  • - daß die Scharen (6), welche die Gehäuseinnenseite abscha­ ben, in Richtung Rührwelle (4) bis zur nächsten Scheiben­ segmentreihe Abstände aufweisen, in deren Bereich sich am Gehäusemantel befestigte Schabhaken (2) und Mischschaber (3) befinden, welche die umlaufenden Scheibensegmente (5) abschaben,
  • - daß die Schabhaken (2) zur Abreinigung der thermischen Aus­ tauschflächen sich nur im oberen Bereich des Gehäuseman­ tels befinden, während die Mischschaber (3) im unteren Be­ reich angebracht sind und zur Abreinigung der thermischen Austauschflächen sowie der Zerkleinerung und Mischung des Produktes dienen,
  • - und daß sich in den Lücken zwischen den Scheibensegmenten (5) Krustenbrecher (7) und (8) befinden, die zum Abreinigen der am Gehäusemantel befestigten Schabhaken (2) und Misch­ schaber (3) dienen.
