Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method and a liquid for aeration of waste water, with a ventilation pipe the medium used to aerate the liquid into the Liquid is pressed in.
In wastewater aeration systems, it is known to have aeration use aggregates with tubular aerator candles whose Wall made of ceramic materials or quartz sand There are synthetic resin mixtures and gas-permeable pores sen. The disadvantage of these systems is that the fine gas distribution caused by the finely divided pores a high energy expenditure for introducing the gas into the liquid requires and on the other hand this fine pores are very prone to clogging. Furthermore it is known in wastewater treatment plants during the The waste water is brought into the area of the fumigation unit to move gats additionally, for example by proper blade parts are provided, which are predominantly cause vertical water circulation in the pool. Here shows, however, that a relatively high energy sentence is required and still not a satisfactory one Gas entry into the wastewater occurs because of the distribution of the Gas bubbles in the wastewater is not fine enough and through large air bubbles build up too fast and so that there is too little dwell time in the wastewater. To Avoiding this disadvantage has already been tried wor at least, via a shearing device part partial shear of the gas bubbles as they exit the Reach fumigation part. This shear of the gas bubbles is drilled through and into the water immersed rotating disc preserved. Here it is further known to stir the water using a propeller and distribute the sheared gas bubbles in the container. However, this device is extremely complex and furthermore requires a high energy input for the Indentation of the gas.
The invention has for its object a device propose an intensive aeration of the liquid with low energy consumption and above simple to set up and inexpensive to manufacture is and in which a clogging of the gas outlet openings does not occur.
This object is achieved with the features of claim 1 and of claim 9 solved.
The inventive method is that the gas The liquid is supplied via a pipeline via a pipe section immersed in the liquid has the large cross with holes or openings cut is provided. These openings are chosen so large that there is no need to fear clogging and that moreover the gas with a low energy consumption in the liquid can be pressed in. At an angle of 0 to 80 °, preferably 50 °, to this pipe section the holes or openings with a strong Flow streamed, preferably by means of a prop lers generated, which is a twisted flow testifies. As a result, the gas bubbles are immediately off emerges from the openings or holes in the finely divided Water swirls, due to the flow direction device, which is preferably an angle of 50 ° to the water surface surface should be prevented from rising and have such a long residence time in the liquid. The Flow is constantly generated, so that a flow in the Container developed so that the energy expenditure for the Er generation of the flow can be kept relatively small.
The advantage of the device is also that the Circulation even without introducing gas into the liquid can be activated, with no special measures for preventing clogging of the openings have to. These openings are so large that they pass through the gas flow introduced, provided that this deposit should have been formed, be blown free again.
The device thus consists of one in the liquid immersed pipe into which e.g. Compressed air is blown in. This pipe branches off essentially horizontally Surface of the running pipe section, which with holes, is preferably provided with longitudinal slots from which the gas escapes into the liquid. Above the A propeller is arranged in the water in the pipe section a flow generated at an angle from the water seen from the surface, is adjustable from 0 to 80 °, whereby this should advantageously be 50 °. This current is on the outlet openings or slots of the pipe section straightens and divides the escaping gas bubbles immediately and prevents them from rising upwards, swirls the gas blow and push it further down and then in an annular movement in the container so that this have a long residence time in the liquid and so good ventilation of the liquid is obtained. The Nei direction of the propeller is advantageously adjustable, furthermore the distance to the pipe section. Furthermore the propeller can be attached to a guide rail, so that it is made entirely of liquid, e.g. for War work, is extractable.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are based the subclaims in connection with drawing and Be spelling out.
An embodiment of the invention is in the following hand of the drawing described in more detail the one device for the ventilation of liquids in side view shows a mathematical representation.
In Fig.1 the bottom 1 and part of a side edge 2 of a basin 3 for receiving a liquid to be aerated liquid 4 is shown in section. A pipe 5 is immersed in the liquid 4 , via which compressed air is blown in by means of a compressor 6 . In the line 5 , a control valve 7 for the quantity regulation is switched on.
On the part of the pipeline immersed in the liquid 4 , a guide rail 8 is arranged, on which a propeller 10 driven by a motor 9 is slidably attached, specifically via a slide 11 arranged on the guide rail. In the exemplary embodiment, the inclination of the propeller cannot be changed, but it can be expedient to design the inclination of the propeller to be variable relative to the surface 12 of the liquid 4 .
On the pipe 5 , a tube extension 13 is arranged, the openings at its top one or more slot-shaped openings 14 with a large opening area, so that the compressed air via the compressor 6 in the pipe 5 compressed air can austre th without great resistance. Furthermore, these openings are so large that deposits are easily pressed out of the slots 14 again by the compressed air pressed into the pipeline 5 .
For maintenance or to change the distance of the propeller 10 relative to the pipe socket 13 , the carriage 11 can be lifted out of the liquid by means of a winch 15 . A rope 16 is wound on the winch 15 and runs over a deflection roller 17 .
Experiments have shown that with such a device with a relatively low energy expenditure for the indentation the compressed air into the liquid has very good ventilation with the finest distribution of the compressed air in the Liquid is obtained, and has an angle of 50 ° relative to the surface and to the pipe neck, which is parallel is arranged to the surface as advantageous poses. With a device according to the invention intensive mixing and mixing of the liquid get a relatively low energy input, the The device is also extremely simple in construction and therefore inexpensive to manufacture and also inexpensive to manufacture Operation is.
