Abstract
Description
Trockenmauer-System Dry stone wall system
The invention relates to a drywall system with in plan seen roughly rectangular or square blocks, the top and bottom are designed so that they can be fixed to one another by means of multi-stage connecting elements, The building blocks have recesses on their abutment sides for the production of arches and have liquidations.
In such a drywall system (DE-PS 26 50 292) exist Connecting elements made of pegs on one building block and corresponding recesses on the building blocks above, with a concentric, offset one around the peg Bund is provided, which ensures a distance between the blocks. This Drywall system is quite useful and is used to produce a shapely Wall. In the production of the building blocks, which are designed as concrete blocks, result Difficulties arise in particular in that the pin and the collar are made in one piece are executed with the block and corresponding on the opposite side Recesses must be provided. Because of this, the stones can only be Manufacture with relatively great effort and are correspondingly expensive. It has continued found that a stable position of the blocks on top of each other on the collar surface not with certainty in connection with the journals for manufacturing reasons is guaranteed, so that the stones only shake-free through additional measures and lie stable on top of each other.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide the generic To improve the drywall system and to remedy the disadvantages outlined above, being inexpensive to manufacture in simple shapes and good stability the wall should be reached by simple means. The object of the invention is achieved in that the connecting elements are designed as pin bodies, those in corresponding recesses of at least two building blocks arranged one above the other intervention. Due to this embodiment of the invention, the building blocks easier because they are designed as flat blocks with appropriate recesses can. Furthermore, the pin body also forms a simple component that is independent and can be manufactured separately. As the building blocks continue to be at a distance are to be arranged one above the other, there are several possible solutions according to the invention proposed for the pin body. The pin body can initially be designed in this way be that the collar is attached to the outer circumference of the pin body and with this forms a finished component that engages in two building blocks arranged one above the other. The collar can be made in one piece with the remaining part of the pin body be, or additionally or subsequently pushed onto the pin body will. Furthermore, it is possible according to the invention that the pin body has a larger one Has length, and pierces several building blocks. The pin body can then also have the full height of the intended wall and serve as a guide element, and then between building blocks arranged one above the other, one bundle each as a separate one Component is inserted. This configuration gives you no further aids a wall of high stability. This can be increased by the fact that the pin body extends into the subsoil or the foundation of the wall. If necessary, the federal government can a high re have strength and are made of a material similar to the pin body or made of completely different material. To a To ensure a harmonious appearance of the masonry, the federal government should at least its outer circumferential surface the same color as the building blocks and possibly also from Concrete material be made. Also a composite structure with an outer one Concrete wall or cladding and an inner body, e.g. made of plastic considered beneficial. Due to the separate production or composite construction It is also possible to have a collar that is color-coded to the building block.
The pin body can be designed to be round, seen in cross section or also have a triangular or polygonal outer shape. Crucial here is that it is adapted in the external shape of the recess in the blocks so far, that there is good leadership. If the body of the journal is triangular or polygonal, so it can be pushed into round recesses more easily, as the contact surface is smaller. But it is also possible that the recesses of the three, four or polygonal shape of the pin is adapted, so that a mutual interlocking results and thereby a good alignment of the blocks and stable arches are produced can be. Either the pin body or the building block has a corresponding one With a large number of corners, the building blocks can be arranged according to a large number of angular deviations Pivot in the longitudinal direction of the wall.
The pin body according to the invention can for better insertion in the recesses of the building blocks in an advantageous manner essentially sleeve-shaped be formed and have incisions in the insertion area. This will this area is more flexible, so that it is easier to insert it into the recesses will.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the pin bodies on the outer circumferential surface that is in operative connection with the recesses of the building blocks circumferential or longitudinal or spiral webs or grooves with which the pin body is in operative connection with the recess of the building blocks. Are the webs and grooves are inclined in the longitudinal or circumferential direction or the grooves and ridges made of relatively soft material, so the Push the building blocks very easily onto the tenons and still provide a good hold. The pin bodies can be made of hard or soft PVC or a similar material possibly also made of rubber, whereby a similar material is used for the federal government offers. The pin bodies can therefore be made from plastic pipes in a simple manner, which are commercially available. It is important to ensure that that the internal dimensions of the recesses correspond to the external dimensions of these commercially available pipes.
The recesses in the blocks can once be a constant Have a diameter of round or polygonal shape. But it is also according to the invention possible, in the recesses of the building blocks protruding edges, lugs or projections provide with which the insertion path of the pin body can be limited, so that even with pin bodies that only engage in two stones, a loose collar is provided without unintentional uneven insertion into adjacent modules he follows. To prevent unequal insertion into neighboring modules and To ensure a tight fit, they can be inserted into the recesses in the building blocks engaging pin body areas be conical and with a cylindrical or conical recess in the blocks cooperate.
