Besonders vorteilhaft an dieser Lösung ist, daß das sich an der Deckelinnenseite sammelnde Kondenswasser beim Aufstellen des Deckels in den Topf zurückläuft. Es können Deckel ohne umgebogenen bzw. umgebördelten Rand verwendet werden.
