Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a stackable shopping cart, in essentially consisting of a chassis and a placed on the chassis, a sliding device pointing basket, the back wall of which ver is pivotable, with one in the chassis fixed below the basket Guides limited slidable storage is located from a useless position in which it is for the most part or exclusively within the basket base cracks located in a backwards over the basket floor plan outstanding position of use and vice versa is movable.
Shopping carts of this type are through the DE-OS 27 42 958 known. In the in Fig. 3 the shown embodiment contains the embodiment Bottom of the cart guide rods or other guide medium, on which shelves are slidably supported. One of the storage racks can move from a stowed position to backwards out of the outline of the basket floor into a utility pulled out and back in or under after use the shopping cart floor are pushed in. According to the open bart example, it should be possible to use one with such Storage trolleys equipped shopping trolleys together with same shopping trolley in a space-saving stowage position to push. Although this is lacking from the above-mentioned script clearly constructive features not exactly understandable is can be cited as a disadvantage in any case that when two shopping carts are pushed together by the rear shopping cart to be inserted, the backwards Storage rack protruding beyond the basket floor plan shopping cart because of the rising basket floor an incline must be promoted, which increases Exertion of force for that person means the rear one shopping trolley in the shopping cart in front want to push.
In the embodiment shown in Fig. 6 of said font One example is a foldable floor grate on the chassis provided, the additional telescopically extendable storage Grate has, if necessary, on the projection of the goods basket in the chassis level, i.e. horizontally, into the Ge need position can be pulled out. In addition to the on agile and expensive design of such with storage rusting floor grate remains to be feared that the pushing together of several shopping carts, their Storage racks are in the position of use, even then is associated with considerable effort if the Storage racks are movable along a horizontal. Finally, both embodiments can be due to the Draws the assumption that the shelves are completely no matter what position they are in support on the guide rods or the guide means, which from a static point of view is not inconsistent must be the best and safest solution.
Now are probably through the US-PS 30 26 122 and through the CA-PS 6 23 601 also shopping carts known, which are equipped with shelves, which are are located below the basket and a little further can be pulled out backwards over the basket floor plan. However, these shopping carts are related to the present one Invention alien to the extent that their filing, completely regardless of the position in which they are located to let. In the present invention, however, for reasons the prevention of theft of goods a loading of the shelf then be excluded if the filing does not follow protrudes backwards over the basket plan, that is, inside half of the basket floor plan in the non-use position.
Starting from the stackable shopping trolley mentioned at the beginning the object of the invention is a to develop such shopping cart so that the for pushing into the non-use position one back should be placed on the basket floor plan effort is noticeably reduced. Furthermore, a secure support of the shelf guaranteed in the position of use his.
The object is ge according to the invention triggers that the guides for storage on the chassis featured see and at least in the sliding direction of the shopping cart are arranged partially falling and that in rear area of the chassis one for further support the shelf certain support point is arranged.
The advantages of the invention can be seen in the fact that a after pulling backwards, either by hand or when pushing two shopping carts into each other relative short distance covered by the slope of the Guided tours occupies a position in which it strives their own weight by themselves in the final disuse was able to slide or fall. The one to insert one pull-out shelf reduces the effort required thus only touching the shelf. The rest Liche movement of the tray is then carried out by this self.
Even when the shelf is supported in the position of use, not only about the two tours, but within the scope of also on the rear of the chassis located cross connection, contributes to the safe location of the Filing with. Finally, by the invention Solution especially large and heavy goods such. B. Beverage crates, easily with such shopping carts can be transported.
Es zeigtThe invention is illustrated by two exemplary embodiments explained. It shows
Fig. 1 einen Einkaufswagen mit herausgezogener Ablage und gekrümmten Führungen sowie Fig. 1 a shopping cart with the tray pulled out and curved guides as well
Fig. 2 shows a shopping cart according to Fig. 1, but with only forward inclined guides.
