Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an oscillator according to the Ober Concept of claim 1.
Ein derartiger Be triebszustand tritt z. The oscillator consists of an amplifier arrangement, on the Output connected to a single-ended series resonant circuit is. Between the output of the amplifier arrangement and its on gang is a circuit arrangement connected to the output voltage of the amplifier arrangement in the coupling sense Feeds back the input of the amplifier arrangement. It sits down the voltage signal from several voltage components with ver different phase and amplitude, the size of depends on the respective oscillation frequency. The phase of the so generated voltage signal is not suitable for direct return coupling to the input of the amplifier arrangement. It is one additional phase correction, e.g. B. required by an RC link Lich. Changes by varying the damping or the reso The frequency of the series resonant circuit is one of those on the feedback signal components involved, so does not change only the amplitude but also the phase position of the feedback signals. The series is extremely damped resonant circuit to a vibration termination. Such a Be drive state occurs z. B. on when the electrodes are one capacitive pressure or differential pressure transmitter at over touch the load.
The invention has for its object an oscillator to create of the type mentioned, in which even at extreme great damping or detuning of the series resonant circuit none Vibration is aborted.
This object is achieved by the in the license plate of the specified features solved. The one from the end output voltage of the amplifier arrangement driven resonant circuit current has a resonance characteristic. Under the advance setting that the amplifier arrangement at the resonant frequency oscillates, the phase position of the output current is always identical with the phase position of the output voltage of the amplifier arrangement. The invention makes the use of Transforma unnecessary gates for the galvanic isolation of signals in the feedback circuit of the oscillator.
The invention is further enhanced by the features of the subclaims educated.
Es zeigenThe invention will be described in more detail below based on the embodiment shown in the drawings play explained in more detail. Show it

Fig. 1 shows the principle circuit diagram of the oscillator according to the invention. The output of an amplifier arrangement 1 is connected to a series resonant circuit 2 which is grounded at one end. The series resonant circuit 2 is represented by an inductance 3 , a capacitor 4 and an ohmic resistor 5 . At the output of the amplifier arrangement 1 there is an output voltage. The output voltage drives a current through the series resonant circuit 2 . The output voltage of the amplifier arrangement has no selective frequency behavior. Provided that the amplifier arrangement vibrates at the resonance frequency, the phase position of the current through the series resonant circuit 2 is identical to the phase position of the output voltage of the amplifier arrangement 1 . A symbolically represented current measuring device 6 measures the current and carries a voltage signal lying in phase with the current in the sense of positive feedback to the input of the amplifier arrangement 1 . Advantageously, the amplifier arrangement 1 contains a device 7 which limits the amplitude of the input voltage of the amplifier arrangement to a predetermined value. Even if the series resonant circuit is extremely damped or detuned, the vibration is not aborted.
Fig. 2 shows the circuit diagram of a first Ausführungsbei game of the invention. In this embodiment, the positive half-wave of the current flowing through the series resonant circuit 2 and the negative half-wave of the current flowing through the series resonant circuit 2 are measured separately, the two parts are summed and the sum is fed to the input of the amplifier arrangement.
The amplifier arrangement of the oscillator shown in FIG. 2 has a preamplifier with a pnp transistor 8 as an input transistor and an npn transistor 9 connected downstream thereof. The emitter of the pnp transistor 8 is connected via a counter 10 with the positive supply voltage + U v . The collector of the pnp transistor 8 is connected via a further resistor 11 , which serves as a base leakage resistor for the npn transistor 9 , to the negative supply voltage - U v . The operating point of the pnp transistor 8 is determined by the series connection of two resistors 12 and 13 of equal size, which are connected between the positive and the negative supply voltage. The amount of the positive supply voltage + U v is greater than the negative supply voltage - U v . The collector of the npn transistor 9 is connected via a resistor 14 to the positive supply voltage + U v . The emitter of the npn transistor 9 is connected directly to the negative supply voltage - U v . The resistor 11 prevents the npn transistor 9 from saturating. Two diodes 15 and 16 , which are arranged between the emitter of the pnp transistor 8 and the collector of the npn transistor 9 , limit the output voltage of the preamplifier of the amplifier arrangement. They create the nonlinear characteristic of the amplifier arrangement. A resistor 17 is connected in parallel with the diodes 15 and 16 . This resistor provides a counter coupling within the pre-stage of the amplifier arrangement.
The collector voltage of the npn transistor 9 is fed via a coupling capacitor 18 to the emitter of a pnp transistor 19 , the base of which is at ground potential and the collector of which is connected to the base of an npn transistor 20, which acts as a driver transistor for driving the push-pull stage of the amplifier arrangement is used. A resistor 21 is connected in parallel to the base-emitter path of the npn transistor 20 . The collector of the npn transistor 20 is connected via a resistor 22 to the positive supply voltage + U v . The collector voltage of the NPN transistor 20 controls the push-pull output stage of the amplifier arrangement. The push-pull output stage includes an NPN transistor 23 and a PNP transistor 24 . The emitters of these two transistors are connected to one another and form the output of the amplifier arrangement. This circuit point is provided with the reference numeral 25 . The series resonant circuit 2 which is grounded on one side is connected to it.
