Da aber in einem Lager mit zur Lagerachse schrägen Druckrichtungen die Drehung der Kugeln um eine Achse erfolgt, welche hauptsächlich senkrecht zu der Druckrichtung steht, somit einen Winkel mit der Achse der Kugeltasche bildet, so wird das Anliegen der Kugel sowohl an den Seitenwänden als an dem Boden der Tasche unsymmetrisch im Verhältnis zur Drehachse der Kugel.
