Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method for producing stamped sheets, in particular paper punched sheets, the starting sheet being symmetrical for cutting edge contour with an etching resistor corresponding to their shape mask and then subjected to deep etching, and whereupon the etching resistor mask is removed and finally fine is etched.
In a known method of the type mentioned at the beginning (DE-OS 30 47 886, FIGS. 3 to 7), only a single etching resistor mask is applied to the starting plate before the etching. In the course of deep etching, this etching resistor mask is only partially underetched and removed before the fine etching. By fine etching, the overhangs on the cutting contour are removed, but the sharpness of the cutting edges still leaves something to be desired.
In the paper processing industry is punching paper share, such as B. labels, very common. For years used this purpose punch rolls, but after the die stump which were no longer usable. A very big step forward this area was the use of stamped sheets on magnetnetylin who are wound up. This made the economy of the Paper punching process increases significantly because of manufacturing costs the punching plates are significantly lower than with the punching rolls.
Another method of making a plate-like Stamping tool for conductor tracks to be applied to a substrate Metal foils are already known (US Pat. No. 4,135,964) to apply a first etching resistor mask to a second etching resistor mask. However, the latter does not run symmetrically to the cutting contour, because the punch is etched with different depths that should.
The invention has for its object the method of a gangs mentioned in such a way that the cutting edge without further After-treatment has such a sharpness as it otherwise only can be achieved through extensive manual reworking.
The inventive solution to this problem is that Initial sheet with two, based on the cutting contour, etching resistor masks arranged symmetrically one above the other that the top covers the bottom that the material 85 to 95% of the cutting edge of the starting sheet during deep etching the depth is removed, and that after the deep etching the upper Etching resist mask removed and fine etching until complete Undercutting of the lower etching resistor mask is carried out.
The invention is based on the previously unknown knowledge from that you can only get the desired result through a two-step Can achieve etching, both etching stages in the specified Way must be coordinated and the fine etching up to complete etching of the remaining etching resist mask to be led.
There are several possibilities for the further configuration within the scope of the invention. The two etching resistor masks are expediently produced from materials which do not form a chemical connection with one another. Specifically, it is advisable to produce the upper etching resistor mask with a width b that corresponds to eight to ten times the width a of the lower etching resistor mask.
The conditions are optimal if the lower etching resistor mask with the width a of 5 to 100 μm and the upper etching resistor mask with the width b of 50 to 1000 μm are produced.
It is more advantageous to produce the lower etching resistor mask so demonstrate that the starting sheet is first photo-technically with a Negative contour coating and then with a metal coating, especially precious metal coating, e.g. B. in gold or silver, ver will see, whereupon the negative contour coating is removed. The upper etching resistor mask can easily be made from a photo Photoresist or laminate are generated.
In any case, the deep etching is expediently carried out in one go running etching machine and fine etching in one rotation or thrust loading etching machine performed. It is recommended to do the fine etch with little spraying of the starting sheet from below To perform pressure.
The invention is explained below with reference to a drawing, the FIGS. 1 to 7 of which successively show the individual method steps.
Als Ergebnis erhält man auf der Schneidenkontur zwei aufeinanderfolgende verschiedene Ätzresistormasken 3, 4′.The method is used to produce stamped sheets, in particular paper stamped sheets. First, the output sheet 1 made of steel on one side with a negative photoresistor 2 , for. B. a Trockenlami nat or a resist varnish coated ( Fig. 1). A positive mask of the cutting contour is then produced, the width a of the opaque contour being 5 to 100 μm. Subsequently, the output sheet 1 coated with photoresistor is exposed by means of a positive mask. After developing the exposed steel sheet, the photoresist layer 21 polymerized during the exposure remains in the developer ( FIG. 2). The cutting contour is now electrolytically or chemically coated with a material resistant to the etching medium, which does not form a chemical compound with the photoresistor 2 'and has a correspondingly high adhesive strength on the base material; for this coating material or this etching resistor 3 , inter alia, noble metals such as gold or silver can be used. Then the resistor layer 2 'is removed by stripping ( Fig. 3). Immediately afterwards, a negative mask of the cutting contour is produced, the width b of the translucent contour being between 50 and 1000 μm. Then the sheet is coated with a negative photistor sistor 4 again on one side ( Fig. 4). After exposure of the coated steel sheet by means of the negative mask, development is again carried out ( FIG. 5). As a result, two successive different etching resistor masks 3 , 4 'are obtained on the cutting contour.
In a first step, deep etching is now carried out. The steel sheet 1 is etched to 85 to 95% of the desired cutting depth, preferably in a continuous etching machine, as required. The upper photoresistor layer 4 'is now removed by stripping, the second lower thinner etching resistor layer 3 being retained ( FIG. 6). The sheet metal cutting edges are then etched sharply using fine etching ( FIG. 7). This fine etching is carried out until the undercut edges of the deep etching have been removed and the lower etching transistor layer 3 has been completely underetched. The resulting sheet metal cuts are completely sharp and in any case do not require any mechanical post-treatment.