The collector of the npn transistor 23 is connected to the positive supply voltage + U v via a resistor 26 and the collector of the pnp transistor 24 is connected to the negative supply voltage - U v via a resistor 27 . The resistors 26 and 27 serve as current measuring resistors for the respective half-wave of the current flowing through the series resonant circuit 2 . The voltage drop across the resistor 26 is supplied via the series circuit of a coupling capacitor 28 and a counter 29 to a current summing point 30 . The voltage drop across the resistor 27 is connected to the current summing point 30 via the series connection of a coupling capacitor 31 and a resistor 32 . The partial currents summed in the current summation point 30 are fed as a positive feedback signal to the base of the pnp transistor 8 .
In order to ensure that the oscillator starts to oscillate, a resistor 33 is arranged between the common switching point 25 of the emitter of the transistors 23 and 24 and ground potential. The voltage drop across this resistor results from the sum of the voltage which drops across a resistor 34 arranged between the emitter of the pnp transistor 19 and the circuit point 25 , and the base-emitter voltage of the pnp transistor 19 . The current flowing through resistor 34 is practically the same as the current flowing through resistor 21 . This current is given by the size of the resistor 21 and the base-emitter voltage of the npn transistor 20th If one selects the resistors 21 and 34 the same size, the voltage drop across the resistor 34 is practically the same as the base-emitter voltage of the npn transistor 20th
FIG. 3 shows the circuit diagram of a second, compared to the first embodiment, simplified oscillator. In this exemplary embodiment, only the positive half-wave of the current flowing through the series resonant circuit 2 is measured. The elimination of the negative half-wave in the measurement of the current flowing through the series resonant circuit 2 is compensated for by a corresponding increase in the resistance in the collector circuit of the npn transistor 23 . Insofar as the oscillator shown in FIG. 3 agrees with the oscillator shown in FIG. 2, the same reference numerals are used. If the dimensions of the components differ, the same reference numerals are also used, but are supplemented by an "*".
Die Wider stände 21 und 29 bestimmen den Verstärkungsfaktor des pnp- Transistors 19.In the amplifier arrangement of the oscillator shown in FIG. 3, the emitter of the pnp transistor 19 serves as the input of the amplifier arrangement. The NPN transistor 20 again serves as a driver transistor for the two transistors 23 and 24 of the push-pull output stage. The collector of the pnp transistor 24 is connected directly to the negative supply voltage - U v . The resistor 26 * - as already stated above - selects larger than the resistor 26 in FIG. 2. The limiting task of the diodes 15 and 16 in FIG. 2 takes over a single diode 35 which is parallel to the resistor in the flow direction 26 is switched. The voltage drop across the resistor 26 * is fed via the series connection of the coupling capacitor 28 and the resistor 29 * directly to the emitter of the pnp transistor 19 as a positive feedback signal. Resistor 29 * is also enlarged compared to resistor 29 * in FIG. 2. The resistors 21 and 29 determine the amplification factor of the pnp transistor 19 .
The oscillation of the oscillator is ensured in the same way as in the oscillator shown in FIG. 2.
FIG. 4 shows the circuit diagram of a third, compared to the second embodiment simplified oscillator. Insofar as the oscillator shown in FIG. 4 matches the oscillator shown in FIG. 3, the same reference numerals are used.
In the amplifier arrangement of the oscillator shown in FIG. 4, the base of the npn transistor 20 serves as an input of the amplifier arrangement. The NPN transistor 20 also serves in this oscillator as a driver transistor for the two transistors 23 and 24 of the push-pull output stage. As in FIG. 3, the diode 35 limits the voltage drop across the resistor 26 * which is proportional to the positive half-wave of the current flowing through the series resonant circuit 2 . The voltage drop across the resistor 26 * is fed via a coupling capacitor 28 to the base of the npn transistor 20 as a positive feedback signal. A negative feedback capacitor 36 is connected between the collector and the base of the npn transistor 20 . This capacitor is used to reduce harmonics and slope steepness.
In order to ensure that the oscillator starts to oscillate, a resistor 37 is arranged between the common switching point 25 of the emitter of the transistors 23 and 24 and the negative supply voltage - U v . The supply voltage to the negative supply voltage - U v related to the opposing stand 37 results from the sum of the base-emitter voltage of the transistor 20 and that of a resistor 38 which is arranged between the base of the transistor 20 and the node 25 is falling voltage. The current flowing through resistor 38 is equal to the current flowing through resistor 21 . The level of this current results from the base-emitter voltage of the npn transistor 20 and from the level of the resistor 21 . The resistors 21 and 38 are dimensioned such that the potential of the switching point 25 adjusts to a value that is positive against ground potential.
The elimination of the pnp transistor 19 and the resistance of the 29 * reduces the circuitry complexity of the oscillator shown in FIG. 4 compared to the oscillator shown in FIG. 3.
