Abstract

Electric heater of the heat storage type comprising electrical heating resistance elements, air circulation ducts, one or more heat storage cores in a casing, a protective thermal insulation, characterised in that each heat storage core is constituted at least partly by an assembly of foundry pigs the dimensional variations of which are compensated by intermediate elements (16; 17; 21; 24; 26; 27; 28; 29; 31; 32; 39; 40; 47) or substantially cancelled out by preliminary sorting according to dimensions.
