Abstract
The invention relates to an inclinometer for the dynamic measurement of inclinations with respect to the vertical. The inclinometer includes a resilient thread made from an optical fiber that is held securely at one end in a holder. With this end the fiber interacts with a light source. In addition, the fiber is completely free and tension-free. Its free end lies close to the surface of a detector and transmits the light point-like onto the detector surface.

In the lower end of the extension Γ there is a light source 22, in particular a light-emitting diode, which corresponds to a light-emitting diode 7 at the upper end of the housing 1, V , and the current via two electrical conductors 23 S 24 is fed. The light emitted by the light-emitting electrode 22 is focused on the underside of the detector 12 by means of a lens arrangement 25. If the housing 1, i 'is completely in its correct, straight position, the light point 27 generated by the lens arrangement 25 lies at the point of intersection 16 of the center lines of the electrodes 13, 13, 14, 14 of a detector 12 according to FIG. 2. This detector 12 has the form of a known, so-called transverse photodetector, which is constructed above a square plate with a semiconductor material . The top of the plate is covered with a translucent gold layer while the underside has a homogeneous layer of resistance material two electrodes of each pair of electrodes are opposite one another. If the point i5 is illuminated, the light flux causes a current / voltage voltage across the pn transition zone present in the lacquered plate. The current / voltage source can generate a closed circuit over the gold layer and the resistance surface with the electrodes 13, 13 and> 4.14, so that four partial currents can be determined, one for each electrode. In Figure 4a a hole is dargastelit in the horizontal X and K directions and it can be seen that the hole is slightly curved in the clockwise direction in F i g. 4b shows the same bore in the A'-Z direction which run vertically and to which the bore runs in a straight line Bohiung increasingly introduced us to this! The housing 1, V is rotated in a manner corresponding to FIG. 4a, whereby the light point 27 is given a different position relative to the intersection point 16 on the detector than is shown in FIG. 3a. The inevitable rotation of the housing 1, Γ about its longitudinal axis will not change the distance of the light point 27 from the intersection point 16 and it will not change the position of the light point 27 relative to the point 15, which indicates the inclination according to FIG Rotation of the coordinate system changes the angular position in the coordinate system as it does
ι ο sich aus F i g. 3a bis 3c ergibt Der Lichtpunkt 15 wird im Koordinatensystem ebenfalls eine besondere Lage einnehmen, unabhängig von der Drehung des Gehäuses 1, Γ um seine Längsachse.ι ο from F i g. 3a to 3c results The light point 15 is in Coordinate system also occupy a special position, regardless of the rotation of the housing 1, Γ about its longitudinal axis.
The bending radius in the bore at each individual measuring point is a function of the distance between the light point 27 and the intersection point 16, since the housing 3, V has the same bend and its diameter essentially corresponds to the diameter of the bore.

Es können so unabhängig von der Verdrehung des Gehäuses 1, V um seine Längsachse alle Werte erhaltento be determined trisch, with the help of the coordinates of the light point 15, which always lie in the vertical plane passing through the point of intersection 16. In this way, all values can be obtained regardless of the rotation of the housing 1, V about its longitudinal axis

Die erforderliche Spannung kann der Vorrichtung entweder von der Bodenfläche her oder von einer Spannungsquefle her zugeführt werden, die in das Gehäuse 1, Γ eingearbeitet ist Entsprechend können die Stellungssignale der Bodenfläche über ein Kabel zugeführt werden oder die elektrischen Kreise für eine fortlaufende Speicherung und Auswertung vonneeded to record curves that accurately reflect the skew and curvature the bore, directly or with the help of a process computer. The required voltage can are fed to the device either from the bottom surface or from a voltage source, which is incorporated into the housing 1, Γ Cables are fed or the electrical circuits for continuous storage and evaluation of
The housing 1,1 'is intended in terms of Bends with small bending radii must be relatively easy to bend so that it can be pushed through such bends can be. The length of the housing is decisive for the curvatures that can be recorded and, if so a high level of inaccuracy is required, should therefore Housing should be as long as possible. The accuracy of the Device depends on the signal-to-noise ratio of the electronic circuits that receive the signals from the
Mit Hilfe relativ einfacher elektronischer Vorrichtungen sollten Neigungen bis zu etwa ±0,01" bei einem Krümmungsradius bis zu etwaDetector or obtain from detectors. the Separation force of a detector of the type described lies in the range of i0- «m. That means that im worst case, the configuration of a 1000 m long borehole with an error in the range of 5 m can be determined because as the measurement progresses, errors are stored with the same fixed point.
