Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schuh, insbesondere einen Straßenschuh, mit einem auf das Gewicht der den Schuh tragenden Person anpassungsfähigen Dämpfung.The invention relates to a shoe, in particular a street shoe, with a cushioning that can be adapted to the weight of the person wearing the shoe.

Es sind Sportschuhe bekannt, bei denen die Sohle sich quer durch sie hindurch erstreckende Öffnungen hat, in die verschieden harte Kunststoffstäbe mit einer Art Gewinde eingeschraubt werden können. Bei einer leichteren Person werden zur Erzielung einer auf das entsprechende Gewicht abgestimmten optimalen Dämpfung weichere Stäbe eingeschraubt als bei schweren Personen. Die Dämpfungsstäbe sind aber schwer und nur mit einem Werkzeug auszuwechseln, insbesondere nach starker Verschmutzung der Schuhe, da auch die Stäbe und die Wandung, die die Ausnehmung begrenzt, verschmutzen, so daß das Herausschrauben mühevoll ist. Damit die Stäbe auch die Dämpfung wesentlich beeinflussen, muß die Sohle im Bereich zwischen den Stegen relativ weich sein. Ober- und unterhalb der Stege aber muß die Sohle entsprechend stabil sein, damit sich die Stäbe zum Fuß hin nicht bei Belastung durchdrücken.There are sports shoes where the sole has openings extending across it into which plastic rods of varying hardness can be screwed with a kind of thread. Die Erfindung schafft einen Schuh mit einer Dämpfung, die auf einfachere Weise anpassungsfähig ist und bei der die Sohle um die Dämpfungseinrichtung herum einfacher aufgebaut sein kann. Dies wird bei einem Schuh der eingangs genannten Art dadurch erreicht, daß die Sohle des Schuhes eine von innerhalb des Schuhes erreichbare Ausnehmung und wenigstens eine von innen in die Ausnehmung eingesetzte und wieder herausnehmbare, elastisch nachgiebige Dämpfungseinlage aufweist. Beim erfindungsgemäßen Schuh wird die Dämpfungseinlage von innen eingesetzt und nicht von außen, wo eine Verschmutzung stattfinden kann. Die Ausnehmung ist darüber hinaus vorzugsweise als flächiges Fersenpolster ausgebildet, so daß nicht wie bei den eingesetzten Stäben eine stabile obere Decklage in der Sohle vorgesehen sein muß.The invention creates a shoe with cushioning that is more easily adaptable and in which the sole can be constructed more simply around the cushioning device. In Figur 1 ist ein Straßenschuh mit einem auf das Gewicht der den Schuh tragenden Person anpassungsfähigen Dämpfung gezeigt. Der Schuh weist eine Sohle 1 mit einem PU-Sohlenaufbau auf. Er besitzt eine abriebfeste, rutschsichere Gummilaufsohle 3 mit einer Rasterprofilierung auf der Unterseite. An die Gummilaufsohle 3 schließt sich eine Innensohle 5 an, die ebenfalls aus PU-Material ist. Diese Innensohle 5 ist in Figur 2 näher dargestellt. Im Bereich der Ferse besitzt sie eine Ausnehmung 7. Auf die Innensohle wird von innen eine auswechselbare Ledereinlagesohle 9 gelegt, die in Figur 1 im herausgenommenen Zustand dargestellt ist. Die Ledereinlagesohle 9 hat auf der Oberseite eine Lederschicht 11 sowie auf der Unterseite eine Aktivkohleschicht 13, die als dämpfende Schicht ausgebildet ist.
