Claims (4)

1. CD-ROM-Laufwerk mit mehreren Geschwindigkeitsbereichen, wobei Steuermittel zur Drehzahlreduzierung vorgesehen sind, durch die eine Umschaltung in einen niedrigeren Geschwindig­ keitsbereich bewirkbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Steuermitteln zur Drehzahlreduzierung eine manuell betätigbare Taste zugeordnet ist, durch deren Betätigung eine Umschaltung in einen niedri­ geren Geschwindigkeitsbereich auslösbar ist.
2. CD-ROM-Laufwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die tastengesteuerte Umschaltung unter Verwendung der Be­ dientaste für den CD-Schubladentransport erfolgt.
3. CD-ROM-Laufwerk nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bedientaste für den Schubladentransport derart steu­ erbar ist, daß bei kurzzeitiger Aktivierung der Taste eine Drehzahlreduzierung und bei längerem Tastendruck eine Trans­ portbewegung der CD-Schublade ausgelöst wird.

CD-ROM-Laufwerk mit mehreren Geschwindigkeitsbereichen, wobei Steuermittel zur Drehzahlreduzierung vorgesehen sind, durch die eine Umschaltung in einen niedrigeren Geschwindig­ keitsbereich bewirkbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Steuermitteln zur Drehzahlreduzierung Akustik- und/oder Vibrationssensoren zu­ geordnet sind, deren Ausgangssignale zugehörige Steuermittel in der Weise beeinflussen, daß bei Überschreitung eines vor­ gegebenen Schwellwerts eine Umschaltung in einen niedrigeren Geschwindigkeitsbereich erfolgt.
