Bekannt sind verschiedene Systeme zur Befestigung neugepfianzter Bäume. In der Regel werden neben dem eingepflanzten Gehölz Pfähle eingeschlagen und die Bäume daran angebunden. Bekannt ist allerdings auch das verankern mittels Stahlseilen, die von der Baumkrone zu verschiedenen ausgebildeten Ankern gespannt werden. Außerdem werden Systeme angewandt, wobei der Wurzelballen des Gehölzes mittels Stahlseilen verspannt und festgezurrt wird. Nachteile dieser Systeme sind, daß sie sehr arbeitsaufwendig und teuer sind. Das System der Balienverankerung mittels Stahlseilen hat außerdem den Nachteil, daß die dünnen Seile in den Ballen einschnüren können und diesen somit beschädigen können.There are various systems for securing newly planted trees. Durch die oberen Enden der Schlaufen wird ein Zurrgurt aus einem breiten Gurtband gezogen und dann verzurrt. Damit ist der Baum ohne die Gefahr einer Beschädigung fest verankert.
