Abstract

The panels of a shower cabinet are linked by two profiled strips, one (1) with a U-profile and the other (2) with an L-profile. The two strips are pulled together by screw fasteners and have interlocking edge profiles (28,36) for a secure fitting. The profiled strip connect to the panels and to the wall mounting strips which secure the panels to the wall. The strips form a universal fitting for the corners, wall mountings and other connectors for the shower cabinet.

Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Bausatz für Duschabtrennungen gemäß den im Oberbegriff des Anspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmalen.The invention relates to a kit for shower partitions according to the features specified in the preamble of claim 1.

Duschabtrennungen enthalten Rahmen aus Profilschienen, welche insbesondere aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung bestehen und mit geeigneten Verbindungsmitteln miteinander verbunden sind. Duschabtrennungen können bekanntlich teleskopartig zueinander verschiebbare Schiebetüren, schwenkbare Flügeltüren oder Falttüren enthalten, wobei geeignete Führungsmittel bzw. Lagermittel vorgesehen werden, wobei die Türen je nach Bedarf im wesentlichen als plane Elemente oder als gekrümmte oder abgewinkelte Elemente ausgebildet sein können. Des weiteren können Duschabtrennungen feststehende Wandelemente aufweisen, welche seitlich einer Durchtrittsöffnung, welche mit den genannten Türen verschließbar und bei Bedarf freigebbar ist, angeordnet werden. Derartige feststehende Wandelemente können seitlich der Durchtrittsöffnung in der gleichen Vertikalebene wie diese oder in einem vorgebbaren Winkel zu dieser angeordnet sein können. Aufgrund der Typenvielzahl der Duschabtrennungen war bisher eine entprechend große Anzahl von Profilschienen und somit ein hoher Fertigungs- und Lagerhaltungsaufwand erforderlich.Shower partitions contain frames made of profile rails, which are made in particular of aluminum or an aluminum alloy and are connected to one another with suitable connecting means. Hiervon ausgehend liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Bausatz von Profilschienen vorzugschlagen, welche in unterschiedlichen Typen der Duschabtrennung und/oder für unterschiedliche Aufstellungsmöglichkeiten vorgesehen werden können. Die Profilschienen, nachfolgend der Einfachheit halber als Profile bezeichnet, sollen entsprechend den jeweiligen Einsatzbedingungen miteinander und gegebenenfalls mit weiteren Profilschienen bzw. Profilen kombiniert werden können und mit einem reduzierten Anteil von Profilen und Zubehörteilen soll eine große Typenvielfalt von Duschabtrennungen realisiert werden können.Based on this, the invention is based on the task of proposing a kit of profile rails that can be used in different types of shower partitions and/or for different installation options. Der erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagene Bausatz umfaßt ein erstes Profil mit einem näherungsweise U-förmigen Querschnitt sowie ein zweites Profil mit einem näherungsweise L-förmigen Querschnitt, wobei die jeweiligen Außenschenkel dieser Profile im Bereich der sichtbaren Außenflächen näherungsweise übereinstimmend ausgebildet sind. Die beiden Profile sind mit Verbindungselementen miteinander verbindbar, um beispielsweise einen Eckpfosten mit zwei für einen Betrachter sichtbaren übereinstimmenden und näherungsweise rechtwinklig zueinander verlaufenden Außenflächen zu erhalten. Das erste Profil enthält näherungsweise parallel zu dem genannten Außenschenkel einen Innenschenkel, wobei die genannten Schenkel mit einem Verbindungsschenkel miteinander verbunden sind. Dem Verbindungsschenkel sind in zweckmäßiger Weise Befestigungsmittel in Form von Nuten, hintergriffigen Stegen oder dergleichen zur Befestigung eines weiteren Profils zugeordnet. Diese Befestigungsmittel sind ferner derart angeordnet, daß das erste Profil mit einer Wand, sei es eine feststehende Raumwand eines Dusch- oder Baderaumes oder aber mit einer Seitenwand der Duschabtrennung verbindbar ist. Das zweite Profil enthält in dem vom Außenschenkel abgewinkelten Schenkel eine Nut zur Aufnahme einer Platte, insbesondere eines feststehenden Wandelements. Diese Nut ist insbesondere derart vorgesehen, daß die Platte näherungsweise in der gleichen Richtung wie der Außenschenkel des zweiten Profils verläuft. Die genannten Profile können je nach Ausgestaltung der Duschabtrennung mit anderen Profilen kombiniert werden, welche beispielsweise Gelenkkörper für einen