The shopping cart 1 according to FIG. 1 consists in the usual way of a forward narrowing, that is conical driving frame 2 with four rollers 6th On which the sliding means 28 associated with the rear end 4 of the chassis 2 are associated with the chassis 2, oblique to both sides of carrier 2 up aspiring carrier 7, 9 are provided, which carry a basket 33 for receiving Einkaufsgut. The basket 23 also narrows forward in a known manner, that is, it has a conical shape and has at its rear end a rear wall 24 which, according to the known embodiment, can be pivoted about a horizontal axis lying above from a position closing the rear basket end into the basket interior . The rear wall 24 can be designed both as a simple flat grid wall and as a double flap with a seat surface to form a known child seat 25 . After backwards the basket 23 closes with a sliding device 28 in the form of a handle. The basket 23 is fixed to the driving frame 2 . Contrary to the direction of travel, i.e. backwards, a shelf 35 protrudes between the basket 23 and the chassis frame 5 in the position of use, which runs somewhat obliquely downwards towards the rear and can be moved by means of supports 47 in guides 10 arranged between the supports 7, 8 . Each of the rear support means 47 strikes a stop 11 provided on the guides 10 , so that the mobility of the support 35 to the rear is limited. The two guides 10 are designed as curved parts ge and are viewed from the side, not in one plane. They either consist of rails formed by wires arranged in parallel, or, for example, of U-rails, the legs of which lie horizontally and the section connecting the legs is arranged laterally pointing outwards. The two struts 7, 8 of the Fahrge position 2 are connected, for example, at medium height by a cross connection in the form of cross bars. The cross connections form support points 30, 30 ' for the two guides 10 projecting parallel to the front in the direction of travel, which are fastened to the support points 30, 30' . In the area of the support points 30, 30 ' , the two spaced guides 10 rise slightly, curve and then strive to fall towards the front end 4 of the chassis 2 . The guides 10 thus consist of the three sections 13, 14 and 15 . The support means 47 of the shelf 35 are supported in the section 13 that slopes downward toward the rear when the shelf 35 is in the position of use. From the middle section 14 , so the curvature ensures a continuous transition of the tray 35 from the use position into the non-use position, while the section 15 falling obliquely forward accommodates the tray 35 in its non-use position. Both guides 10 are firmly connected at their front end 16 to the cross connection 3 of the chassis 2 . On the struts 8 there is at least one stop 29 which projects so far down that when two shopping trolleys 1, 1 'are pushed into each other , the upper cross connection 36 of the shelf 35 abuts and pushes them forward within the guides 10 . This stop 29 need not necessarily be provided. Depending on the design of the struts 8 , it is possible that these take over the work of inserting a shelf 35 located in front. The upper Querver connection 36 of the tray 35 must then of course be slightly wider than the outer distance between adjacent carrier 8th The shelf 35 is designed, for example, as a simple flat grating which carries two support means 47 on each of the two longitudinal sides 45 . The upper cross connection 36 forms a rear stop for goods to be transported, just as the loops 37 provided on both sides represent a stop on the sides. In the non-use position, the tray 35 is located in the section 15 that slopes away toward the front. Attached stops 12 at the front end 16 of the guides 10 can prevent the shelf 35 from sliding forward out of the guides 10 when the cross-connection 36 is narrower than the distance between the supports 7 . If you want to bring the tray 35 from the non-use position into the position of use, you only need to pull it backwards on a handle arranged on the cross connection 36 , and then it automatically assumes its use position. If you want to move the shelf 35 back into the non-use position by hand, a slight push is sufficient and the shelf 35 automatically slides forward.
The shopping cart 1 shown in FIG. 2 corresponds essentially to that shopping cart as described in FIG. 1. However, the guides 10 are designed in a straight line here. Here each tour 10 belongs to a common level. The guides 10 are attached with their rear ends 17 to a carrier 8 connecting, also formed by a cross bar application point 30 ' , strive between the basket 23 and the chassis frame 5 sloping downwards and are again, as already mentioned in Fig. 1 the front cross connection 3 of the chassis 2 attached. In the drawing, the tray 35 is drawn ge in the position of use. In this embodiment, the tray 35 consists of two sections 38, 39 . The rearward projecting section 38 forms the actual storage space for objects, while the articulated section 38 connected to the second section 39 laterally has two support means 47 , which remain in the guides 10 ver. The section 38 of the tray 35 is supported in Ge usage position on a rear support 7 connecting, formed by a cross bar support point 30 , it is also supported via its rear support means 47 in the guides 10 and strikes with its end piece 40 at a short Arranged above the section, the front support 8 connecting crossbar 31 , with a stop on the section 38 projecting upward stop 41 by bumping against the crossbar 31 prevents the tray 35 from being pulled out of the guides 10 . The movement of the tray 35 from the non-use in the Ge use position and vice versa is as described in Fig. 1. The support means 47 can be made of plastic, which are attached to the shelf 35 .
