Die obere Schicht 2 ist im wesentlichen flach bzw. eben ausgebildet und hat eine vorzugsweise rechteckige Gestalt mit einer Größe, die der Grundfläche der ersten Schicht 1 entspricht. Die Schicht 1 ist durch Tiefziehen so geformt, daß eine Kammer 6 gebildet wird, die zur Aufnahme der Wirkstoffe dient. Damit definiert die Schicht 1 die Kammer 6 durch entsprechende Seitenwandungen Ib, Ic und eine Bodenwand la. Die Kammer 6 befindet sich innerhalb des Randes 3 und erstreckt sich von der Ebene des Randes 3 nach unten (Fig 1). Des weiteren weist die Schicht 2 einen umlaufenden Rand 7 auf, der hinsichtlich Verlauf und Größe dem Rand 3 entspricht. Dadurch ist ein Verbinden der Schichten 1 und 2 im Verlauf der Ränder 3, 7 unter Einschluß des Dochtes 5 möglich. Die Ränder 3, 7 sind in demjenigen Bereich nicht fest miteinander verbunden, der vom Docht 5 durchsetzt ist. Nach Hineinschieben des Behälters 16 in Richtung des Pfeiles 23 wird der Behälter 16 so plaziert, daß die Zunge 5a des Dochtes 5 unterhalb einer Arretierungsnase 34, die am Boden 28 fest angebracht ist, zu liegen kommt und somit das Dochtende 5a auf dem Bereich 30 verbleibt und dadurch einer Hitzeeinwirkung ausgesetzt wird. Zum Einschieben des Behälters 16 dienen Führungsschienen 26, die seitlich in der Vorrichtung vorgesehen sind.
