Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method and a Device for high voltage supply, ins special of impedance-like loads after the The preamble of claim 1 or claim 2.
From DE-OS 32 08 895 is a circuit arrangement for operating a high-frequency ozonizer known in which a high voltage transformer in the manner of a television line transformer is controlled on the primary side in cycles. To a switch is provided that depends on the output signal of a monoflop is switched, whose clock input ver with an oscillator is bound. The rectangular pulses of the monoflop control the switch that the current flow through the primary coil locks or releases, whereby in a current is induced in the secondary winding.
Due to the impedance-like load occur the secondary side between the primary damped vibrations on the side impulses, the efficiency of the high voltage ver reduce supply.
This is where the present invention comes in the task is based on a procedure and a device for high voltage supply, especially of impedance-like loads create where the efficiency and thus the energy yield is improved and the both at low and high frequencies are applicable.
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1 and of claim 2 solved.
The fact that with the high voltage transformer connected switch arrangement with a pulse width modulated voltage is controlled, its input and turn-off ratio of a synthetic Corresponds to the signal form, becomes a secondary Electricity with a fixed signal shape and frequency induced, with no overshoot can occur between pulse pauses, so that the energy transferred to the secondary side, for example in the formation of the impedance-like Load as an ozonizer, fully made of ozone can be used.
It is particularly advantageous that the high voltage supply for a wide frequency range, i.e. for very high as well as for low and lowest frequencies, for example below 10 Hz is applicable. As a result, the high voltage according to the invention supply to use for many purposes for example in addition to the ozonizer already mentioned for electrostatic precipitators.
By the specified in the subclaims Measures are advantageous further training and improvements possible.
Es zeigen:The invention is shown in the drawing and is described in more detail in the description below explained. Show it:

Fig. 3 ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung. Fig. 3 shows another embodiment of the device according to the invention.
In the block diagram shown in FIG. 1, a network rectifier 1 connected to the network is connected via a storage and smoothing capacitor 2 to a DC switch arrangement 3 , which in turn is connected to the primary winding 4 of a high-voltage transformer 4 . In parallel with the secondary winding of the high-voltage transformer 4 there is an impedance-like load 6 , for example an ozonizer. The DC voltage switch arrangement 3 can be designed as a full or half bridge and can operate in single-ended or push-pull mode. Electronic switches, for example P-MOS transistors, are preferably used for the DC voltage switches. They should be controlled with very steep-sided rectangular pulses to achieve low losses. For this purpose, the DC voltage switch arrangement 3 is connected to a pulse width modulator 6 , which can be implemented in different embodiments.
In an analog embodiment 1, a sine wave generator 7 and a sawtooth oscillator 8 is shown in FIG. Provided, whose outputs are connected to a comparison unit 9. The frequency of the sawtooth generator 8 is very much higher than that of the sine generator 7 . The sinusoidal signal and the sawtooth signal are compared in the comparison unit 9 , with an output pulse being supplied at the output of the comparison unit when the sawtooth signal is greater than the sinusoidal signal. In this way, a pulse width modulated control signal is generated according to FIG. 2a, which contains the information about the sine wave.
The switched on depending on the pulse width modulated signal on the primary winding of the transformer 4 voltage is transmitted to the secondary side, not the voltage form but the primary current flow is decisive. According to FIG. 2a, this is approximately sinusoidal, since the inductance acts as a high-voltage transformer, which maintains the current flow in the pulse pauses. In this way, there is a signal on the secondary side with a synthetically produced curve, which has the fixed frequency of the oscillation supplied by the sine generator 7 of the pulse width modulator 6 .
By changing the frequency of the sine generator 7 , an optimization can be carried out in such a way that the impedance-like load designed as an ozonizer has a good efficiency. Of course, the frequency of the sawtooth oscillator can also be changed to achieve a clean signal shape on the secondary side. The change of the frequencies can be coupled as well as separately.
A sine generator 7 is used in the pulse width modulator 6 described. By replacing this sine generator 7 with a generator that supplies other signal shapes, for example a triangular or rectangular shape, the signal shape permanently impressed on the secondary side can be changed and adapted to the respective load 5 . It is also conceivable that a plurality of pulse width modulators 6 are connected in parallel and that a switchover for the control of the DC voltage switch arrangement is provided in accordance with the desired signal form.
Because the load required to have 5 different amplitudes 5-addressing secondary-side signal corresponding to the requirements of the load, for example the amplitude, the CO changed 3 concentration at a designed as ozonizer load by changing, is on the primary side, the voltage either via a DC Level control, for example a phase control on the mains rectifier, or made adjustable via the pulse mode of the output signal emitted by the pulse width modulator.
Die übrige Beschaltung entspricht der nach Fig. 1.In Fig. 3, another embodiment of the device for high voltage supply is shown, in which the generation of the output signal of the pulse width modulator 6 is carried out in a digital manner. Then the pulse width modulator 6 is formed by a microprocessor 11 or a corresponding control unit with a timer which controls a memory 12 and a counter 13 . The output of the counter is connected to the switch arrangement 3 . The remaining circuitry corresponds to that of FIG. 1.
For each signal form to be produced, its density function indicates the respective pulse width values, which can be calculated by the microprocessor itself or can be stored in the memory 12 as fixed values. In order for the synthetically produced signal form to correspond to the desired signal form, a minimum number of pulses, which are referred to as support points, is necessary per period, the signal form becoming better the more pulses are provided.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3, the counter 13 is set depending on a control signal emitted by the microprocessor 11 with a value stored in the memory 12 , this value being the initial value in the case of a counter 13 designed as a down counter. Correspondingly, in the case of an up counter, the count up from zero, the stored value is the counter reading to be reached. The down counter 13 counts down from the initial value, the counting clock being predetermined by the microprocessor 11 . When the count reaches zero, the output signal of the down counter 13 changes its state. Simultaneously with the start of the counting process of the counter 13 , the timer of the microprocessor 11 is set, which emits a switching pulse to the counter 13 after a certain period of time, the counting time of the counter 13 from the initial value to zero being shorter or at most equal than the specific time period specified by the timer. When the switching pulse occurs, the counter begins to count again, starting from an initial value that has in the meantime been taken over from the memory 12 . The pulse width (pulse width) of the pulse of the support point is thus determined by the counting time of the counter 13 , which depends on the initial value, while the timer specifies the width of the support point, ie the clock frequency of the pulses.
Usually, the clock frequency specified by the timer remains constant for a certain frequency of the desired synthetic signal, while the pulse width is changed from support point to support point. The corresponding values for pulse width are either calculated directly by the microprocessor or stored in the memory 12 . To change the frequency of the desired signal form, the time period specified by the timer, ie the clock frequency, is changed. The amplitude of the desired signal form can be set via the pulse width and the high-voltage supply can thus be adapted or optimized for the respective load.
FIG. 2a shows the voltage and current profiles on the primary side achieved with a pulse width modulator according to FIG. 3, curve 20 being the pulse width modulated voltage switched by the switch arrangement 3 and curve 21 being the approximately sinusoidal current. FIG. 2b shows the voltage 22 and current 23 on the secondary side of the high-voltage transformer 4. Of course, other synthetic signal forms can also be produced, wherein the pulse width values for different signal forms can be stored in the memory 12 . The microprocessor 11 then controls the memory 12 and its timer depending on the desired signal form that can be set, for example, on the high-voltage supply from the outside.
