Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Umwandlung von organischen und anorganischen Stoffen besonders durch Bio katalysatore zur anaeroben Vorklärung von organisch hoch belasteten Abwässern unter Gewinnung von Biogas dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßThe invention relates to a method for converting organic and inorganic substances especially through bio catalysts for the anaerobic pre-clarification of organically high contaminated wastewater with the production of biogas characterized in that

The substrate passes through various stages in the reactor in which certain transformation phases predominantly take place. By separating the individual process steps, optimally adapted microorganisms can be cultivated in the stages under optimal reaction conditions. This improves the Raumbe utilization, the operational reliability and the space - time - yield, thus reducing the investment cost by a compact design.
Rehm, Industrielle Mikrobiologie, 2. Auflage, Springer-Verlag, Berlin, Heidelberg, New York). The bioreactors currently used in wastewater digestion either work discontinuously, i.e. batch-wise in the batch or feed process, or they are continuously operated, quasi-homogeneously mixed stirred vessels (e.g. Rehm, Industrial Microbiology, 2nd edition, Springer-Verlag, Berlin, Heidelberg, New York ). In the single stage digestion reactors are all from building phases in a tank under the same conditions Kultivierungsbe place, so to possibly differing pH - value - Optima or temperature optima can be no consideration ge taken. In addition, in the case of single-stage reactors, there can quickly be a drop in productivity by adding a different quality of wastewater. The biomass "tips over". A first remedy here is an upstream hydrolysis reactor in which the wastewater is pretreated to such an extent that better results can be achieved in the subsequent digester. By a suitable subdivision of a kettle-shaped reaction vessel, different conversion phases should be spatially separated, but still be possible in a single fermentation vessel. The invention divides a digester by cylindrical fittings into any number of stages, in which a quasi heterogeneous increasing material conversion is carried out in deviation from the usual methods by a vertical flow. The individual stages flow through in an alternating direction from bottom to top and from top to bottom with the end point on an overflow ring channel. As transitions to the next stages there are either overflows at the upper end or overflow channels at the lower end of the respective stages. After the methanation stage, the wastewater is degassed and freed from the separable sludge components that are returned to the methane stage. Due to sink liquid heights, the wastewater runs on the A line independently through the reactor and the degasser - separator. Any conventional digested sludge can be used as the inoculation sludge, which automatically adapts to the waste water flowing into the respective stages after a certain start-up time.
In the case of aerobic processes, the air can be introduced from below with conventional devices or with surface aerators at the upper end of the stages. For this purpose, the water can also be led out of the reactor. Furthermore, aeobic and anaerobic processes can be carried out simultaneously in one reactor due to the division into stages. The design of the reactor enables a more compact design with increased operational safety. In this way, both the investment and the operating costs can be reduced. Due to the subsequent conversion, existing systems can also be converted to this system. Fig. 1 shows a possible arrangement of stages in the reactor.
A cylindrical reactor vessel ( 1 ) is divided by further concentrically arranged cylinders ( 2 , 3 ) into several stages which, depending on the direction of flow, have overflows ( 4 ) or overflow channels ( 5 ) at the lower end. When biogas is extracted from organically highly contaminated wastewater, there are, for example, three stages in the reactor which are flowed through in succession. Hydrolysis takes place in the inner stage ( 6 ), acid formation in the middle stage ( 7 ) and methane formation in the outer stage. The biogas ( 9 ) generated is withdrawn from the dome ( 10 ) spanning the reactor and fed to an incineration plant together with the biogas separated in the degasifier. The raw water is continuously fed into the inner stage from below through an inlet pipe ( 11 ). The pre-clarified wastewater collects in the ring channel ( 12 ) after passing through all the stages and is drawn off from there through a nozzle ( 13 ). After degassing and solid separation in the apparatus described below, the separated digested sludge is returned to the outer stage at the lower end.
Anaerobic wastewater treatment has been considered here Application example executed. With other biological Processes such as the reduction of heavy metal pollution greases, dissolved fats, for nitrification, denitrification cation but also with enzymatic and other pro production process, the reactor can be turned on accordingly be set. Different organizations can also do this human cultures or various enzymes in any form in the individual stages separately be set. The biomass, if any, can be obtained from the Detachers are removed and further processed.
The invention further relates to a combined Apparatus for degassing and solids separation. Having a substrate with biotechnological processes has been treated, it is often necessary to have one Carry out post-treatment. For example, that in the Liquid dissolved gas as well as that from the bioreactor brought biomass can be separated. The won Gas is added to the product gas produced in the reactor give. The separated biomass can go into the reactor be returned. Extensive degassing promotes i.a. the sedimentation capacity of the biomass. To one to achieve good degassing, the flow should be in this section turbulent in as many places as possible to be swirled. During the sedimentation phase however, make sure that there is no turbulence that could whirl up the biomass. The currents mung should always be evenly laminar. A rotary movement in the sedimentation part is coming if the separability of solids is too good. By the biomass collects the "teapot effect" in the area of the central axis, from where it is easily discharged can be.
The systems currently in use have separate Be container for degassing and solids separation. The Degassing tanks are usually from the bottom to the bottom flowed through vertical pipe container without Internals. In such simple apparatus, an Ent Gassing only up to the respective solution equilibrium take place because the liquid is always gas bubbles is enforced, which also go back into solution can.
Filters or Se are used to separate solids dimentation apparatus used. The filters tend to tilt fig for clogging, with sediments is the separation just inadequate.
The invention is based on the object, the two Apparatus, namely degassers and solids separators in summarize a container construction and with new like installations, e.g. sloping baffles, vertical baffle plates, annular sedimentation plates, the optimal flow conditions for the respective purpose to reach de.
Der kombinierte Apparat zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daßThe combined apparatus stands out characterized in that

