Abstract

1. Process for the homogenization of a pulverulent material contained in a silo by injection of air through aeration units mounted on the silo bottom which is divided into one median zone and two lateral zones, the volume of air per unit area injected through the median zone being greater than that injected through lateral zones, characterized in that the median zone is divided over its length into several parts (A1 , B1 , C1 ) and at any moment compressed air is supplied only to the aeration units provided in a single one (A1 or B1 or C1 ) of the aforesaid parts of the median zone and into the contiguous sectors (A2 or B2 or C2 respectively) of the lateral zones.