Even after the drywall has stood still for a long time and the resulting aging of the material of the collars To ensure a firm stand of the wall, it is proposed according to the invention that the pin bodies are sleeve-shaped and in the area of the collar or collars Have recesses in the wall to which there are cavities in the collar or collars connect. This makes it possible that in the recesses of the blocks and pin body Filled concrete can penetrate into the area of the collars, so that as a result permanent support of the wall is guaranteed. This measure can be both in the case of journal bodies with a one-piece collar and also in the case of journal bodies separately produced collars are used. In a further development of this measure it is advantageous if the inside dimension of the collar is greater than the dimension of the There is recesses in the blocks and if the collars are over on the tenon bodies or spacers attached to the collars are guided. This results in a almost ring-shaped cavity, which over the recess in the pin bodies with concrete is filled, so that a direct support between stones arranged one above the other is made from concrete. The so designed collar can of course also over the spacers be made in one piece with the pin body. In particular pin body with Longitudinal webs are suitable for creating annular cavities between the collars and to form the pin body, as the webs in the area between the building blocks can be guided radially outward beyond the extent of the recesses in the blocks and take over centering of the collars. But the collars can also be made in one piece be carried out with the webs and the pin bodies. The degree of the concrete cavity results from the compressive strength of a concrete and the maximum height of the wall and can easily be calculated. Appropriately are the Journal body with webs, which are partly in the joint area between two superimposed Stones protrude, made with relatively high webs, i.e. the sleeve of the tenon body is relatively small, so that concrete is unhindered in the area of the webs up to the inner diameter of the federal government.
The upper closure of the drywall system can be done by that special building blocks are provided that run smoothly at their upper end and are designed without visible recesses. However, this leads to the fact that for it Special modules are required. In order to remedy this disadvantage, according to the invention proposed that plug-shaped end pieces are provided, which in their dimensions are adapted to the recesses of the blocks and as a cover for the recesses to serve.
2 Ausnehmungen 3 aufweisen, die gemäß den Fig.The drywall system according to the invention is composed essentially of rectangular building blocks 1 built on their mutually facing abutment sides Have recesses of the corners, so that they are also arranged at an angle to one another can be. The drywall system is usually placed on a solid base or placed on a concrete base, the building blocks 1 being offset from one another are. As can be seen from FIG. 1, the end regions are also approximately square Building blocks 2 provided. 2 to 8 it can be seen that the building blocks 1 or 2 have recesses 3, which according to FIGS.
How, however, the claims and the Description can be seen, these recesses can be of various other types Have cross-sections and also be conical. Those inside the dry stone wall arranged building blocks 1 and 2 have continuous recesses, whereas according to Fig. 2, the upper layer has recesses that are only partially in the building blocks 1 and 2 are enough, so that there are cover stones.
As FIG. 3 shows, however, all modules 1 and 2 can also be continuous Have recesses 3, then plug-shaped end pieces in the upper stones 4 are provided.
In Figs. 2 to 9, the building blocks 1 and 2 are by means of pin bodies 5 connected to one another, the at least two blocks arranged one above the other intervention. The pin body 5 are preferably tubular and to the Chamfered ends. However, you can also, as in the claims and in the description executed take various other forms. Between stacked Blocks 1 and 2, respectively, bundles 6 are provided, which according to FIGS. 2, 3 and 5 are in one piece are made with the pin body 5. According to FIGS. 4, 6 and 9, the collars are 6 manufactured as individual pieces and arranged on the outer circumference of the pin body 5.
Furthermore, in Figs. 3 and 4 with 8 incisions in the sleeve-shaped Wall of the pin body 5 denotes, through which the in the recesses 3 of the building blocks 1 or 2 reaching areas of the pin body are radially flexible and lighter can be inserted into the recesses.
The pin body 5 according to FIG. 3 also has its sleeve-shaped Area of recesses 9 which merge into cavities 10 in the collar 6. In these Cavities and recesses can when filling the recesses 3 of the blocks with Concrete penetrate this, so that even with aging or other yielding the collar gives a secure support. To this end, the walls are between Cavities and building blocks made as thin as possible.
In Fig. 10, which is a section through a pin body with recesses shows, the configurations of the recesses and cavities can be clearly seen.
2 einschieben lassen.According to FIGS. 5 and 6 and 7 and 8, the pin bodies point to their The outer circumferential surface of webs 7, which are circumferential in FIGS. 5 and 7 and in FIGS. 6 and 8 are arranged longitudinally. These webs 7 can, as in particular Fig. 5 can be seen, be arranged inclined so that they can easily be in the Insert building blocks 1 or 2.
As can also be seen from FIG. 9, the pin bodies can also passed through several recesses of building blocks 1 and 2 arranged one above the other approximately the height of the dry stone wall and, if necessary, intervene in the foundation, so that, depending on the height of the wall and the circumstances, no further fastening is required is. The pin body 5 can, however, also have a long and a short version filled with concrete and reinforced with iron if necessary.
Dadurch kann sich ein Betonring bilden, der unabhängig von dem Bund die Abstützung der Bausteine übernehmen kann.11 and 12, a pin body 5 is similar to that of FIG. 6 and 8 shown, in which the radial extent of the webs 7 by reduction the sleeve is made larger. This allows the recesses 3 to be filled in Concrete get into the area of the webs 7 and continue to the inner wall of the collar 6, whose inner diameter is enlarged and guided over extended webs. Through this a concrete ring can form, which supports the building blocks regardless of the collar can take over.
