The circuit arrangement according to FIG. 1 has a first conductor 1 and a second conductor 2 , which in the preferred case forms the ground line. The first conductor 1 is provided with an input terminal 3 and with an output terminal 4 . In the first conductor 1 , an inductive memory 5 is inserted, which is followed by a blocking diode 6 facing it with the anode. The section of the conductor 1 lying between the inductive memory 5 and the blocking diode 6 is the starting point for a connection which leads to the conductor 2 via the emitter-collector path of an (npn) switching transistor 7 . The section of the conductor 1 following the blocking diode 6 is the starting point for a connection which leads to the conductor 2 via a capacitive memory 8 . A comparator 9 secures the switching transistor 7 under certain operating conditions against the fact that it switches on, that is, is controlled on its emitter-collector path in the current passing state. An auxiliary winding 10 lying at one end on the conductor 2 and inductively coupled to the memory 5 has at its other end a connection via the series connection of two resistors 11 , 12 to the input, ie to the end of the inductive memory 5 which is averted from the blocking diode 6 , wherein the common connection of the resistors 11 , 12 is connected to the base of the lying with the emitter on the conductor 2 Schalttran sistor 7 . In addition, the base of the switching transistor 7 with the cathode of an anode side of the conductor 2 lying freewheeling diode 13 and with the collector gate of a (npn-) driver transistor 14 connection, the emitter of which is on the conductor 2 and the base of which is at the output of the comparator 9 . The inverting input of the comparator 9 is due to the common connection of a resistor 15 and a Zener diode 16 , the resistor 15 being connected to the conductor 1 and the Zener diode 16 having its anode connected to the conductor 2 . The non-inverting input of the comparator 9 is connected to the common connection of two resistors 16 , 17 , which form a series circuit lying between the first conductor 1 and the second conductor 2 and of which the resistor 17 facing the conductor 2 is preferably designed to be adjustable. Finally, the output of the comparator 9 is also connected to the base of an (NPN) transistor 18 and via a resistor 19 to the first conductor. The transistor 18 lies with its emitter on the second conductor 2 and with its collector via a resistor 20 on the emitter of a (pnp) auxiliary transistor 21 , which lies with its emitter-collector path in the section of the induction memory 5 lying before Inserted conductor 1 and facing this store 5 with its collector. The auxiliary transistor stor 21 has a resistor 22 between its emitter and its base, this base additionally being connected via a resistor 23 to the collector of a (npn-) transistor 24 , the emitter of which is connected to the conductor 2 and the base of which is connected to the Collector of transistor 18 has connection. The section of the conductor 1 lying between the transistor 21 and the inductive memory 5 is the starting point for a connection which leads to the conductor 2 via a free-wheeling diode 25 , the cathode of which faces the inductive memory 5 .
Finally, a starting aid is also provided with a (pnp) transistor 26 and with a (npn) transistor 27 , the emitter of transistor 26 being on the first conductor 1 and the emitter of transistor 27 on the second conductor 2 . The collector of the transistor 27 is connected via a counter 28 to the base of the transistor 26 and via the series circuit of a resistor 29 and a capacitor 30 connected to the output terminal 4 . The base of the Transistor 27 has stors stors via a resistor 31 to the second conductor 2 and via a resistor 32 to the collector of Transistor 26 connection, the transistor 26 shunted collector path having its emitter nor a resistor 33rd
The circuit arrangement is intended to ensure that a voltage between the second conductor 2 and the input terminal 3 of the first conductor 1 maintains a minimum value at the output terminal 4 of the first conductor 1 and on the second conductor 2 . If a DC voltage is applied to the input terminal 3 of the first conductor 1 and the second conductor 2 , which is smaller than the minimum value, the emitter-collector path of the auxiliary transistor 21 and the emitter-collector path of the switching transistor 7 assume current-passing condition . With an increase in current in the inductive memory 5 , the voltage at the base of the switching transistor 7 becomes smaller until finally the emitter-collector path of the transistor 7 switches into the blocking state. The resulting induction voltage in the inductive memory 5 charges the capacitive memory 8 via the blocking diode 6 . This process is repeated until the charging voltage on the inductive memory 8 and thus the voltage between the output terminal 4 of the first conductor 1 and the second conductor 2 reaches the minimum value. If this is the case, the comparator 9 switches the transistors 14 and 18 at their emitter-collector paths to the current-through state, whereupon the emitter-collector paths of the transistors 7 , 21 and 24 pass into the blocking state. The freewheeling diode 25 is provided for any induction current of the inductive memory 5 .