Türflügel enthalten oder den Anschluß eines feststehenden Wandelements in einem vorgebbaren Winkel ermöglichen. Der Außenschenkel und der Innenschenkel des ersten Profils sind in bevorzugter Weise derart ausgebildet und einander zugeordnet, daß ein Ausgleichsprofil in der erforderlichen Tiefe in den Zwischenraum zwischen den genannten Schenkeln einschiebbar ist, wobei in zweckmäßiger Weise ein Verbindungskörper vorgesehen ist, um im Zusammenwirken mit einem Verbindungselement die Einschubtiefe vorgebenThe kit proposed according to the invention comprises a first profile with an approximately U-shaped cross-section and a second profile with an approximately L-shaped cross-section, the respective outer legs of these profiles being designed to be approximately identical in the area of the visible outer surfaces. Fig. 1 zeigt in einer horizontalen Schnittebene ein erstes Profil 1 und ein zweites Profil 2, welche vertikal in einem Eckbereich einer Duschabtrennung angeordnet sind und einen Eckpfosten bilden. Die beiden Profile 1, 2 sind Bestandteil eines Rahmen, welcher gemäß Zeichnung links eine vor der Zeichenebene, hier nicht dargestellte obere Profilschiene sowie eine hinter der Zeichenebene liegende untere Profilschiene 4 aufweist, welche mit strichpunktierten Linien angedeutet ist. Die beiden Profilschienen dienen zur Aufhängung und Führung von drei Schiebetüren, wobei hier nur die eine Schiebetür 6 teilweise dargestellt ist. Diese Schiebetür 6 enthält eine Platte 8, insbesondere aus Glas oder einem transparenten Kunststoff, sowie ein Griffprofil 10 und ist in geeigneter Weise in der genannten oberen horizontalen Profilschiene verschiebbar aufgehängt. Der Querschenkel 38 ist somit Bestandteil des die Platte 16 umgebenden Rahmens des feststehenden Wandelements 14. Der die Nut 40 enthaltende Teilbereich 44 liegt innen an und/oder der Innenschenkel 20 stützt sich an dem Teilbereich 44 ab. Des weiteren enthält der Querschenkel 38 einen gleichfalls zum Innenschenkel 20 des ersten Profils 1 gerichteten Steg 46, dessen freies Ende gleichfalls am Innenschenkel 20 anliegt bzw. umgekehrt. Ferner liegt der Innenschenkel 20 des ersten Profils 1 mit seinem freien Ende an der Innenfläche des Außenschenkels 32 des zweiten Profils 2 an. Schließlich sind die beiden Profile 1, 2 mittels eines Verbindungselements 48, welches hier als Schraube ausgebildet ist, miteinander verbunden. Die Schraube durchdringt eine entsprechende Bohrung im Verbindungsschenkel 22, wobei sie gemäß Zeichnung links mit ihrem Schraubenkopf auf dem Verbindungsschenkel 22 aufliegt. Das Verbindungselement 48 greift andererseits in einen Kanal 50 an der Innenfläche des Außenschenkels 32 des zweiten Profils ein, wobei der genannte Kanal zweckmäßig als Schraubkanal ausgebildet ist. Die derart ineinander greifenden und miteinander verbundenen beiden Profile 1, 2 bilden einen stabilen Eckpfosten. Es bedarf keiner besonderen Hervorhebung, daß über die Längserstreckung der beiden vertikalen Profile 1, 2 in zweckmäßiger Weise mehrere Verbindungselemente 48 vorgesehen sind. Wie bereits erläutert, sind die beiden Profile 1, 2 Bestandteil des Rahmens der Duschabtrennung. Die beiden Magnetbänder 64 und 68 sind gegeneinander polarisiert, so daß durch magnetische Zugkräfte die Abdichtung in geschlossenem Zustand in der dargestellten Weise gewährleistet ist. Die beiden Magnetbänder 64 und 68 liegen in einer Anlageebene 70 aneinander, wobei diese Anlageebene zur Längsebene der Schiebetüren 6 bevorzugt in einem Winkel kleiner 90°, zweckmäßig in der Größenordnung von 45°, geneigt angeordnet ist, wodurch die Dichtwirkung noch weiter erhöht wird. Das Gelenkprofil 134 ist mittels hier nicht weiter dargestellten Schrauben und dergleichen mit dem Ausgleichsprofil 76 und/oder dem Verbindungskörper 78 fest verbunden. Dem derart mit dem feststehenden Wandelement verbundenen Gelenkprofil 134 ist ein weiteres Gelenkprofil 136 zugeordnet, wobei miteinander korrespondierende und ineinandergreifende Gelenkkörper vorgesehen sind. Entsprechend dem Winkel 140 ist ein Schwenkbereich vorgegeben, so daß das Wandelement 14 in der erforderlichen Weise bezüglich der Raumwand 88 angeordnet werden kann. Der genannte Winkelbereich 140, welcher durch das mit der Raumwand verbundene Gelenkprofil 136 vorgegeben ist, liegt nicht symmetrisch zur Mittelebene 142 des genannten Gelenkprofils 136, sondern zureinen Seite versetzt. Das Gelenkprofil 136 ist in Fig. 10 in einer um 180° im Vergleich zur Stellung von Fig. 9 gedrehten Position bezüglich der Raumwand 88 vorgesehen.
