Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for mechanical Win one for making canned food or Preserves of the highest quality suitable product especially shoaling such as herring, sardine, sprat u. Ä., And a device for performing the Ver driving.
When processing fish for canned food or Preserves are usually used in such a way that the Head of the designated fish behind the gills incised and this then with the attached inputs grazing is removed. With this under the designation Operation known to Nobben include the ent parts of the intestine removed the digestive tract the unharmed throat from the abdominal cavity is pulled out while essentially the gonads, d. H. the ovaries of the Rogener, the milk of the Milchner, as well as any remnants of the digestive tract in the Abdominal cavity remain. Draw certain consumer circles in contrast, a product in which the same The abdominal cavity free of any residue is cleared. To manufacture such a product is the machine that can be extracted from US Pat. No. 1,724,587 intended. With this machine the bowels are with the help of one after beheading the fish from the Head cut surface into the abdominal cavity of the same steered the rotating drill bit and tore it loose gen. It is imperative that the individual organs are destroyed and a mixture arises, which is single Lich for the production of animal feed, for example se inform of fish meal is usable. Although ver have been tried differently, at least because of his high nutritional value and its delicate preparation to separate valuable roe from this batch to make it usable for human nutrition, yes causes contact with the contents of the digestive tract in the form of aggressive digestive juices, bile speed and a. a qualitative impairment that is not is acceptable. This also applies to the effort required.
It is the object of the invention to apply a method ben, which is suitable, only by Köpf cut open fish hull to deliver the Guts removed from the abdominal cavity without leaving any residue and which at the same time enables the roe to win in an undisturbed form.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by a method solved, which is characterized in that initially the digestive tract through Nobben and then the rest Abdominal contents without further opening of the abdomen, d. H. be taken from the head cut surface.
A device is used to carry out this method with a driven, endlessly rotating conveyor with the fish taking in individually, across the conveyor direction of the same arranged troughs and with Disinfection means proposed, the latter are characterized by a first evisceration direction consisting of a Nobbing aggregate with Einrich for cutting off the head and taking off the Digestive tract, as well as a second gutting device device consisting of a downstream downstream tool to loosen and remove in the abdominal cavity remaining viscera with at least one in the Abdominal cavity controllable from the head cut surface rotating driven scraper. With this "two- Staging Discomfort "is a qualitative impairment the rye and the other after the Nobben in the belly the remaining viscera through the content of the ver Permanent tract excluded and the possibility against ben to win the first-mentioned viscera separately nen. According to the device, this is ensured by that the Nobbing aggregate as the clearing tool separate Leakage chutes are assigned. An optimal gutter result can be achieved that each scraper formed as a hollow core and with a central, with a pressurized water source related hole is provided. The removal tool can more preferably Design from a next to which the production troughs tra conveyor and synchronous and parallel to it revolving auxiliary conveyor exist on which one Plenty of clearers under the division of the troughs are arranged, the rotating drive relative on the position of the troughs in their longitudinal direction are slidable.

The machine according to the invention has, according to FIG. 1, a conveyor 1 consisting of individual troughs 2 , which leads the fish 22 transversely to their longitudinal axis with supportive support on their belly through the individual processing zones arranged along the conveyor path, of which only the area here the means of gutting is shown. These consist of a first gutter device I and a second gutter device II connected downstream of this. The conveying troughs 2 are in the area in front of the Entweidevor direction, the head 23 of the fish 22 supporting de troughs 3 , which are attached to a conveyor troughs 2 that accompany the conveyor 4 and are immersed in front of the stripping device by appropriate deflection from the conveying plane. The first Entweidevorrichtung I is shown in FIG. 1 immediately behind this redirection and consists of a pair, in the intermediate space between the conveyor troughs 2 and the head troughs 3 arranged blade strips 5 and 6, which are each provided scissor-like manner, yet is as shown in FIG. 2 and 3 can be seen, leaving a gap between them in the mutually offset cutting planes. The upper knife bar 6 experiences an oscillating stroke movement by means not shown. Immediately behind the pair of knives 5 and 6 , a pair of revolving driven tapered rollers 7 and 8 is mounted in accordance with FIG. 2 such that their jackets facing the conveying troughs 2 in the plane of the upper knife bar 6 and the line of their greatest mutual approximation above the plane of the Bottom surfaces 9 of the troughs 2 are located. The tapered rollers 7 and 8 are provided with teeth 10 along their surface lines and are in engagement with one another. This unit is followed by the second grazing device II. It comprises, as shown in FIG. 1, includes an arranged next to the upper run of the conveyor 1 endless auxiliary conveyor 11, which in synchronism with its upper run of the conveyor 1 and pa rallel is concomitantly driven. The auxiliary conveyor 11 carries at a distance from the division of the conveying troughs 2 to each other bearing housings 12 , in each of which a scraper 13 is mounted on a hollow shaft, which is driven in a suitable manner and during the accompanying movement with the conveyor 1 by means of a control cam 15 in the axial direction relative to the Conveyor trough 2 is guided. Each Ausräu mer 13 consists, as shown in FIG. 8, of an axially extending hollow core 16 with a cavity 17 which opens into radial bores at its extreme end. The hollow core 16 is surrounded by a helically wound wing 18 , the peripheral contour of which describes an essentially frustoconical body of revolution. The cavity 17 is connected in a suitable manner during the working phase of the scraper 13 to a source of pressurized water which is fed in via a distributor 19 which rotates synchronously with the auxiliary conveyor 11 .
The operation of the device is as follows: The fish 22 to be processed, for example by means of a loading device of an embodiment according to DE-PS 32 29 502, arrive individually in the feed troughs 2 , with the head 23 to the head trough 3 and the belly to the supporting shoulder of the feed trough 2 are aligned. After setting the desired head position, for example with the aid of an adjusting device according to DE-PS 32 46 759, the fish 22 reaches the area of the first gutting device I, where first his head 23 is cut from both sides by means of the knife strips 5 and 6 and finally under Separation of the backbone is cut without the throat 25 of the fish being separated as well. Due to the advancement of the fish 22 , the fish reaches the area of the tapered rollers 7 and 8 , the tips of which penetrate into the cutting gap between the head 23 and the fish hull 24 and accommodate the throat 25 between them. As a result of the rotation of the cone rollers 7 and 8 and their mutual engagement, a pull is exerted on the pharynx 25 , which pulls the stomach 26 and then the small intestine 27 with increasing speed until it breaks at the anus from the abdominal cavity of the fish, so that these parts can be led out of the machine with the head 23 via a discharge chute 20 . In this way, freed from his digestive tract, the fish hull 24 reaches the gutting device II, in the loading area of which a holding-down device, not shown, ensures a frictionally effective fixation of the fish hull 24 in the trough 2 during the following evacuation process. With advancing funding, the fish hulls 24 enter the effective area of the scraper 13 , which penetrate into the abdominal cavity with rotation. In the course of this process, pressurized water is supplied via the hollow core 16 , so that the intestines torn loose by the scraper 13 are flushed out of the abdominal cavity will. The water-viscera mixture can be fed via a separate discharge chute 21 to a suitable sieving device for separating the rye.