If the voltage between the output terminal 4 of the first conductor 1 and the second conductor 2 falls below the minimum value, the transistors 14 , 18 are switched off again by the comparator 9 and the transistors 7 , 21 , 24 are switched on again, whereupon the Switching transistor 7 switches on and off until the inductive memory 5 has charged the capacitive memory 8 again to a charging voltage which is slightly above the minimum value. The capacitive memory 8 is charged until this charging voltage actually corresponds to the setpoint determined by the circuit elements 15 , 16 . The auxiliary transistor 21 ensures that when the voltage at the input terminal 3 of the first conductor 1 and the second conductor 2 is greater than the target voltage, a voltage is provided at the output terminal 4 of the first conductor and the second conductor 2 which is not higher than the target voltage and normally not lower than the minimum voltage.
If the voltage applied to the input terminal 3 of the first conductor 1 and the second conductor 2 does not increase momentarily, but gradually, it is not ensured without the capacitor 30 that the inductive memory 5 in connection with the auxiliary winding 10 and the switching transistor 7 also actually swings. In the present case, the transistors 26 and 27 are switched on when the current is applied via the circuit elements 21 , 5 and 6 , whereupon the capacitor 30 draws a strong charging current through the inductive memory 5 and the said oscillation is then accomplished with certainty.
In the circuit arrangement according to FIG. 2, in the circuit elements with the same effect and the same circuit position as in FIG. 1, they also have the same reference numerals as there, a second comparator 34 is provided in addition to the first comparator 9 . The inverting input of the second comparator 34 is connected to the common connection of two resistors 35 , 36 which are connected as a series circuit between the second conductor 2 and the input terminal 3 of the first conductor 1 . The one lying directly on the input terminal 3 of the first conductor 1 auxiliary winding 10 has at its other end via the series circuit device two resistors 37 , 38 with the second conductor 2 Ver connection, the common connection of these two resistors 37 , 38th is at the non-inverting input of the second comparator 34 . The output of the second comparator 34 is connected to the output of the first comparator 9 , to the base of the switching transistor 7 and via a resistor 39 to the input terminal 3 of the first conductor. A measuring resistor 40 is provided between the emitter of the switching transistor 7 and the second conductor 2 , a measuring connection 41 starting from the emitter of the switching transistor 7 , which leads to the inverting input of the first comparator 9 . This measuring connection 41 has the parallel connection of a resistor 42 and a capacitor 43 with the second conductor 2 and the parallel connection of a resistor 44 and a Zener diode 45 with the output terminal 4 of the first conductor connection. The cathode of the zener diode 45 faces the output terminal 4 of the first conductor 1 . The non-inverting input of the first comparator 9 is connected to the common connection of two resistors 46 , 47 , which are connected in series between the second conductor 2 and a connection between a resistor 48 and a diode 49 . The resistor 48 and the diode 49 form a series circuit serving for stabilization, which lies between the second conductor 2 and the input terminal 3 of the first conductor 1 . Finally, a resistor 50 is arranged between the input terminal 3 of the first conductor 1 and the inverting input of the first comparator 9 and a resistor 51 is connected upstream of the inverting input of the comparator 9 .
If in the present case a voltage below the minimum value is applied to the input terminal 3 of the first conductor 1 and to the second conductor 2, the voltage initially present at the input of the inductive memory 5 causes the switching transistor 7 to be switched on via the resistor 39 . With the increase in the current in the inductive memory 5 , the voltage across the measuring resistor 40 also rises, whereupon finally, with the aid of the comparator 9, the switching transistor 7 is brought into the blocking state on its emitter-collector path. The measuring connection 41 acts as a summation point ge, which is connected via the resistor 44 to the output terminal 4 and via the resistor 50 to the input terminal 3 .
By switching off the inductive memory 5 , the capacitive memory 8 is also charged here as a result of the resulting induction voltage and the charging voltage, ie the voltage between the output terminal 4 of the first conductor 1 and the second conductor 2 is increased.
At the same time, when the inductive memory 5 is switched off, a voltage is generated in the auxiliary winding 10 , which also reverses the second comparator 34 in the sense of switching the switching transistor 7 off.
Mit steigender Spannung an der Eingangsklemme 3 bzw. an der Ausgangsklemme 4 nimmt die Taktfrequenz zu.If the voltage at the measuring resistor 40 disappears and the potential at the measurement connection 1 is equal to that at the non-inverting input of the first comparator 9 gewor to, the first comparator 9 outputs the switching transistor 7 for the switched free again. From the second comparator 34 , the switching transistor 7 is only released for switching on when the voltage on the inductive memory 5 and on the auxiliary winding 10 has become at least almost zero. It is thus possible to determine the clock frequency in a simple manner, which in the preferred case should be inaudible and should therefore be at least in the vicinity of 50 kHz. The clock frequency increases with increasing voltage at input terminal 3 or at output terminal 4 .
If the voltage at the input terminal 3 and the second conductor 2 is high enough to always keep the voltage at the output terminal 4 and the second conductor 2 at the desired value, the switching transistor 7 is constantly blocked by the first comparator 9 .
If the open circuit voltage is too high, the switching transistor 7 is switched out via the Zener diode 45 and the first comparator 9 .
