Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Nachweis von Antibiotika- und Sulfonamidrückständen in biologischen Flüssigkeiten oder Nahrungsmitteln mittels eines Farbreduk­ tionstestes, bei dem die zu testende Substanz mit einem einen Farbindikator aufweisenden biologischen Testgemisch bzw. Testmaterial zusammengebracht wird, und Rückstände von Antibiotika und/oder Sulfonamiden den Stoffwechsel und eine damit verbundene Farbstoffreduktion der in dem Testgemisch bzw. Verfahren zum Nachweis von Antibiotika- und Sulfonamid­ rückständen in biologischen Flüssigkeiten oder Nahrungs­ mitteln mittels eines Farbstoffreduktionstestes, bei dem die zu testende Substanz mit einem einen Farbindikator aufweisenden biologischen Testgemisch bzw. Testmaterial zusammengebracht wird, und Rückstände von Antibiotika und/oder Sulfonamiden den Stoffwechsel und eine damit verbundene Farbstoffreduktion der in dem Testgemisch bzw. Testmaterial enthaltenen Testorganismen verhindern, so daß durch das Ausbleiben eines Farbumschlages das Vorhandensein von Antibiotika und/oder Sulfonamiden angezeigt wird, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß dem Testreaktionsgemisch Tetroxoprim zugefügt ist.1.
