Zündstein für Pyrophorfeuerzeuge. Der Gegenstand der Erfindung bezweckt eine verbesserte Zündsteinbefestigung für Pyrophorfeuerzeuge. Die bekannten Befestigungsarten für Zündsteine- zeigen den Mangel, daß eine Fassung für das Zereisen nötig ist, die entweder aufgelötet oder lösbar mit der Unterlage (Deckel, Hülse usw.) verbunden wird.. Der innerhalb -der Fassung liegende Teil wird nicht ausgenutzt. Auch lockert der Stein sich häufig in der Fassung, wodurch das Feuerzeug in seiner Gebrauchsfähigkeit herabgesetzt wird. Durch den Gegenstand der Erfindung sollen diese -Mängel beseitigt werden. Das Wesen der-Erfindung besteht darin, daß der Zündstein einen Überzug von lösbarem Material erhält. Dies hat die Folge, daß der Zündstein auf seine Unterlage aufgelötet werden kann, wodurch eine besondere Fassung unnötig wird. Der Zündstein kann infolgedessen bis zum letzten Rest aufgebraucht werden. Auch die Lagerbeständigkeit und Festigkeit des Zündsteines wird durch die Aufbringung eines Überzuges aus lötbarem Metall erhöht. Vorzugsweise wird man den Überzug durch Galvanisierung, z. B. mit Kupfer, herstellen. Die Stärke des Überzuges ist beliebig. Die funkengebende Eigenschaft des Zündsteines wird durch den lötbaren Überzug nicht herabgesetzt.Flint for pyrophoric lighters.
