Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Einbau in ein Kraftfahrzeug oder dergleichen zum Anzeigen eines Notzustandes des Fahrers.The invention relates to a device for installation in a motor vehicle or the like for indicating an emergency situation of the driver.
Jedes Auto verfügt über eine Warnblinkanlage. Die Warnblinkanlage soll auf eine unübersichtliche Verkehrssituation bzw. im Falle eines technischen Mangels des Fahrzeugs den das Fahrzeug umgebenden Verkehr auf den Funktionsausfall des Fahrzeugs aufmerksam machen bzw. davor warnen. Die Warnblinkanlage wird aber auch gebraucht bzw. mißbraucht, um ordnungswidrig zu parken. Wird die Warnblinkanlage aber nicht aus diesen Gründen sondern aufgrund eines Notzustandes des Fahrers, z. B. einer Herzattacke, Bedrohung durch Fremde, Fahruntüchtigkeit etc. bedient, so ist für den fließenden Verkehr dies nicht erkennbar. Die den Autofahrer umgebenden Verkehrsteilnehmer gehen wie selbstverständlich von einer „harmlosen Alltagsgefahr" aus. Der Ernst der Lage ist nicht unmittelbar für den umgebenden Verkehr erkennbar, mit der Folge, daß dem Kranken nicht unverzüglich und sofort Erste Hilfe geleistet wird.Every car has hazard warning lights. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung wird gemäß dem kennzeichnenden Teil von Anspruch 1 dadurch gelöst, daß im Fahrzeuginneren vom Fahrer aktivierbare Alarmmittel installiert sind. So ist sichergestellt, daß der Fahrer auf seine dringende Notsituation aufmerksam machen kann und nun die Chance besteht, daß die Verkehrsteilnehmer den Ernst der Lage erkennen und sofort zur Hilfe eilen bzw.
