Abstract

It is known that in combustion boilers which bear acidic constituents in the flue gas, these are bound by blowing in lime substances. However, the degree of binding is far below 30% and thus in no way corresponds to the values demanded. In order to eliminate this disadvantage and to separate off the acidic constituents, in particular SO2, eg. at 90@, from the crude gas stream, according to the invention it is proposed that the loaded dust-containing crude gas stream from a coal boiler is predominantly separated from the ash via a cyclone (1) and an additive, preferably hydrated lime, is fed downstream of the cyclone station to a contacting section (8) which opens out into a chemisorption filter (3), the used lime from the filter (3) being collected in a silo (5) and fed again to the cyclone station, and the cyclone station being designed in such a way that the vortex chamber of the cyclone (1) contacts the as yet unreacted fine dust, eg. hydrated lime, with the crude gas, and thus forced multiple contacting with circulated used lime for SO2 binding is imposed upon the contact section (2) and the chemisorption filter (3). <IMAGE>

Description

It is known that in boilers that contain acidic components in the flue gas, these are bound by blowing lime substances. It is known that the degree of integration is well below 30%. It is also known to switch spray dryers or dry-working filters behind boiler systems, which incorporate SO 2 , HCl and HF in the filter itself or in the spray dryer with moistened alkali masses.

B. SO2 einzu blasen. It is also known to use alkaline absorption masses via contact lines for setting z. B. SO 2 blow.

All of these mentioned methods have not brought the desired efficiency that is required, e.g. B. to separate 90% SO 2 from the raw gas stream.

According to the invention it is therefore proposed a Ver drive to choose, which works in several stages as follows.

In der Zeichnung ist das Verfahren erläutert. In the drawing is the procedure explained.

With ( 1 ) the cyclone separator is shown, which is designed so that it separates flying dust and the hydrated lime mass passes through the immersion tube to make it effective again in the downstream contact section ( 2 ). In the downstream filter ( 3 ), the blown-in active dust continues to be used to incorporate acidic components.

In the contact path ( 2 ) fresh z. B. Ca (OH) 2 via a silo ( 4 ) of the contact section, and at the end of the filter at ( 5 ) a silo is set up, in which the old lime, which is partially reacted, is collected.

The partially reacted and not yet finally used lime is fed to the cyclone group via a pneumatic conveying system, whereby the cyclone group, as mentioned above, is designed according to the invention in such a way that the ash is separated off and the fine lime via the immersion pipes again circulates the contact path ( 2 ) and filter ( 3 ).

The intermediate silo ( 5 ) is designed for a longer residence time of the partially reacted lime. It has been found that the calcium compounds deposited on the surface of the lime diffuse into the core of the lime particle and thus the surface is reactivated in order to bring about greater SO 2 uptake.

The particulate matter is particularly in the spine of the Cyclones practically again with the dip tube Raw gas contacted.

Furthermore, it is proposed according to the invention for ver improvement of the reaction a partial conditioning inside half of the boiler - heat exchange area -  to supply the necessary moisture to the flue gas, to lower the flue gas temperature.
