Darüberhinaus wird die Verklebung mit den Klemmprofilen auch nicht durchgeführt und es entsteht dadurch ein Gefahrenmoment, was soweit gehen kann, daß die eingespannte Glasscheibe herunterfällt und das darunter befindliche Gut beschädigt bzw. Personen verletzt werden. Bei den bekannten Klemmprofilen handelt es sich um zwei ineinander greifende Profile, die einen U-förmigen Aufnahmeschlitz bilden, wobei oberhalb der in den Schlitz einzusetzenden Glasscheibe sich eine Klemm- und Befestigungsschraube befindet, die oberhalb der Glasscheibe durch eines der Klemmprofile hindurchdringt und in dem zweiten Klemmprofil, welches gegenüberliegt, verschraubt ist. Die Aufgabe der Erfindung wird dadurch gelöst, daß das Klemmprofil weiter entwickelt wird, wobei die beiden ineinander greifenden Profile und der dadurch entstehende U-förmige Aufnahmeschlitz erhalten bleiben, jedoch wird die Verbindung der ineinander greifenden Profile nicht oberhalb der Glasscheibe, sondern im Bereich der Glasscheibe realisiert. Dieses ist dadurch möglich, daß innerhalb der Glasscheibe an den Stellen Bohrungen vorhanden sind, an denen auch eine Befestigungs- und Klemmschraube innerhalb der Profile liegt. Somit kann zum einen die Anzahl der Klemm- und Befestigungsschrauben herabgesetzt werden und gleichzeitig wird die zusätzliche Verklebung entfallen, was insgesamt eine enorme Einsparung bei einem derartigen Massenartikel mit sich bringt.
