Dazu ist vorgesehen, daß die Welle in demjenigen Bereich ihrer Länge, auf welchem der Schleifring angeordnet ist, mit einer wenigstens eine Hut aufweisenden Längsverzahnung versehen ist, die mit einer im Wirbelsinterverfahren aufgebrachten Isolierschicht bedeckt ist. Die Isolierschicht 27 bedeckt die Längsverzahnung 25 in einer Stärke von etwa 0,3 mm. An der Bohrungsseite der beiden Schleifringe 23 ist ebenfalls eine dünne Expoxidharzschicht im Wirbelsinterverfahren aufgebracht und in der Zeichnung bei 38 angedeutet. An jeweils einer der Stirnseiten der Kohleschleifringe ist eine dünne Kupferscheibe 31 angesintert, welche in der aus der Zeich- , nung erkennbaren Weise zum Anlöten der Wicklungsenden 22 der im übrigen nicht dargestellten Erregerwicklung des Generators dienen. Zur Erzielung eines Formschlusses sind die zwischen der beschichteten Verzahnung 25 und der Bohrungsschicht 38 verbleibenden Hohlräume unter Anwendung von Druck und Wärme mit einem in der Zeichnung nicht wiedergegebenem Imprägnierharz ausgefüllt, das nach dem Erhärten eine mitnahmefeste Verbindung zwischen den Kohlesehleifringen 23 und der Welle 2h bzw. 13 sicherstellt.On its end remote from the drive, the armature shaft 13 of a three-phase generator, which is otherwise not shown, has a longitudinal toothing 25s which has at least one hat 26.
