  • Beschreibung
  • Es handelt sich hierbei um eine Pumpenart für Flüssigkeiten und Gase.
  • Durch die besondere Gestaltung des Pumpenelementes ( 2 ) gegenüber anderen Drehschieberpumpen kann diese Pumpe auf für dickflüssige Medien oder Medien mit Fremdkörpern eingesetzt werden. Durch die besondere Anordnung und Form der Ein- und Auslässe ist nur eine geringe Verbindungszeit zwischen Ein- und Auslaß. Die Pumpe kann nicht trockenlaufen, weil sie nur die Differenz zwischen Druck- und Saugraum an Flüssigkeit abgibt.
  • Die Pumpe ist selbstansaugend und kann mit hohen Drücken gefahren werden.

Claims (3)

  1. Patentansprüche 1. Drehschieberpumpen sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich in einem kreisförmigen Gehäuse ( 1 ) ein exzentrisch gelagertes Trägerelement ( 2 ) befindet, in dem sich zwei um 1800 versetzte, in einem Schlitz des Trägerelementes ( 2 ) befindenden Scheiben ( 3 ) bewegen, die mittels einer Feder ( 4 ) gegen das Gehäuse ( 1 ) gedrückt werden.
    Im Schnitt zur Drehachse ist die Breite des Trägerelementes ( 2 ) etwa halb so groß wie seine Länge.
  2. 2. Die radiale Bogenlänge von Ein- und Auslaß bilden mit der Drehachse des Trägerelementes ( 2 ) den gleichen Winkel, wobei der Einlaß ( 5 ) unterhalb der Mittelachse und der Auslaß ( 6 ) oberhalb der Mittelachse angeordnet ist.
  3. 3. Ein Trockenlaufen der Pumpe bei Flüssigkeiten ist nicht möglich, weil die Pumpe nur die Differenz von Saug- und Druckraum abgibt.
