Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a vibration system according to the preamble of claim 1.
In such well-known vibration systems the damping is done either in the springs themselves a special material selection of the springs or by hydraulic dampers arranged parallel to the springs reached. These damping devices have disadvantages Visible service life, temperature dependency and effort. In particular, there is vibration systems damped in this way the functional disadvantage that in supercritical frequency range compared to the transmission stiffness or weakly damped vibration systems is high, which causes the transmission of structure-borne noise is favored.
The invention has for its object a vibration specify system with a damping device, which at good damping effects in the natural frequency range none or a slightly increased stiffness compared to one weakly damped vibration system in the supercritical Frequency range.
The task is according to the invention by the characteristic Features of claim 1 solved.
In the oscillation system according to the invention, the oscillates Intermediate mass in the natural frequency range with relative large amplitudes and thus large accelerations that can be greater than the acceleration due to gravity. This will the bulk material parts relative to each other and excited against the wall of the hollow body, the friction the bulk material parts with each other as well as with the wall and thus a conversion from kinetic energy into frictional energy cause. So in this frequency range it will be a good one Attenuation achieved. In contrast, the intermediate mass vibrates in the supercritical frequency range, i.e. at higher ones Frequencies than in the natural frequency range, with only small ones Amplitudes that the intermediate mass accelerations smaller than the final acceleration so that the Intermediate mass including the bulk like a solid Body behaves and produces no damping effect. So points the vibration system according to the invention in the supercritical Frequency range a similarly low transmission stiffness like a corresponding vibration system without Damping device on, causing the transfer of body is effectively prevented. In addition, the Vibration system according to the invention have the advantages that no additional mass requirements for the damping device the result is that the simplest designs can be used, that long service lives are achieved and that the damping function is independent of temperature.
From DE-OS 23 13 483 and DE-OS 25 33 088 are already known shock absorbers or bumpers in which free-flowing bodies or grinding media can be used. However, these cannot vibrate, only dampen jerky movements by the free-flowing Bodies or grinding media over flexible walls, for example as a piston or a rubber wall, are displaced and thereby kinetic energy through friction and destruction convert the grinding media to heat. One of vibrational Frequency-dependent behavior is with these shock absorbers and bumpers not given.
In claim 2 is a convenient form of the bulk good stated.
The type of bulk material specified in claim 3 ensures a large mass of the intermediate mass small construction volume and good dissipation of friction warmth.
The training according to claim 4 guaranteed sufficient space for the movements of the bulk good in the hollow body with the largest possible mass of Bulk goods.
With the training according to claim 5 Friction between the bulk material and the walls of the hollow body increases and thus increases the damping effect.
In the trained according to claim 6 vibration system, the bulk material also receives movement components perpendicular to the main vibration direction of the intermediate mass, whereby the frictional contact between the bulk material parts continues is increased.
In the following the vibration system according to the invention based on several Aus shown in the drawing examples of management explained in more detail.
Dabei zeigt:It shows:
Fig. 1 den grundsätzlichen Aufbau des Schwingungs systems mit einer Zwischenmasse, Fig. 1 shows the basic structure of the vibration system having an intermediate mass,
Fig. 2 bis 5 verschiedene Ausführungsformen der Zwischen masse und Fig. 2 to 5 different embodiments of the intermediate mass and
Fig. 6 shows the transmission stiffness of different vibration systems depending on the frequency.
The vibration system of FIG invention. 1 consists essentially of two series-connected springs 1, 2 and an interposed intermediate compound 3. The vibration system can be embossed by a vibrating body 4 , for example an internal combustion engine, which acts on the end 5 of the spring 1 facing away from the intermediate mass 3 , with the deflection x at this end 5 , which avert a force F on the intermediate mass 3 Guide end 6 of the second spring 2 , which is connected to a body 7 with an infinitely large mass, for example a vehicle chassis. The ratio F / x is called the transmission stiffness of the vibration system.
The intermediate mass 3 is designed as a hollow body 8 , the cavity of which is partially, preferably in the range of 80%, filled with a bulk material 9 , so that a free space 10 remains above the bulk material 9 . The bulk good parts can be a granulate or spheres made of a material of preferably large specific mass such as lead or steel. The hollow body 8 can, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, take various forms. Thus, the ball of FIG. 2 represents a simple shape. The rotary shape of FIG. 3 has inclined walls inclined with respect to the main direction of vibration of the intermediate mass 3 , which force the bulk material parts to move perpendicularly to the main direction of vibration when moving within the hollow body 8 and thus increase the frictional performance between the bulk solids and between them and the walls. The friction power can be further increased if, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the cavity is divided into a plurality of chambers by an intermediate wall 11 . In the rotationally symmetrical hollow body 8 of FIG. 4, the wall 11 is designed as a cone, in the cuboid hollow body of FIG. 5 as a diagonally inserted rectangular sheet. The inclination of these walls 11 also serves to increase the friction.
In Fig. 6, the transmission stiffness F / x is shown above the frequency f for various vibration systems. The dash-dotted line represents the transmission stiffness of a practically undamped vibration system with two springs connected in series and a rigid intermediate mass arranged between them. The transmission stiffness reaches very high values in the region of the natural vibration frequency E , so considerable forces are exerted on the body 7 ( FIG. 1) transferred. In contrast, the transmission stiffness drops very sharply in the supercritical, that is, the higher-frequency range, so that the risk of transmission of structure-borne noise is low. The dashed line represents the transmission stiffness of the above vibration system with an additional conventional damping by hydraulic dampers or damping rubber springs. The transmission stiffness is significantly reduced compared to that of the undamped vibration system in the area of the natural vibration frequency E , but significantly increased in the supercritical area, so that structure-borne noise can be easily transmitted. The solid line represents the transmission stiffness of the vibration system according to the invention. In the area of the natural vibration frequency E , the transmission stiffness is similarly low as in a vibration system that is well damped in a conventional manner, since the high-amplitude vibrations of the intermediate mass occurring here with accelerations greater than the gravitational acceleration cause the bulk material parts in of the intermediate mass to stimulate movements that cause a strong damping. On the other hand, in the supercritical frequency range, the intermediate mass including the bulk material behaves like an overall rigid body, since here the intermediate mass only accelerates below the acceleration due to gravity, which the bulk material parts cannot stimulate to move among themselves or against the walls of the intermediate mass. The vibration system according to the invention thus behaves in this supercritical frequency range like an undamped vibration system in which the risk of transmission of structure-borne noise is low.
