Abstract
Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von faserverstärkten KunststoffteilenProcess for the production of fiber-reinforced plastic parts
Beschreibung Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.Description The invention relates to a method according to the preamble of claim 1.
The manufacture of fiber-reinforced plastic parts is very labor-intensive and requires carefully working specialist workers. It is therefore also primarily Material used that can be processed without undue difficulty, such as B. Textile glass mats. With these, however, one achieves in the fiber composite in comparison only low isotropic structural strengths compared to steel, since high strengths only with oriented fiber structures can be achieved, so in particular with rovings and woven materials. Fibrous fabrics consist of warp and weft threads that like usually stand perpendicular to each other. The proportion can vary from warp to weft. This structure makes the production of precisely oriented blanks extraordinary difficult because the fabric warps easily. A circle then becomes, for example an ellipsoidal structure that is practically no longer exactly cut out into the original Is to bring circular shape. Therefore, the blank is only resinified and hardened Component made.
A number of disadvantages have to be accepted, such as the manual processing, the possibly additionally necessary use of rovings for Reinforcement and the resulting increase in net weight as well as the creation of Sources of error due to possible exposure to moisture in the fiber fabric-sizing-resin contact zone after trimming the hardened components.
There are already a number of processing methods for fiberglass / plastics, which are described in more detail in the "Technical Data Sheets" from Gevetex Textilglas-GmbH are (1980). In the manual lamination process, the dosage must of the resin and the introduction into the tissue can be carried out manually. This is very labor intensive and the laminate quality depends to a large extent on the craftsmanship and the Experience of the worker. The fiber spray process only takes away the worker the application of the resin, but can no longer be dosed as required.
The pressing process (only for solid components) is very little manual Preparatory work is required, but large machines are required, so it is time-consuming and only reasonably profitable with high output. The winding process is for use only Suitable for the production of pipes and other rotationally symmetrical parts The continuous process enables long parts or panels to be produced. A gap with sealing lips is used to press the resin out of the mat.
In the manufacture of a composite material, the reinforcing agents soaked with liquid resin. The building material is piled up in different layers - laminated - and the finished product is called a laminate.
The first condition for the production of high-strength and extremely light fiber composite workpieces is the exact recording of the loads to be expected according to direction and size. The next step is a design that meets these requirements. The "theoretical" qualities of the workpiece must then be matched with a suitable Production method can be realized.
The following requirements must be met: reproducible Glass content - that is, the proportion of resin remaining in the fabric must be used in all Parts of a production series be the same.
Fluctuations in the glass content lead to changes in strength and undesirable weight fluctuations, which are particularly common with rotating parts make time-consuming reworking necessary for balancing.
Freely adjustable glass content - that is, via a setting parameter the impregnation device should be able to determine the glass content of the laminate.
No distortion of the tissue - that is, the local as well as the General fiber directions must not be changed in an impregnation device.
Dies würde zu Festigkeitseinbußen des Werkstücks führen. This would lead to a loss in strength of the workpiece.
No damage to the fibers - that is, crossing fibers are allowed only be gently pressed together to avoid shearing off.
In the interest of efficient production, the processing should be different Fabric types without device modification and the processing of multi-layer laminates be possible in one production process; the manufacturing plant should be uncomplicated and therefore not susceptible to failure.
The task is therefore to find a method for machine production of fiber-reinforced plastic parts, in which all steps are mechanical can run, the orientation of the tissue is precisely determined, the ventilation is guaranteed and the above conditions are met.
The object is achieved according to the invention by what is stated in the claims specified measures resolved.
The invention is illustrated below with reference to drawings of an exemplary embodiment explained in more detail.
In Fig. 1 an arrangement for explaining the method is shown.
Tissue tapes 2 are guided from tissue rolls 1 through a drinking trough 3.
From there, they are pressed by pressing rollers that can be precisely regulated 4 headed. In this case, on both sides of the film rolls 5 films 6 are impregnated Fabric tapes applied. This creates a sandwich-like web 7, which over a punching die 8 is guided in which the required blanks are punched out. The wet cut remains completely unchanged. After that, a cover sheet is used withdrawn and the Section 9 inserted into a molded part 10. Thereafter the other film is peeled off. The offcuts are made through another device 11 removed.
In Fig. 2 the shape is shown. Moldings 10 made with blanks 9, which are generally referred to as a laminate, receive foam 12 and are assembled to form with vents.
When pressure is built up, the foam expands and compresses the wet laminate to the molded parts. This creates air pockets over the laminate, which itself is vented, to vent holes conveniently located for post-processing pressed. Due to the foam pressure, the overlapping blanks are glued, so that the subsequent gluing of molded parts is unnecessary.
The advantages of the method according to the invention are that it can be carried out mechanically and automatically. The wet fibrous web can be handled and cut without delay. Because of the sandwich-like shape odor nuisance and health hazards are reduced to a minimum. When cutting, the punching or cutting device is not soiled. the wet blanks are supple, so that even strong spherical curvatures are achieved can be. In the case of simple molded parts, the punch can be integrated into the mold. The laminate can itself be a hybrid; H. made of various fabrics and foils exist. Insert parts such as bushings, force introductions, supports, Cores or core parts, reinforcements are introduced. Work steps are saved like the extra production and possible post-processing of the foam core, the gluing the workpiece parts and the separate venting of the laminate. The locking device the molded parts can be limited to a lock.
These advantages enable a continuous production process.
