Das Aufschnappen der Abdeckung wird weiterhin erleichtert, wenn die Schenkel der Abdeckung geschlitzt sind. Hierdurch ergibt sich eine relativ große Elastizität der die Sammelschiene umgreifenden Rastarme. Um auch Sammelschienen unterschiedlicher Dicke, beispielsweise anstelle der Sammelschiene 12 x 5 eine Sammelschiene 12 x 10 mit der gleichen Abdeckung übergreifen zu können ist es vorteilhaft, wenn die Rastausnehmung in den Schen- keln der Abdeckung mit ausbrechbaren Begrenzungsstegen versehen ist.
