revolutions increases, the disk a is pivoted about its axis of rotation 1) so that the center of the circles d moves towards the axis of the point f until it finally coincides with it. In this case the circles give a clear picture, ie their outlines are clearly recognizable. This is a sign that the centrifuge has reached its correct speed. If the number of revolutions of the centrifuge is increased even more, the center of the gyroscope will again move away from the axis of rotation in the opposite direction, so that the image becomes blurred again. In order to determine whether the speed of the centrifuge is too high or too small in the case of a blurred image of the gyroscope, a is also displayed on the flywheel a. Marking point m, a line or the like. Provided, which gives the image of a concentric circle in a known manner during rotation. This marking point na is arranged in such a way that it is still visible through the inspection glass 1a at a low or correct number of revolutions of the centrifuge, but disappears under the rim of the cover i if the number of revolutions is too high.