- b) er einen trichterförmigen Boden aufweist,b) it has a funnel-shaped bottom,
- c) im Behälter ein weiterer zylindrischer Behälter an gebracht ist, der bis in den trichterförmigen Teil hineinragt und eine separate äußere Kammer bildet,c) another cylindrical container in the container is brought up to the funnel-shaped part protrudes and forms a separate outer chamber,

Fig. 2 und 3 zeigen den Aufbau des Apparates. Fig. 2 and 3 show the construction of the apparatus. It is a cylindrical container ( 15 ) with a funnel-shaped bottom ( 16 ). In the container, a further cylindrical container is attached, which protrudes into the funnel-shaped part and forms a separate outer annular space ( 18 ). This annulus is used as a degassing part. It is interrupted by a vertical, continuous dividing plate ( 20 ) and divided into chambers by oblique baffles ( 21 ) and vertical baffle plates with an overflow opening at the bottom. The annular space is fed through a flow connector ( 23 ) on one side of the separating plate at the lower end and flows through, for example, counterclockwise. The baffles and baffles, which are installed in sufficient numbers in the annulus, cause a predominantly turbulent flow, whereby a) the gases dissolved in the liquid are largely separated, but b) the solids suspended in the liquid cannot sediment. Seen over the circumference, a heterogeneously decreasing gas concentration is formed, ie the amount of gas dissolved in the liquid steadily decreases. It is thus possible to achieve better degassing than in a simple tube container, since the gases which have already been separated no longer reach saturated areas where they can dissolve again. The annular space is closed at the top with an annular cover that has a gas vent. On the other side of the separating plate ( 20 ) there is an overflow channel ( 24 ) at the lower end of the reactor which tangentially feeds the degassed liquid into the inner part of the container. This part serves as sediment in that laminar conditions are formed by means of the slow flow velocity. The heavy suspension particles settle as a result. Due to centripetal forces (teapot effect), heavy parts in a rotating liquid are driven into areas at lower speeds, ie into the center of the container. The baffles ( 25 ) present there then encourage the parts to sink into the funnel-shaped base ( 16 ). From there, the biomass is continuously withdrawn (28) and can, for example, be returned to the reactor. The clarified liquid speed is collected above via an annular channel ( 26 ) and removed by a trigger ( 27 ). Such an arrangement makes it possible to provide the sedimentation apparatus with a smaller construction volume, since here two separation-promoting effects meet, namely laminar flow and centripetal forces. Instead of the sedimenter, other separating devices can also be built into the inner container space, such as filters operated in cross flow. The combination of degasser and separator in one device also reduces the investment costs here through reduced expenses for tank construction and insulation. Fig. 4 explains as an example the anaerobic treatment of waste water with the arrangement described above.
The raw water is introduced through an inlet ( 11 ) into, for example, the three-stage reactor ( 1 ). In the three stages ( 6 , 7 , 8 ), which are successively flowed through in alternating directions, the biological degradation processes run under the optimal conditions. The pre-clarified liquid is collected in an annular channel ( 12 ) and drawn off via the nozzle ( 13 ). It is then fed through the feed pipe ( 23 ) into the annular space ( 18 ), where the degassing takes place. The separated gases from the outlet openings ( 9 , 19 ) are fed together to a suitable incinerator. The degassed liquid flows into the sedimentation chamber ( 30 ), where the biomass carried with it is separated off and unplugged from the discharge pipe ( 28 ) via the return pipe ( 14 ) into the reactor ( 1 ). The clarified liquid collects in an annular channel ( 26 ), is removed via the nozzle ( 27 ) and, for example, sent for further cleaning.
