. The invention relates to switching devices for direct current consumers which are to be operated from a single-phase or multi-phase alternating current network via valve devices, in particular mercury rectifiers. These are consumers with intermittent operation that are switched on by command switches, such as. B. elevator motors, machine tools, printing presses, pumps o. The like., Drives. Push buttons, contact pressure gauges or other mechanically or manually moved switches are preferably used as command devices.
According to the invention, the switching device is made so that the valve apparatus only then and only as long as the consumer needs current. The valve apparatus is only switched on when the consumer is supposed to work. For this purpose, the
Durch Unterbrechung des Verbraucherstromkreises erlischt dann selbsttätig in an sich bekannter Weise der Gleichrichter.ao causes the rectifier to ignite from the AC network, and only if the Consumer is put into operation. It goes out when the consumer circuit is interrupted then the rectifier automatically in a manner known per se.
Examples of the invention are given in FIGS. 1 to 6, primarily for elevator circuits with push button controls. The transfer to other drives is therefore possible without further ado. The names all figures correspond to one another.
Dies wird als bekannt vorausgesetzt, ebenso die Schaltungen der Türkontakte 110, in, 112, 113 und der Stock-1 means the elevator motor, which receives its current from the direct current lines 2 and 3, specifically via the travel direction switches 4 and 5, the switching of which is assumed to be known in detail. 6 is an auxiliary motor which is also connected to the direct current network and which actuates the self-starting 7 for the main motor 1 in a manner known per se. 8 is a mercury rectifier which is fed from the transformer 9. The primary winding of the transformer 9 is connected to the alternating current lines 10, 11. The direct current lines 2 and 3 are connected in the usual way on the one hand to the cathode 12 of the rectifier and on the other hand to the center 13 of the secondary winding of the transformer. 14 is the ignition anode, which is set by the .Magnetspule 15 in action. This "is fed from the secondary winding 16 of an auxiliary transformer 16, 19, via resistors 17 and 18. When the ignition anode 14 is immersed in the liquid cathode 12, the coil 15 is short-circuited, so that the ignition anode 14 goes up again, and that Game of the ignition process is maintained until the rectifier has ignited. The primary winding 19 of the auxiliary transformer. Is connected on the one hand to the secondary terminal 13 of the transformer 9, on the other hand via the line 21 to the floor push buttons ioq, 101, 102, 103 of the elevator. Parallel to these push buttons, corresponding push buttons can be arranged in the elevator car in a manner known per se. This is assumed to be known, as are the circuits of the door contacts 110 , 112, 113 and the floor
In Fig. 1 the floor switch 131 is open, this is where it is located So the cabin. You may be called up by pressing the push button 103 will. The push button contains two circuits. One is known per se and is closed by the switch 22, which turns on the floor relay 123 and thus ίο at the same time sets the switch 5 in action, so that in the presence of direct current the The elevator motor starts with the correct direction of rotation and the elevator goes to the upper floor drives, where he then opens the floor switch 133 is stopped. The second circuit is activated in the push button by the switch 23 closed. This circuit is an AC circuit. When it is closed, the Line 2X of the ignition circuit connected to the Leitang 24, which at 25 to the secondary Winding of the main transformer 9 is connected. Thus, by closing the Switch 23 the primary coil 19 of the ignition transformer to the secondary winding of the main transformer 9 placed, the auxiliary transformer is energized and thus the coil 15 is energized, so that the ignition anode 14 is immersed in the liquid cathode 12 and ignition begins. As soon as the mercury equalizer 8 has ignited, the direct current lines 2, 3 receive Electricity, and with it all the starting devices for the elevator motor 1. It jumps So now both the floor relay 123 and the travel direction switch 5. The auxiliary motor 6 switches off the resistors 7 and the elevator starts moving until, as before Mentioned the floor switch 133 the car in the upper position with the push button pressed 103 brings them to rest accordingly. Since the push button 103 is released again immediately the floor relay 123, like the other floor relays, must have holding contacts 140 to 143 should be provided. These holding contacts work, as do the DC lines 2, 3 have voltage, i.e. direct current is present.
In the example according to FIG. 2, the push buttons are only connected to the alternating current contact 23 equipped. Pressing this contact does not immediately activate the auxiliary transformer 16, 19 switched on, but an AC auxiliary relay 26, which first closes the line 21, 24, which the auxiliary transformer i6, 19 and so that the ignition coil 15 switches on. Here, the alternating current for the auxiliary relay 26 once via the line 27, the floor switch 133 and on the other hand from the transformer terminal 13 via the line 25, the door contacts 110 to 113 and with them in series lying hold push button 28, the line 29 via the dependency contacts on the switch 4 and 5, the starter 7 and the line 30 are supplied. By .the AC push-button switch 23 becomes the floor relay 123 and an intermediate relay 153 at the same time applied to alternating voltage. The first (123) should bypass the push button when the Aufzag moves and the push button is released again, d. H. contact 143 should then contact 23 replace and ensure that the relay coils ■ 123 and 153 remain energized, even if the Button is released. But this should only happen when the rectifier ignites has, so direct current is available. The power supply for the contact 143 is therefore via the contacts 31 of the relay 32, the coil 33 of which is only energized as soon as the rectifier is in operation; because the coil 33 is on the line 3 to the positive terminal 12 of the rectifier and via lines 29, 25, 2 to the negative terminal 13 connected. Only if the relay coil is present in the presence of direct current 33 is energized, the hold contact 143 will cause the relay 123 to hold. Has so the rectifier is not ignited, after releasing the push button switch 103 the floor relay 123 also drop out again, so that the switching device for a new movement of the push-button switch again is prepared and the switching process can be repeated until the correct ignition occurs. The second intermediate relay 153 controls the changeover switch 5 and thus starts the motor. There is also a second, similarly switched intermediate relay 150 on the lower push button, that sets the switch 4 m gear. The circuit is made so that when the elevator should go up, the intermediate relay 153 always jumps, regardless of whether the switch 103, 102 or 101 is pressed when the cabin is below these fixed push buttons. However, when the switches 100 to 102 are pressed, the relay 150 starts when it is the cabin is located above the push buttons just mentioned. Circuit details are known per se and understandable without further explanation.
Dieser eine Kontakt erfüllt in der Kabine also die Funktion der Wechselstromkontakte 23, die nach dem Beispiel Fig. 1 auch in der Kabine an jedem Druckknopf vorhandenThe example according to FIG. 3 corresponds essentially to the example according to FIG. 1; but should here Double push buttons in the cabin are avoided. The drawn double push buttons are therefore only permanently installed on the outside of the elevator, while only the upper contacts are in the car 22, i.e. the DC contacts, are present. This simplification is thereby achieved that a floor contact 34 is arranged in the cabin, the line 21, 24 for the Auxiliary transformer 16,19 closes when the cabin is busy. This one contact thus fulfills the function of the alternating current contacts in the cabin 23, which, according to the example of FIG. 1, are also present in the cabin on each push button
