Description
Dosiergerät für FluideDosing device for fluids
Dosing devices are required in many areas of technology. Examples include chemical engineering, pharmacy / Medical technology and the field of chemical and physical measuring technology.
Dosing pumps are already known, which according to different Displacement principles work, the common disadvantage of which is the intermittent promotion. Further there are already dosing devices with a constant chamber volume is filled with fluid and, after being separated from an inlet, is connected to an outlet into which the the entire contents of the chamber leaks or is rinsed out. This device is ideal for the exact dosing of very small quantities unsuitable because the chamber volume cannot be reduced arbitrarily and filling and emptying fails. One Dosing can also take place through known throttling devices which, depending on the pressure gradient, allow a certain flow rate. Such throttle organs, however, change greatly in their flow characteristics when the throttle edges, be it through Washouts or dirt are only slightly rounded. With small volume flows and thus small throttle cross-sections there is also the risk of the throttle being completely closed by small particles entrained in the fluid.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Kompressibilität des zu dosierenden Mediums ausgenutzt wird, indem mindestens ein Hohlraum mit näherungsweise konstantem Volumen, der ständigThe object of the invention is to realize an inexpensive metering device with the help of which fluids up to The smallest volume flows can be precisely controlled without being sensitive to dirt, and with the disadvantage a noticeable pulsation of the volume flow can be largely avoided in a simple manner. This task will according to the invention achieved in that the compressibility of the medium to be dosed is used by at least one cavity with an approximately constant volume, which is constantly

According to the invention The volume flow achieved can be extremely small in the case of liquids with their low compressibility. Since the Cavities are much larger than the expansion volume, there is practically no sensitivity to dirt. Will be several Cavities connected to the inlet and outlet offset in time, so a quasi constant dosing. The volume flow of the dosing device can be determined by the frequency with which the cavities be connected to the inlet and outlet, and adjusted by the pressure gradient. After a shaping Feature of the invention, the metering device has at least two closely spaced discs, one of which Disk is immobile and is provided with openings forming the inlets and outlets, while the second disk rotatably or oscillatingly arranged on the first disc and with the cavities in the form of only the first Disc towards open chambers is provided, which as a result of the rotatable or oscillating arrangement of the second Disc can be brought into connection alternately with the inlets and outlets of the first disc.
Für weniger anspruchsvolle Aufgaben können natürlich auchAccording to the invention, ceramic is used as the material for the disks suggested, such as aluminum oxide, because sealing surfaces made of this material produce an unwanted, permanent Leakage flow from the inlet to the outlet can be prevented practically completely, so that when the cavity is not moved a real shut-off of the inlet from the outlet is achieved. Of course, you can also do less demanding tasks
andere Werkstoffe, wie z.B. Kunststoffe verwendet werden.other materials such as plastics are used.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in several exemplary embodiments; namely show:

Fig. 4 eine Prinzipdarstellung eines weiteren erfindungsgemäßen Dosiergerätes mit zwei Scheiben, von denen die eine rotorisch bewegt wird, und wobei der Transport des Fluids in radialer Richtung von außen nach innen oder umgekehrt erfolgt, und die Anzahl der Hohlräume im Vergleich zu der Anzahl der Zu- und Ausläufe ungleich ist.4 shows a basic illustration of a further metering device according to the invention with two disks from one of which is moved in a rotary manner, and the transport of the fluid in a radial direction Direction from outside to inside or vice versa, and the number of cavities in the Compared to the number of inlets and outlets is unequal.
Gemäß der Fig. 1a ist der Hohlraum bereitsAs can be seen from Fig. 1, a cavity 1 of the one disc alternately connected to an inlet 2 and an outlet 3 of the other disk, which is via oscillating movements can be done. According to Fig. 1a, the cavity is already
Nach Fig. 2 erfolgt also der Fluidtransport auf einer Kreisbahn.filled with the medium to be dosed. According to Fig. 1b it is connected to inlet 2, which is under a higher pressure. As a result, the flow corresponds to the compressibility of the fluid and the elastic expansion of the cavity 1 a defined amount of fluid into the cavity 1. The cavity 1 is then closed off from the inlet 2. This state is shown in Fig. 1c Finally, according to FIG. 1d, the cavity 1 is brought into connection with the outlet of the lower pressure, wherein the fluid previously enclosed in the cavity 1 expands. The cavity 1 remains filled, so that only the expansion volume reaches the outlet 3. According to the embodiment According to FIG. 2, the cavities are alternated with a feed and a rotor movement of an upper disk Spout associated with a lower disc. Any number of relatively small cavities can circulate, as long as these do not connect the inlet and outlet directly with one another in accordance with the functional principle explained. To 2 the fluid is transported on a circular path.
The fluid is transported according to the basic illustration according to FIG. 3 also by rotary movements but in a radial direction Direction from outside to inside or vice versa. Depending on requirements, several cavities can run around (in this example 8) and several inlets and outlets can be used.
Ausläufen und η + 1 Hohlräumen ergeben sich n· (n +· 1) Einzelvolumen je Umdrehung und bei dem gezeigten Beispiel nach Fig. 4 20 Einzelvolumen.FIG. 4 shows a further basic illustration in which the fluid is transported again by means of rotary movements and wherein the number of inlets or outlets and the cavities are unequal. This ensures that all cavities connected to the inlets and outlets at different times. With η inlets or outlets and η + 1 cavities result in n · (n + · 1) individual volumes per revolution and at the example shown according to FIG. 4 20 individual volumes.
According to the invention, separate feeds are conceivable in such a way that simultaneous meterings and mixtures of different Fluids can be done. According to the invention, the outlets can also be connected separately to different consumers stand. Such a design allows the supplied fluid to be distributed evenly among different ones Consumer.
The disks shown are made of aluminum oxide. This The material is particularly hard and wear-resistant and the sealing surfaces of the discs can be made even and smooth be that practically no leakage currents can occur.
As already mentioned, the embodiments described and shown are only examples for realizing the invention, and it is not limited to this. In the context of the invention The basic ideas are also with regard to the arrangement and design of the cavities and the inlets and outlets other possibilities given. In this context, a dispenser with three disks is also conceivable, of which the movable middle disc would be provided with cavities in the form of openings, while the two outer Slices that could have inlets or outlets.
