Description
Der Erfindung liegt die Erkenntnis zugrunde, daß die einfache Befestigung der Spulen an den schwingenden SystemenWhen building electromagnetically operated or acting sound devices, e.g. B. electromagnetic Underwater sound transmitters or receivers are often faced with the need to To attach current coils of any kind to the vibrating systems of the apparatus. The invention lies in the knowledge based on the simple attachment of the coils to the vibrating systems
Endlich läßt sich nicht vorausberechnen, in welcher Größe die durch die Spulen gebildeten zusätzlichen Massen an den schwingenden Systemen, eingehen.ίο without special aids in this respect questionable is, as the wires sheathed with insulating material, one with the other in the acoustic sense Form a loose structure and have strong mutual friction. In addition, the whole coil, again covered with insulating material, only loosely and with a lot of friction on the System so that it dampens the same strongly. Finally it is not possible to calculate in advance in what size the additional masses formed by the coils on the vibrating Systems.
The invention aims to eliminate these sources of error, and consists in the Choice of special mechanical fastening methods described in more detail below Coils on the vibrating structures. The technical implementation of the invention can done in several ways, either by putting the coils in them and with them load-bearing vibratory structures together as a rigid mass or by using for the coils select a type of fastening that has an acoustically damaging effect on the same avoids the vibrational structures. In the former case, the additional mass part formed by the coil can or must be Draft of the oscillation structure should also be taken into account.
The rigid attachment is achieved, for example, that the coil parts through Pouring out with binding agents (resins or the like) or Bakelizing to a rigid structure designed and then poured or bakelized into recessed grooves, joints or the like will,
Eine rückwirkungsfreie Befestigung der Spulen an den Schwingungsgebilden bzw. an den Trägern und den Schwingungsgebilden erfolgt beispielsweise durch Zwischenschaltung von unstarren Befestigungsmitteln oderA reaction-free attachment of the coils to the oscillating structures or to the carriers and the oscillation structures is done, for example, by interposing them of non-rigid fasteners or
Intermediate layers, which either do not show any appreciable elastic effect at all, ' or, together with the parts to be fastened, represent such deeply coordinated structures, that their natural frequency is far below the natural or coupling frequencies of the actual oscillation systems. . as Fastening members of the first type are upholstery made of fabric, felt, velvet or the like. while, according to the second type, the coils are optionally connected to the carriers by means of deeply tuned (soft) springs hang up or attach in any other way. Of course, you can also use both remedies with- j unite each other through suspension by means of | Fabric straps or similar, although more elastic,; but in themselves strongly dampened structures.
Another means of achieving the intended purpose, which may be in Connection with one or more of the aforementioned can be used that the mechanical fastening of the coils or their carriers to node zones (nodes or node lines) who carries out vibration systems himself. An impermissible influence on the systems does not take place because these zones have no weight, or at least none perform decreasing amplitudes of movement. If the coil carriers in turn represent vibrational structures, will one they, as far as this is possible within the framework of the constructive task, in such a way shape so that their most massive parts come to lie at the connection points with the oscillation system, in order to achieve a to obtain loose coupling of both structures.
Some exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing. In Abb. In Fig. Ι 1 means a sound membrane, 2 and 3 the field or the armature of an electromagnetically acting oscillation structure and 4 springs by which parts 2 and 3 are connected to one another. 5 is the excitation coil, which lies in the grooves of the field 3 and is poured into them by a bedding compound 6 is.
In Fig. 2, a choke coil 7 'with a divided iron core 8 is shown as a coil, which is held by the carriers 9. The latter are guided on pegs 10 which are rigidly inserted in the magnetic field 3, and are held in a steady position relative to the peg and the magnetic field by helical springs 11 so that they cannot participate in the vibrations of this mass. In addition, the coil and the iron core carried by it are again cushioned against the carrier itself by means of soft intermediate layers 12 of rubber or the like. The excitation coils5 are separated here into an alternating current coil and a direct current coil, and the choke coil is connected to the circuit of the latter. According to Fig. 3, an electromagnetic sound apparatus that can be suspended freely in the liquid is shown, in which the sound membrane closes a housing 13 containing the electromagnetic system. This housing forms an essential part of the external oscillating structure and can therefore not be used to fasten the coil 5. The record 1, however, is formed by suitable profiling indicated at 14 so that it has a knot line in the zone denoted by 15. The coil carriers 16 of the coil 5 are attached here at points in this zone. At 17 < the vibration form of the record is indicated by a dashed line.
