Beispiel: Zur Darstellung von Pockenimpfstoff wird der Kälberrohstoff mit der drei- bis fünffachen Menge sterilisierter iprozentiger Lösung von 3-6-Diamino-io-methylakridiniumcblorid (Neutral-Trypaflavin) vermischt und in üblicher Weise weiterverarbeitet.
