Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Nachweis von Antibiotika- und Sulfonamidrückständen in biologischen Flüssigkeiten oder Nahrungsmitteln mittels eines Farbreduk tionstestes, bei dem die zu testende Substanz mit einem einen Farbindikator aufweisenden biologischen Testgemisch bzw. Testmaterial zusammengebracht wird, und Rückstände von Antibiotika und/oder Sulfonamiden den Stoffwechsel und eine damit verbundene Farbstoffreduktion der in dem Testgemisch bzw.
