Die Erfindung betrifft Vorrichtungen zur Verhinderung einer Rückströmung ohne bewegte Bauteile. Bekannt ist die Anordnung vom Strömungsdioden auf der Saug- und Druckseite von Kolbenkompressoren. Da Strömungsdioden bei höheren Frequenzen wirtschaftlicher arbeiten, wird eine Strömungsvorrichtung vorgeschlagen, bei welcher ein oder mehrere Piezoelemente bzw. eine oder mehrere irgendwie mit ausreichender Frequenz angetriebene bzw. schwingende Membranen / Schläuche zwischen zwei oder mehreren einreihigen Strömungsdioden angeordnet ist.The invention relates to devices for preventing backflow without moving components. In Fig. 1 ist eine erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung dargestellt. Das Medium wird an der Saugseite (1) angesaugt, sobald im Arbeitsraum (4) infolge Rückgang der Membrane eines Piezoschwingers (5) ein Unterdruck entsteht. Die Strömungsdiode (2) weist eine Inselstruktur (3) mit gebogenen und sich teilenden Strömungskanälen auf, welche in Richtung von (1) nach (5) das Medium wirbelarm und mit geringen Strömungsverlusten weiterleiten. Wenn der Piezoschwinger hingegen eine Druckwelle erzeugt, sperrt die Strömungsdiode (2). Das Medium wird daher in die Strömungsdiode (6) gedrückt, welche in Richtung vorn Arbeitsraum (4) zum Ausgangsstutzen (7) die Strömung durchläßt.Fig. 1 shows a device according to the invention. Strömungsvorrichtung mit einreihigen Strömungsdioden und einer oder mehreren druck- oder schwingungserzeugenden Bauteilen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei jeder Strömungsdiode nur ein einziger Strömungskanal/eine Strömungslinie (3) vorliegt, welcher entlang der Haupt-Fließrichtung eine komplexe Struktur aufweist, vorzugsweise mit Inseln oder Umlenkungswegen zwecks 180° Umlenkung ausgestattet ist, derart die Strömung in einer Richtung verlustarm durchgelassen und in der Rückrichtung in Teilströme aufgeteilt und effektiv verwirbelt ist, derart die Vorrichtung wie eine Rückschlagarmatur ohne bewegliche Elemente im Rückschlagbereich wirkt, wobei die druck- oder schwingungserzeugenden Bauteile Piezoschwinger/Piezoelemente oder auf irgendeine andere Weise angetriebene Membranen oder elastische oder reversibel verformbare Elemente (Schläuche, Bälge) sind.
