Die Erfindung befaßt sich mit einer Schuh-Einlegesohle aus mehreren, miteinander verbundenen Lagen und mit einer Decklage aus einem dünnen Zedernholzblatt, dessen Maserung in Längsrichtung der Einlegesohle verläuft. Aus DE 42 28 582 A1 ist eine Einlegesohle für Schuhe bekannt, die mehrere, miteinander verbundene Lagen aus Holz und Textilmaterial oder Leder umfaßt. Die Decklage besteht aus einem dünnen Holzblatt, vorzugsweise aus ölhaltigem Holz, wie Zedernholz, dessen Faserrichtung in Längsrichtung der Einlegesohle verläuft. Diese Einlegesohle besteht aus zwei Teilsohlen weitgehend gleichen Aufbaus, deren Einzellagen vollflächig miteinander verklebt sind. Zur Verbesserung der Wärmeisolation der Fußsohle des Schuhträgers wird wenigstens die dem Schuh zugewandte Lage aus einem isolierenden Werkstoff hergestellt, bei dem es sich um Textilien, Leder, Lederersatzstoffe, Schaumstoff, Filz oder dergleichen handeln kann. Es hat sich nunmehr gezeigt, daß der Verbund von Holzlage und Textillage sich relativ schnell während des Gebrauchs lösen kann, was insbesondere auf die unterschiedlichen Materialeigenschaften von Holz und Textilmaterlialen zurückzuführen ist. Daher haben die bisher bekannten Schuh-Einlegesohlen mit einer Decklage aus Holz keine ausreichend zufriedenstellende Gebrauchsdauer.DE 42 28 582 A1 discloses an insole for shoes which comprises several interconnected layers of wood and textile material or leather. Der Einsatz eines dünnen Zedernholzblattes als Decklage verleiht der Schuh-Einlegesohle desodorierende Eigenschaften, überraschenderweise auch in Kombination mit antibakterieller Wirkung zur Unterdrückung von Fußpilzerkrankungen oder dergleichen. Zusätzlich ist ein solches dünnes Zedemholzblatt als Decklage in gewissem Maße saugfähig und atmungsaktiv, um einem Schwitzen am Fuß entgegenzuwirken. Insbesondere hat sich aber überraschenderweise durch den Aufbau der Schuh-Einlegesohlen aus einer Decklage aus Holz und der Vlieslage gezeigt, daß man einen besseren Zusammenhalt des Verbundes der Lagen erhält, da sich die Materialien bei Wärme- und Feuchtigkeitseinwirkung in ähnlicher Weise verhalten. Hierdurch wird die Schuh-Einlegesohle nach der Erfindung langlebiger im Vergleich zu bisher üblichen Einlegesohlen, welche eine Decklage aus einem dünnen Holzblatt haben. Ferner ist die Schuh-Einlegesohle insgesamt weitgehend aus Naturmaterialien hergestellt. Vorzugsweise sind die Lagen verleimt, so daß man eine einfache Herstellung der Schuh-Einlegesohle nach der Erfindung erhält. AIs besonders zweckmäßig für die wenigstens eine untere Lage aus Vlies hat sich das unter dem Markennamen "Viledon" vertriebene Vlies erwiesen. Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist die Schuh-Einlegesohle an ihrem Rand, vorzugsweise vollumfänglich, mittels elastischem Material verstärkt und versiegelt. Diese Verstärkung kann zweckmäßigerweise aus einem elastischen Material, wie einem Klebstoff oder einem gummiartigen Material, ausgebildet werden. Hierdurch erhält man eine von vorstehenden Rändern der Holzlage freie Schuh-Einlegesohle, welche den Vorteil bietet, daß einerseits das darunterliegende zu umgebende Schuhwerk nicht durch vorstehende Ränder der Holzlage beschädigt wird, und andererseits auch eine Verletzungsgefahr beim Tragen des Schuhs sowie bei der Handhabung der Schuh-Einlegesohle durch diese vorzugsweise vollumfängliche Umrandung mittels elastischem Material ausgeschlossen wird. Zudem wird die Schuh-Einlegesohle an ihrem Umfangsrand vorzugsweise durchgehend versiegelt. Hierdurch wird des weiteren erreicht, daß man einen verstärkten Verbundzusammenhang der wenigstens zwei Lagen erhält.According to a preferred embodiment, the shoe insole is reinforced and sealed at its edge, preferably all the way around, using elastic material. Auch wird hierdurch der Tragkomfort des Schuhwerks verbessert. Diese untere Lage 4 ist dem Schuhwerk zugewandt. Durch die Umrandung 6 wird der Gesamtverbund aus den wenigstens zwei Lagen 2, 4 versiegelt und die Gesamtstabilität des Verbunds verstärkt. Zum anderen wird auch der Tragkomfort verbessert, da kein an den Außenrändern vorstehendes Holzmaterial der Holzlage 2 vorhanden ist, welches möglicherweise die Ursache von Verletzungen sein könnte.As can be seen from Figure 3, the layers 2 and 4 are expediently glued over their entire surface.
