Description
The invention relates to an electrical line according to the preamble of claim 1.
Such lines are such. B. in the form of flat cables through the DE-AS 20 53 628 become known.
The invention has for its object an electrical To create a line with a transparent jacket, its appearance designed in a variety of two or multi-colored patterns can be, but after stripping the original The insulation layer of each wire is exposed.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1 solved.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are in the Subclaims marked.
B. in schwarz-weiß. The invention enables the line with any stripe pattern to be provided, which are preferably helical or according to Art an S-Z stranding. While the wire insulation layer after stripping z. B. the standardized color - e.g. B. blue, brown and green-yellow - has and are connected according to standards the outer appearance of the line can can be adapted to the wishes of the user or customer. The invention is particularly advantageously applicable to device feed lines or device connection lines, especially at heat-resistant cables of this type, which were previously with a Outer sheath made of wound or laced glass fibers or Glass threads were provided. Such lines are the result of relatively slow spinning or bobbin making technology labor intensive to manufacture. By applying new heat-resistant and thermoplastically processable and cross-linkable plastics these conventional lines are becoming less and less important. The conventional glass fiber wound lines, e.g. B. for irons, are usually patterned, however. B. in black and white. The new plastic-insulated cables tend to become dirty, especially when used in an appropriate environment will. Strap connection lines have also become known, whose plastic jacket is provided with longitudinal stripes, so that z. B. results in a white-gray pattern. It exists however, a need for further patterns, e.g. B. the or be adapted to the colors of the respective electrical device can. This need can largely be met by one line be satisfied according to the invention.
Beyond this aspect, the second layer is on the Core, if it is designed as a conductor, as an auxiliary or monitoring conductor usable, e.g. B. in lawn mowers, hedge trimmers or the like. Those still proposed can serve the same purpose serve as an executive. Both, second shifts and inlays, not only have a decorative function, but also additional also a safety function.
In the drawing are two embodiments of the invention shown.
In Fig. 1, the color sequence is blue-heather violet, distributed three times over the circumference, in the form of helical strips which result from the stranding of the veins. After stripping, the wire insulation layers are visible in accordance with the standard.
In Fig. 2, the wire insulation layers are provided with a second layer in the colors black, red, gold (yellow). Here, too, the wire insulation layer is exposed in the standard color by stripping. The cable shows helical stripes in the colors black, red and gold.
The stronger adhesion of the second layer to the jacket can be caused by known measures are achieved, e.g. B. by applying a Release agent (talc) between the wire insulation layer and the second layer. In the simplest embodiment all materials for wire insulation, second layer and sheath made of a PVC that is used for heat-resistant applications such. B. means Electron radiation can be networked. In this case you can all layers must be extruded, so that a uniform manufacturing process is used.
